利用马铃薯淀粉下脚液生产饮料工艺的研究

本实验尝试从马铃薯中提取蛋白质等成份，并适当添加姜汁，制成一种新型饮料，对饮料生产的工艺条件作了详细探讨，成功地解决了马铃薯褐变及沉淀等问题，确定了最佳配方及工艺。

陶瓷企业新建煤气站管理要点

目前,随着我国能源政策和成品油价格的上扬,许多陶瓷企业根据自身的发展情况以及气体燃料所具有的优越性,选择了煤炭气化方式,全国各地特别是山东、广东、河北、辽宁近年来煤气站如雨后春笋般的发展起来.从工艺上分为冷、热煤气站;从设备上分为单段、两段炉煤气站;从原料上分为块煤、粉煤、型煤煤气站.目的是生产可燃气体,用于陶瓷制品的烧成.     

高强度聚乙烯纤维绳索的制备研究

研究了纤维的捻度及浸胶处理对超高相对分子质量聚乙烯 (UHMWPE)纤维力学性能及摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明 ,UHMWPE纤维的断裂强力随着纤维捻度的增加而减小 ,纤维浸胶处理后的断裂强力增大 ;当UHMWPE纤维中改性氯丁胶粘剂或聚氨酯胶粘剂的含量为 6%时 ,其断裂强力分别增加 17.2 %或 13 .9% ,聚氨酯胶粘剂处理过的UHMWPE纤维的耐摩擦磨损性能最好。     

凝胶色谱法表征我国几种有代表性超滤膜的截留率——分子量曲线

本文考察了凝胶色谱法的操作压力和进料流速的影响。对国内具有代表性的几种平板超滤膜(聚砜、聚砜酰胺、醋酸纤维素、聚丙烯腈、聚氯乙烯)以及聚砜中空纤维超滤膜的截留率——分子量曲线进行了测定。并给出它们的切割分子量数据。     

Enhancing social media competitiveness of small businesses: insights from small pizzerias

Social media provide an online platform for enterprises to engage existing customers and attract new customers. Although social media can be easily set up at no cost, however, due to limited human and financial resources, many small businesses find it challenging to compete against large enterprises in social media use. While more and more small businesses have jumped on the bandwagon of social media in recent years, few studies investigated the social media strategies that can help small businesses to survive and even thrive against large competitors in the social media arena. Therefore, we studied 32 small pizzerias in a mid-size U.S. city in terms of their social media use for business. Our study found that small pizzerias emphasizing social media use on community relations and social responsibility tend to be more successful in attracting and engaging local customers. This study also sheds light on both effective strategies and successful practices of social media use by small pizzerias. The insights and recommendations identified from this study can help small businesses to enhance their social media competitiveness against large enterprises.     

聚类算法在高脂血症辨证分型研究中的应用

高脂血症的辨证分型标准化研究是中医基础研究的热点与难点,利用计算机挖掘技术中的聚类算法对高脂血症临床中医症状数据进行分析,得到具有统计学意义的分类结果,同时寻找其与中医证候相对应的关系具有重要研究价值.通过编写适用于中医证候分类的聚类算法并提供设置相似度阈值等交互界面,实现了大规模样本的自适应分类,从而使聚类结果更加科学客观.将得到的每个类别中所对应样本的病症特征与所属中医的证候类别联系起来,为辨证分型标准化奠定了基础.     

多级联动产品质量电子监管系统的设计与实现

根据质检总局对开展产品质量电子监管工作的思路,设计开发了具有多级联动特点的产品质量电子监管系统。介绍了系统的五大主要功能以及系统技术框架搭建、数据格式规范化、数据集成接口实现、信息安全保障和产品信誉度评估模型的设计等系统开发的关键技术问题。实践证明系统具有集成能力强、信息安全有保障、数据格式统一规范、质量信誉度评估公开公正以及具备质量抽检方案决策支持功能等特点。     

Social Propagation: Boosting Social Annotations for Web Mining

This paper is concerned with the problem of boosting social annotations using propagation, which is also called social propagation. In particular, we focus on propagating social annotations of web pages (e.g., annotations in Del.icio.us). Social annotations are novel resources and valuable in many web applications, including web search and browsing. Although they are developing fast, social annotations of web pages cover only a small proportion (<0.1%) of the World Wide Web. To alleviate the low coverage of annotations, a general propagation model based on Random Surfer is proposed. Specifically, four steps are included, namely basic propagation, multiple-annotation propagation, multiple-link-type propagation, and constraint-guided propagation. The model is evaluated on a dataset of 40,422 web pages randomly sampled from 100 most popular English sites and ten famous academic sites. Each page’s annotations are obtained by querying the history interface of Del.icio.us. Experimental results show that the proposed model is very effective in increasing the coverage of annotations while still preserving novel properties of social annotations. Applications of propagated annotations on web search and classification further verify the effectiveness of the model.     

开关磁阻电机稳态特性的等效磁网络模型分析方法Ⅰ.数学模型

本文利用开关磁阻电机的等效磁网络模型,推导出了电机绕组满足的以绕组磁链为状态变量的微分方程,建立了电机稳态运行分析的数学模型。本文成功地将非线性磁参数法的思想从单相电流系统推广到了多相电流系统,对开关磁阻电机的理论研究具有重要的意义。
