Composites based on hafnium carbide and reinforced with continuous naked carbon fiber with and without PyC interface were prepared at low temperature by precursor infiltration and pyrolysis and chemical vapor deposition method. The microstructure, mechanical property, cyclic ablation and fiber bundle push-in tests of the composites were investigated. The results show that after three times ablation cycles, the bending strength of samples without PyC interface decreased by 63.6 %; the bending strength of samples with PyC interface only decreased by 37.8 %. The force displacement curve of the samples with PyC interface presented a well pseudoplastic deformation state. The mechanical behavior difference of two kinds of composites was due to crucial function of PyC interface phase including protection of fiber and weakening of fiber/matrix interface. 相似文献

Loss of β-cell mass and function can lead to insufficient insulin levels and ultimately to hyperglycemia and diabetes mellitus. The mainstream treatment approach involves regulation of insulin levels; however, approaches intended to increase β-cell mass are less developed. Promoting β-cell proliferation with low-molecular-weight inhibitors of dual-specificity tyrosine-regulated kinase 1A (DYRK1A) offers the potential to treat diabetes with oral therapies by restoring β-cell mass, insulin content and glycemic control. GNF4877, a potent dual inhibitor of DYRK1A and glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β) was previously reported to induce primary human β-cell proliferation in vitro and in vivo. The construction of nonlinear optical materials featuring asymmetric transmission of light is of great technological importance for various applications, including optical switching and optical power limiting. A significant challenge is the scalable fabrication of material candidates with good photochemical stability, high optical transmittance, and excellent optical limiting performance. Here, we present a nanocrystallization avenue for constructing hybrid optical limiting materials that exhibit ultrafast and robust optical limiting performance. The experimental results show that the controllable relaxation of a niobate glass may lead to the clustering of Nb-O units and contracting of the bandgap. It results in the notable improvement in nonlinear optical properties, including the enhanced saturation irradiance (380 GW/cm2), doubly increased nonlinear coefficient, and decreased limiting threshold (200 GW/cm2). Our results suggest a promising material that exhibits promising applications for protecting eyes and sensitive components from laser-induced damage. 相似文献

探索了以抽余C5为原料经与甲醇醚化制TAME的过程。试验表明,在国产催化剂D54型大孔阳离子交换树脂存在下,在反应温度60℃、LHSV2.4h-1、甲醇/异戊烯物质的量比1.00、反应压力0.2MPa的条件下,抽余C5中的异戊烯可与甲醇反应生成醚,异戊烯的转化率达63.26%,TAME的选择性可达99.61%。 相似文献

为满足动力后坐试验台位移、速度数据高速采集的要求,介绍了一种以增量式编码器为位移传感器、以STM32F107VCT6MCU为下位机数据采集模块,采用MicrosoftVc++6.0开发上位机试验软件的动力后坐试验台位移速度采集系统,实现了对试验中位移、速度数据的高速采集,并利用TeeChart控件实现速度位移曲线的绘制。现场试验结果表明该系统达到了设计要求,实现了数据的高速采集和曲线显示。 相似文献

先通过酸蚀去除钛合金表面的氧化膜,再由二次浸锌使TC4钛合金表面形成一层均匀致密的锌,最后进行化学镀镍.通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜对主要工艺阶段中基体表面形貌进行表征,利用能谱仪对施镀后的基体表面成分进行分析,采用热震法检测镀层的结合力,并通过摩擦磨损试验机和显微硬度计分别测得镀层的表面摩擦因数及显微硬度.采用正交试验优化了几项工艺参数:首次浸锌时间90 s,二次浸锌时间120 s,镀液温度85°C,pH 4.5.使用最优工艺所得镀镍层组织致密,表面均匀光洁,摩擦因数在0.25~0.30之间,显微硬度为593.7 HV,经5次循环的热震实验后,镀层表面保持完整,无开裂、剥落现象,表明其具有优异的减摩性、较高的显微硬度且结合力良好. 相似文献

Polypropylene (PP)/carbon composites were prepared via melt blending PP with carbon fillers, including multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and carbon black (CB). Field‐emission scanning electron microscopy was used to research the morphology and dispersion of fillers in the PP matrix. The electrical properties, mechanical properties, and crystallization behaviors of PP/carbon composites were also investigated. The results show that the influence of MWNTs on the properties of PP composites is different with CB, which can be ascribed to the structure and aspect ratio difference between MWNTs and CB. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
