超声行波马达环形定子的振动模式

利用傅立叶变换对由环形压电陶瓷片激励的超声行波马达环形定子的振动模式作了分析,说明了在保持为某一振动模式设计的压电陶瓷片塗银电极图形不变的情形下,改变激励电源的频率到某些值时,也能激发起其它一些的振动模式.并实验验证了部分结果.     

Structure Evolution and Electrical Properties of Y3+‐Doped Ba1−xCaxZr0.07Ti0.93O3 Ceramics

Lead free piezoelectric ceramics of Y³⁺‐doped Ba_1?xCa_xZr_0.07Ti_0.93O₃ with x = 0.05, 0.10, and 0.15 were prepared. Composition and temperature‐dependent structural phase evolution and electrical properties of as‐prepared ceramics were studied systematically by X‐ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, impedance analyzer, ferroelectric test system, and unipolar strain measurement. Composition with x = 0.10 performs a good piezoelectric constant d₃₃ of 363 pC/N, coercive field E_c of 257 V/mm, remanent polarization P_r of 14.5 μC/cm², and a Curie temperature T_m of 109°C. High‐resolution X‐ray diffraction was introduced to indicate presence of orthorhombic phase. Converse piezoelectric constant d₃₃* of x = 0.10 composition performed better temperature stability in the range from 50°C to 110°C. That means decreasing orthorhombic–tetragonal phase transition temperature could be an effective way to enlarge its operating temperature range.     

含镁铝尖晶石的铝酸钙水泥中物相分布状态对流变特性的影响

合成了3种不同配比含镁铝尖晶石的铝酸钙水泥(CAM)。借助X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对合成的水泥试样进行了物相组成和显微结构分析,使用电导率仪、维卡仪和流变仪测定了CAM水泥净浆的水化和流变特性。结果表明:当水泥中镁铝尖晶石(MgAl2O4,MA)分布在一铝酸钙(CaAl2O4,CA)周围时,MA阻碍了CA与水的接触,水泥水化较难进行,水泥砂浆凝结时间较长,水泥净浆的屈服应力、表观黏度和触变性较小,储能模量G’增长速率也较小。MA和CA交错分布时,CA晶粒外形不规整,与水接触面积较大,水泥水化较易进行,水泥砂浆凝结时间较短,水泥净浆的屈服应力、表观黏度和触变性较大,储能模量G’增长速率也较大。而当MA分布于CA晶粒之间时,CA晶粒发育完整,水泥溶解过程较慢,水泥凝结时间和流变参数都处于中间值。     

Enhanced production of l-tryptophan with glucose feeding and surfactant addition and related metabolic flux redistribution in the recombinant Escherichia coli

The production of l-tryptophan was investigated in a recombinant strain Escherichia coli W3110-ZDrr. It was observed that phosphate and feeding strategies are key factors to ensure the good cell growth and high production of l-tryptophan. The simple exponential feeding strategy could only produce 10.6 g/L l-tryptophan due to the improper feeding rate; while the manual glucose-feedback feeding approach could effectively control the substrate and inhibit the formation of acetate, and thus improvemed the l-tryptophan production to 25.5 g/L. The modified exponential feeding approach avoided overfeeding or underfeeding and achieved high production of l-tryptophan. Moreover, the addition of Tween 60 or PL61 could enhance the cell growth and the production of l-tryptophan in the fed-batch mode. Subsequent metabolic flux analysis showed that more carbon flux was distributed into the biosynthesis of l-tryptophan when Tween 60 or PL61 was supplied. The present work presents one base for further large-scale production of this important amino acid.     

碳布负载氮掺杂石墨烯及其电化学性能研究

以氧化石墨烯(GO)为原料、抗坏血酸为还原剂以及尿素作为氮掺杂剂,采用化学还原法制备了氮掺杂石墨烯凝胶(NGH).在制备NGH的时候引入混酸处理过的碳布,就得到了碳布负载氮掺杂石墨烯(NG/CC).利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱和电化学方法对样品的形貌、结构、组成以及电化学性质进行了表征和测试.结果表明:GO被有效还原,氮被掺杂到了石墨烯中;NG/CC具有三维交联的多孔结构;在6 mol·L-1的KOH电解液中,NG/CC具有良好的超级电容器性能.在0.5 mA·cm-2电流密度下其比电容为35.2 mF·cm-2,在5 mA·cm-2的电流密度下循环4500圈后,NG/CC的容量保持率为98％,并且在这个过程中的库伦效率始终接近100％.     

一种基于极化圆周SAR图像的陆上桥梁提取方法

桥梁作为重要的人造目标,一直都是合成孔径雷达(SAR)图像解译的重要对象之一.目前针对桥梁检测问题已开展了较多研究,核心思想是:首先提取出河流水体,然后再根据河流与桥梁的位置关系检测桥梁.然而,已有的桥梁检测方法依赖于河流提取,很难实现陆上桥梁检测.因为陆上桥梁下方的背景不再是河流,而是陆地,其散射特性、形状分布与河流...     

节能建筑保温设计数值微分模型

建立围护结构内部热传导的微分方程,运用有限差分法利用计算机求解,得到不同保温层厚度下与室内热量交换情况。结合保温层建造费用与室内制冷和保暖费用,求得保温层的最佳厚度。热工测试表明模型设计值与实测值吻合较好,这一算法为节能建筑设计提供科学参考。
