幂律流体圆管湍流的大涡模拟

摘 要:本文采用动态亚格子模型,对幂律流体在圆管内的充分发展湍流流动进行了大涡模拟(LES),得到了不同幂律指数下的湍流流动信息。文中分析了平均轴向速度、脉动速度均方根和雷诺应力等随着幂律指数增加的变化趋势,得出随着幂律指数的增加对数区的平均轴向速度减小,脉动速度均方根和雷诺应力的值增大,模拟结果表明剪切稀化流体比剪切稠化流体的非牛顿特征更明显。同时对湍流流动的高阶统计量(偏斜因子和平坦因子)进行了分析,结果表明随着幂律指数的减小,轴向脉动的偏斜因子和平坦因子在近壁面区增大,随着幂律指数的减小轴向脉动的间歇性和非对称性更强。不同幂律指数下的湍流流动变化明显,进一步说明了幂律指数对幂律流体的湍流流动有重要影响。模拟结果与直接数值模拟结果吻合较好,证实了大涡模拟可以用来预测较大雷诺数情况下幂律流体流动的湍流特性。

Ground rubber powder (GRP) and devulcanized rubber (Dev.R) waste through a continuous shear‐flow reaction were used as fillers for virgin natural rubber. A Horikx plot and the gel fraction proved that both main‐chain scission and crosslink scission occurred during the devulcanization. The cure characteristics, swelling behavior, crosslink density, and mechanical properties were studied. GRP and Dev.R, generated from passenger car and light truck tires, showed applicable mechanical properties in the new rubber compounds, and the compounds containing Dev.R demonstrated better properties than those containing GRP. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The solids motion in a gas-solid fluidized bed was investigated using a discrete hard-sphere model. Detailed collision between particles and a nearest list method are presented. The turbulent viscosity of gas phase was predicted by subgrid scale (SGS) model. The interaction between gas and particles phases was governed by Newton's third law. The distributions of concentration, velocity and granular temperature of particles are obtained. The radial distribution function is calculated from the simulated spatio-temporal particle distribution. The normal and shear stresses of particles are predicted from the simulated instantaneous particle velocity. The pressure and viscosity of particles are obtained from both the kinetic theory of granular flow and the calculated stresses of particles. For elastic particles the individual lateral and vertical particle velocity distribution functions are isotropic and Maxwellian. The observed anisotropy becomes more pronounced with increasing degree of inelasticity of the particles.  相似文献

The cure characteristics, swelling behavior, cross‐link density, mechanical properties, and morphology were studied in our laboratory. The GRP and devulcanized rubber, which were generated from passenger car and light truck tires, showed applicable mechanical properties in new rubber compounds, and the compounds that contained devulcanized rubber showed better properties than those with GRP. In particular, devulcanized rubber as a part of rubber obtained through a cross‐link reaction exhibited excellent mechanical properties, with a strong potential for future applications. POLYM. ENG. The thermal curing reaction of two phenolic resole resins is monitored using the fluorescence technique. The intrinsic fluorescence can be used as an indicator for cure monitoring for the first resole. As the thermal curing proceeds, the intrinsic fluorescence intensity of the resole resin decreases and exhibits a few nanometers of redshift. The fluorescence intensity of the emission maxima is correlated with the conversion measured by differential scanning spectroscopy. A linear correlation is found at three different temperatures. The intrinsic fluorescence cannot always be used for monitoring the curing process of phenolic resole resins. Thus, three intramolecular charge transfer compounds and two organic donor–π‐acceptor salts are selected and applied for the cure monitoring of the second phenolic resole resin. As the curing reaction proceeds, the fluorescence emission spectra of the probes exhibit a blue spectral shift and the intensity changes because of environmental changes. An intensity ratio method is applied in which the ratios of the low‐ to high‐intensity changes in the emission bands are used to determine the degree of the curing process. There is a smooth correlation between the intensity ratio method and the degree of cure. The method enables one to follow the changes in the polymer structure at low and intermediate degrees of the curing process (below 70%) and obtain comparable results from different types of probes during the same curing process. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Behavior of ignition and combustion of coal particle cluster under a quiescent condition was numerically simulated by solving balance equations of mass and enthalpy with combustion kinetic models of volatiles and char. Two-flame structure, one flame penetrating into the cluster and the other moving out of the cluster, was predicted during the combustion of coal particle cluster. Effects of radiative heat transfer, group number, ambient temperature, coal particle size, and oxygen concentration on ignition and combustion of coal particle clusters were also analyzed. Simulations indicated that the gas volume fraction of coal particle cluster increases with time after devolatilization. Gas velocity passing through the cluster surface varied significantly at volatile liberation. The ignition time delay was reduced with the increase of ambient temperature. The cluster devolatilization rate and char burning rate increased while the ignition time delay decreased with the increase of ambient oxygen concentration.  相似文献

同步电机数据采集控制器是利用基于Cortex-M3内核的STM32系列STM32F103ZE而设计的,信号采集是利用STM32F103ZE片内带有多路A/D的特点,采集了三相定子电压和三相定子电流以及同步电机励磁电压,通过软硬件设计,实现对同步电机的定子电压、定子电流及转子励磁电压波形进行实时采集并显示,从而实时监视电机的运行情况,并对运行情况进行保存、显示、上传的一种新型数据采集控制器.  相似文献

This paper presents an integrated simulation model for full digital controlled PMIG/MAG welding system with Matlab/Simulink, and it consists of power inverter, digital control system and dynamic arc-load model. An integrated simulation study was done for fuU digital PMIG/MAG welding, and a method of connecting dynamic arc-load model to the system with controlled current source was presented, in addition, the simulation results were utilized to study the issues of digital control PMIG/MAG welding in this paper. The experimental results validated the developed simulation model, and this simulation study can be applied in implementation of the full digital PMIG/MAG welding and analysis of system dynamic process.  相似文献
