In this investigation, the flow of an unsteady mixed convection boundary layer viscous nanofluid on a stretchable sheet is considered. The flow examination is affected by a magnetic field. The reason for the examination exhibited is to create models for nanomaterials that incorporate the Brownian movement and thermophoresis phenomena. The created nonlinear standard differential condition is illuminated numerically utilizing the Runge-Kutta-Gill technique and the start program. The different factors of speed, temperature, and concentration are reported and discussed. The examination shows that the speed, temperature, and concentration are lower in contrast with the consistent stream on account of an assisting flow, whereas the opposite situation is noticed in the opposing flow case. The effects of Brownian movement and thermophoresis in the concentration case are totally different. 相似文献

The current oral therapy with raloxifene hydrochloride (RXH) is less effective due to its poor bioavailability (only 2%). Henceforth, an attempt was made to investigate the utility of triglyceride (trimyristin, tripalmitin and tristearin) based solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) for improved oral delivery of RXH. The SLN formulations prepared were evaluated for particle size, zeta potential and % entrapment and the optimized formulation was lyophilized. Solid state characterization studies unravel the transformation of RXH to amorphous or molecular state from the native crystalline form. Further the in situ perfusion studies carried out in rat intestine reveal the potential of SLN for enhanced permeation of raloxifene HCl across gastrointestinal barrier. To derive the conclusions, in vivo pharmacokinetic study was conducted in rats to assess the bioavailability of RXH from SLN formulation compared to drug suspension. Overall a twofold increase in bioavailability with SLN formulations confer their potential for improved oral delivery of RXH. 相似文献

In this paper, drain current transient characteristics of β-Ga2O3 high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) are studied to access current collapse and recovery time due to dynamic population and de-population of deep level traps and interface traps. An approximately 10 min, and 1 h of recovery time to steady-state drain current value is measured under 1 ms of stress on the gate and drain electrodes due to iron (Fe)–doped β-Ga2O3 substrate and germanium (Ge)–doped β-Ga2O3 epitaxial layer respectively. On-state current lag is more severe due to widely reported defect trap EC – 0.82 eV over EC – 0.78 eV, −0.75 eV present in Iron (Fe)-doped β-Ga2O3 bulk crystals. A negligible amount of current degradation is observed in the latter case due to the trap level at EC – 0.98 eV. It is found that occupancy of ionized trap density varied mostly under the gate and gate–source area. This investigation of reversible current collapse phenomenon and assessment of recovery time in β-Ga2O3 HEMT is carried out through 2D device simulations using appropriate velocity and charge transport models. This work can further help in the proper characterization of β-Ga2O3 devices to understand temporary and permanent device degradation. 相似文献

In this paper, we consider a problem of autonomous search using single or multiple Unmanned Ariel Vehicles (UAVs) mounted with downward-facing cameras. A model of the effectiveness of the search sensor, camera, in this case, is essential for developing strategies for optimal deployment and path planning of UAVs for efficient search. The probability of detection of a target of interest as a function of its distance from the point directly below the camera is used to model the search effectiveness. We carried out experiments and obtained a search effectiveness model for a camera in the laboratory environment using ArUco markers and triangular shapes as targets.
