A model is developed and a study is performed for amphoteric diffusion of silicon in gallium arsenide. The use of special digital image processing for removal of the blur which results quite often from a mutual relative motion of the optical sensor and object during the exposure is considered. The problem of blur removal from a digital image belongs to the class of incorrect problems, which means that it is impossible to obtain an exact solution resistant to small perturbations in the input data. Therefore, special methods should be invoked. The use of the Tikhonov regularization methods for solving the problem of blur removal from a digital image is demonstrated.  相似文献

The redistribution of ion-implanted magnesium under high-rate annealing conditions is calculated. The characteristics of signal registration of nuclear-magnetic resonance in a weak magnetic field from a small volume of an investigated medium have been considered. The consideration of the characteristics revealed in a new developed design of a magnetic system for a compact nuclear-magnetic spectrometer, and also in the NMR-signal registration method allows significant extension of the possibility to use the phenomenon of nuclear-magnetic resonance for the study of condensed medium in an express mode. Self‐assembling peptide amphiphiles (PAs) can form hierarchically ordered membranes when brought in contact with aqueous polyelectrolytes of the opposite charge by rapidly creating a diffusion barrier composed of filamentous nanostructures parallel to the plane of the incipient membrane. Following this event, osmotic forces and charge complexation template nanofiber growth perpendicular to the plane of the membrane in a dynamic self‐assembly process. In this work, we show that this hierarchical structure requires massive interfacial aggregation of PA molecules, suggesting the importance of rapid diffusion barrier formation. Strong PA aggregation is induced here through the use of heparin‐binding PAs with heparin and also with polyelectrolytes of varying charge density. Small angle X‐ray scattering shows that in the case of weak PA‐polyelectrolyte interaction, membranes formed display a cubic phase ordering on the nanoscale that likely results from clusters of PA nanostructures surrounded by polyelectrolyte chains.  相似文献

A series of materials possessing extractive, sorption, reducing, and coagulating properties (and sometimes combining them simultaneously) is investigated. The optimal conditions for carrying out the processes of both the joint and selective recovery of metal ions are found.
