国外陶瓷球加工技术及其应用

主要综述了国外陶瓷球的加工技术，加工陶瓷球使用的设备，研磨介质和研磨料的选择，介绍了陶瓷球及陶瓷球轴承的应用发展概况。     

Deformation resistance effect of PAN-based carbon fibers

The deformation resistance effect of polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based carbon fibers was investigated, and the variatipn law of electrical resistivity under tensile stress was analyzed. The results show that the gauge factor (fractional change in resistance per unit strain) of PAN-based carbon fibers is 1.38, which is lower than that of the commonly-used resistance strain gauge. These may due to that the electrical resistivity of carbon fibers decreases under tensile stress. In addition when the carbon fibers are stretched, the change of its resistance is caused by fiber physical dimension and the change of electric resistivity, and mainly caused by the change of physical dimension. The mechanical properties of carbon fiber monofilament were also measured. Funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 10672128 and 50878170)

锻压机工作凸轮中频感应淬火开裂原因分析

70201B号轮是齐齐哈尔第二机床厂生产的自动锻压的一个重要零部件，在中频感应淬火时，凸轮过渡区出现开裂，裂纹指向凸轮的几何中心，对此进行了多方面的检验与分析，查找成凸轮开裂的真正原因是该凸轮在中频淬火前预备热处理组织不合格，并提出了改进措施。     

LiF对自保护药芯焊丝电弧稳定性的影响

采用AHXV电弧分析仪研究了芯料组成中LiF对自保护药芯焊丝焊接电弧稳定性的影响。研究结果表明，在自保护药芯焊丝中加入LiF，能够减小焊接电流的波动范围，使焊接电弧的稳定性得到改善，但LiF的加入量应控制在合适的范围内，加入量太少稳弧作用不明显，加入量过多能导致焊接飞溅增大及由于吸潮而带来的的气孔等问题。     

走向创意之路——对天津创意文化产业园设计与发展的思考

近年来,创意文化产业在我国悄然兴起,产业园区建设更是如火如荼,天津作为一个直辖市,其创意产业发展迅速,备受业界关注,目前已有相关园区数十家。行业的发展需要遵循一定的科学规律,如果建设速度大于现有承载能力,反而会使力量分散,最终导致产业集聚程度降低。文章从天津特有的地域文化和现实情况出发,对其创意文化产业存在的诸多问题进行了系统的剖析,并提出规范行业建设与发展的具体策略,进而达到合理发展产业经济的目的。     

改进的多尺度形状模板匹配算法

针对形状模板匹配算法在目标发生尺度变化时匹配效率低的问题,提出一种改进的多尺度形状模板匹配算法。离线过程中,针对参考点和多尺度模板与目标的匹配不适应情况,提出一种新的参考点选取方法;在线过程中,采用一种优先匹配策略,确定该尺度层存在最佳模板的期望值,并依此判断该尺度层模板参与匹配的必要性;基于选取的最优参考点和优先匹配策略实现目标的高效匹配。实验结果显示,与经典算法相比,所提算法的平均匹配时间分别为NCC算法、SSDA算法的0.81%、2.25%;且当目标发生平移、旋转和尺度等复杂变化时,依然可以实现目标的精确匹配。     

Deriving phosphorus atomic chains from few-layer black phosphorus

Phosphorus atomic chains,the narrowest nanostructures of black phosphorus (BP),are highly relevant to the in-depth development of BP-based one-dimensional (1D) nano-electronics components.In this study,we report a top-down route for the preparation of phosphorus atomic chains via electron beam sculpturing inside a transmission electron microscope (TEM).The growth and dynamics (i.e.,rupture and edge migration) of 1D phosphorus chains are experimentally captured for the first time.Furthermore,the dynamic behavior and associated energetics of the as-formed phosphorus chains are further investigated by density functional theory (DFT) calculations.It is hoped that these 1D BP structures will serve as a novel platform and inspire further exploration of the versatile properties of BP.
