Three molecular imprinted polymers (MIPs) were prepared with different amounts of crosslinker (ethylene glycol dimethacrylate) in methacrylic acid functional monomer. Positron lifetime spectroscopy has been used to study the variation in free volume cavities (nanosize pores) in these MIPs of different monomer‐crosslinker ratio. The changes in free volume cavities after the template molecule 4‐chlorophenol extracted from the polymer matrix were measured. The results indicate that the optimum monomer‐crosslinker ratio for this MIP is 1:5. The free volume distribution derived from CONTIN program further reveals the presence and absence of template molecules in the system. The Fourier transform infrared spectra results have been used to compliment this through the absence of stretching frequencies at 648 cm?1 and 825 cm?1 of C? Cl suggesting the successful extraction of the template from the MIPs. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) scans indicate the grains are of heterogeneous shape and size in agreement with earlier studies. POLYM. ENG. We report a comparative investigation of the characteristics of modified TiO_2 nanorods grown on conducting indium tin oxide glass(ITO) substrates by two different hydrothermal methods: the direct method by which rutile TiO_2 nanorods were grown directly on plain ITO substrates and the seed-mediated one using which a thin film of anatase TiO_2 seed layer was laid down by spin coating and annealing prior to the growth of TiO_2 nanorods on it. Microstructural analysis of the samples using X-ray diffraction confirmed their rutile nature. The average crystallite size estimated using Scherrer's formula was found to fall in the range of 11–17 nm in both cases. Field emission scanning electron microscopy revealed the nanorod morphologies of a dandelion arrangement in the case of directly grown ones and a proper vertical orientation in the case of the seed-mediated method. UV–Vis spectroscopy analysis of both the samples exhibited redshifts with intense absorption of visible radiation, and the seed-mediated one was found to possess an increased bandgap. The transport nature of the samples was characterized by significant increase in both dark and photocurrents. The results show that the dark and photocurrent values of the directly grown TiO_2 nanorods were greater than those of the seed-mediated ones by *seven and five folds, respectively, and therefore, it could serve as efficient photoelectrodes in dye-sensitized solar cells.  相似文献

雅鲁藏布江中上游,流域面积大,水文站点稀少,目前还无法进行有效的洪水作业预报。基于数字高程模型,利用ArcGIS软件中的水文分析功能,对该区域进行流域空间离散,通过生成流域流水网、划分流域子单元、建立产汇流分区、生成分区间拓扑关系等步骤,构建分布式洪水预报方案。针对雅鲁藏布江中上游的流域特性,选用新安江模降雨径流和马斯京根河道演算模型,对流域的水文过程进行模拟。结果表明,该预报方案能较好模拟流域重要站点的水文过程。  相似文献

藏式砌体广泛应用于藏式建筑墙体中,在自然灾害、人为损坏等赋存环境影响作用下,出现了裂缝、倾斜及材料损伤等多种劣化形式。基于科学手段对劣化藏式墙体的健康状况进行合理评估一直是藏式古建砌体保护的难点。基于模糊评价法和层次分析法,对影响藏式砌体墙的几种主要损伤形式进行综合研究,通过参数分析迭代耦合,得到裂缝、倾斜及材料损伤等多种影响因素的权重系数及层次排序,并通过两个砖砌体试验模型进行验证。结合砌体结构安全评价规范,给出砌体结构墙体性能的量化评价标准,解决了利用模糊评价法评估藏式墙体时损伤形式权重系数难以客观确定的问题。  相似文献
