On the problem of hydrogen removal during heat treatment of large forgings

The solutions to a differential equation for the problem of heating of a cylinder in a medium with a fixed temperature are used to obtain equations for estimating the change in the hydrogen concentration in forgings from data on the hydrogen concentration at the cylinder axis or on the average bulk hydrogen concentration. Similar equations are also obtained for forgings having square cross sections. The calculation demonstrates that, for the case of a twofold decrease in the hydrogen concentration in a forging, the calculated times of annealing of a cylindrical forging differ by three times.     

Volumetric out-of-furnace heat treatment of 3600-M3 decomposers

Specifications require that all the welds in 12-m-diam. decomposers with a capacity of 3600 m³ be subjected to high-temperature tempering before going into service in order to alleviate the stresses from the welding operation. Specialists at the organizations VNIIPTkhimnefteapparatury and VNIImontazhspetsstroi have proposed out-of-furnace volumetric (complete) of the assembled decomposer with the use of special heaters. The use of this heating method has shortened assembly operations while providing the welds with a highquality heat treatment and reducing the stresses overall (including welding stresses, stresses from assembly of the decomposer, etc.) The technology ensures uniform heating of the housing of the decomposer and provides for close control over the process. The effect of photon energy and temperature on the persistent tunneling photoconductivity effect in Al/δ(Si)-GaAs structures

The phenomenon of persistent tunneling photoconductivity was studied using the tunneling spectroscopy technique at liquid-helium temperature: the separation between the unoccupied levels in a δ-doped layer at the GaAs surface decreased after illumination. This decrease was due to an increase in the width of the quantum well of the δ-doped layer. For photon energies hv exceeding the GaAs band gap E _g , this increase in the width of the quantum well was related to the accumulation of positive charge in the depth of GaAs induced by the generation of the electron-hole pairs and photoionization of deep centers. For hv < E _g (including the case of CO₂ laser), only photoionization is important. The experimental data agree with the self-consistent calculations. The critical temperature for the effect has been determined (T _c = 45 K); at higher temperatures, the effect disappears.

气流纺纱机项目是一种新型的纺纱设备,具有高产、高效、成纱质量好、工艺流程短的优点,是纺织企业重要的经济增长点之一.在实际生产过程中,由于多种原因,造成个别筒纱脱边、松心、坏管(习惯上称"坏筒");如果不及时处理,可能造成用户投诉,使企业遭受经济损失,也造成了纱线因损坏而浪费,增加企业的生产成本.我们为了节约生产,在以往的工作中也采取了不少方法杜绝上述问题的发生,也利用过1332M型络筒机卷绕气流纺纱,但效果不理想,改造成本较大,达不到低投入、高产出的目的.     

信息系统灾难恢复能力评估方法研究

论文提出了一种信息系统灾难恢复能力评估方法:信息资产分析方法、本地灾难恢复和远程灾难恢复等级的划分方法,并在此基础上,利用AHP层次分析法,构建了一套灾难恢复能力评估指标体系。该方法可以使评估结果具有更好的针对性和全面性。

Performance limitation due to statistical Raman crosstalk in a WDM system with multiple-wavelength bidirectionally pumped Raman amplification

A general theoretical model of statistical Raman crosstalk and its impact on system performance in a multiwavelength bidirectionally pumped Raman fiber amplifier (RFA) is developed for the first time, where we have taken modulation statistics, dispersion-induced pulse walk-off and signal-induced pump depletion into account. Two kinds of statistical Raman crosstalk, from signal-induced forward-pump depletion and from signal-signal Raman interaction, are included in one model. Formulas for normalized Raman crosstalk, Raman crosstalk-induced relative intensity noise spectral density, and its variance and system performance impact in terms of Q penalty are presented for both a single-span system and a dispersion-compensated multispan wavelength-division-multiplexed (WDM) link. Based on these formulas, we numerically investigate the impact of Raman crosstalk on system performance in a three-wavelengths bidirectionally pumped 40 /spl times/ 40-Gb/s WDM system for various fiber types. In addition, Raman crosstalk in a four-wavelength bidirectionally pumped RFA was experimentally measured. The results agree well with our theory.     

论建立动态勘探目标评价体系的迫切必要性

从国际上通行的油气勘探评价工作重点,中国石油所面临的"已逐步进入一个不断在老区范围内开展精细勘探、在老区范围内开展新区块、新层系勘探以获得主要的储量增长"的新的勘探形势,现有地质研究中各专题研究与具体勘探目标评价脱节等多个方面,论述了在中国石油内部建立一套动态勘探目标评价体系的迫切必要性;并在此基础上阐述了一个完整的动态勘探目标评价体系应包括的主要内容;最后对该体系的建设进行了可行性分析。
