船体水上防锈漆体系加速试验方法研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
根据船舶水线漆和船壳漆的使用环境和主要破坏因素,设计了一套以盐雾-人工加速老化(紫外光/冷凝)交替暴露和带人造缺陷样板的加速暴露试验方法为主,结合海水冲刷、附着力等主要力学性能测定的试验方案。对8种国内外船体水上部份防锈漆体系的性能进行综合评定,其结果采用数字量化评分。试验结果表明,该试验方法可在相当短的时间内对各类船体水上防锈漆体系的综合性能作出正确的评定。  相似文献

为了研究基于形状记忆聚合物(shape memory polymer,SMP)新型簧片的形状记忆行为以及金属材料对SMP簧片的增强效应,首先,基于三维SMP应力-应变-温度关系,编写了可供ABAQUS调用的用户材料子程序(user-defined material mechanical behavior,UMAT),开发出可用于三维复杂应力状态下SMP结构的有限元计算方法.然后,利用该方法对SMP簧片结构正向和反向弯曲变形的形状记忆行为(高温加载、降温固形、低温卸载和升温恢复)进行了仿真.最后,模拟和分析金属材料增强的SMP复合簧片结构的折叠过程.结果表明:SMP簧片在正向和反向折叠变形后,通过温度的控制能够自动展开,因此,能够有效解决传统簧片结构中的驱动复杂和过冲震动的问题;金属增强的SMP复合簧片的失稳弯矩和平稳弯矩被明显提高,金属增强效果从强到弱的顺序依次是:合金钢、铸钢、灰铸铁和硬铝合金.  相似文献

In forensic investigations,it is vital that the authenticity of digital evidence should be ensured. In addition,technical means should be provided to ensure that digital evidence collected cannot be misused for the purpose of perjury. In this paper,we present a method to ensure both authenticity and non-misuse of data extracted from wireless mobile devices. In the method,the device ID and a timestamp become a part of the original data and the Hash function is used to bind the data together. Encryption is applied to the data,which includes the digital evidence,the device ID and the timestamp. Both symmetric and asymmetric encryption systems are employed in the proposed method where a random session key is used to encrypt the data while the public key of the forensic server is used to encrypt the session key to ensure security and efficiency. With the several security mechanisms that we show are supported or can be implemented in wireless mobile devices such as the Android,we can ensure the authenticity and non-misuse of data evidence in digital forensics.  相似文献

Red/near infrared (NIR) long persistent phosphors have received extensive attentions in biomedical, food inspection, iris recognition, biological imaging, etc. Herein, a new phosphor, Li2ZnGe3O8:Cr3+, is reported with deep red persistent luminescence peaking at 708 nm. By adjusting the Cr3+ doping concentration, the competitive site occupation at [ZnO6] and [GeO6] polyhedral enables different traps behaviors including trap types, trap concentration and trap depth, which in turn leads to different afterglow duration time from 2 to 20 h. The persistent luminescence mechanisms originated from different trap models have been discussed, and it is found that they can cooperate or inhibit each other, enabling different luminescence depending on time. The dynamic anti-counterfeiting applications have been demonstrated, which provides a new way to rationally designing for multi-functional luminescent materials.  相似文献

Sustainable development strategy has aroused a great interest in biomass resources as alternative raw materials. A kind of biomass-derived poly(butylene succinate) (PBS), has been developed as porous foams to reduce resource exhaustion and meet lightweight demands. For fire-safety in-service, graphene oxide (GO) was functionalized by 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO) to combine flame-retardant elements and heat-barrier function. Hence, a very low loading level of P-containing GO as only 5 wt% could reduce peak heat release rate (pHRR) and total heat release (THR) of PBS-based foams by 58.5% and 22.3%, respectively. Meanwhile, N-/P-doped mesoporous char with a specific surface area of 136 m2/g, which derived from combustion of flame-retardant foaming PBS, contributes to a potential of energy storage applications in the capacitor or the anode of Li-ion battery with long-term stability. Overall, the sustainability of bio-based polyester could integrate lightweight of foaming, and be extended to utilization after use via facile combustion inspired by flame-retardancy design.  相似文献

采用热脱附-气相色谱/质谱和顶空气相色谱/质谱分别对车间硫化烟气和实验室模拟硫化烟气进行分析,并研究两者间的关系。结果表明:车间硫化烟气热脱附优化条件为脱附温度 180 ℃,脱附时间 15 min,冷阱温度 -65 ℃;以顶空进样器模拟橡胶硫化过程来进行实验室模拟硫化烟气成分分析;相同胶料的车间硫化烟气检出成分少于实验室模拟硫化烟气检出成分,但两者大部分成分相同,相同成分多为毒性较大的含氮类化合物和苯等;车间硫化烟气与实验室模拟硫化烟气解析量基本呈正相关。  相似文献

Since the 1980s, the development of information and communication technologies (ICTs) has greatly changed people’s modes of production and lifestyle, and it has also had a significant influence on traditional social structures. Microblogs – a type of social media application such as Twitter or Weibo – have served as an important platform for network governance in some local governments in China. This study makes an attempt to answer the following questions: What types of strategies should governments implement on social media platforms during public emergencies? What are the effects of these strategies? Based on the case of the Shifang Incident, which was a large-scale environmental protest that occurred in Shifang, China in 2012, we analyze all the messages posted during the incident on the official microblog of the Shifang government and examine the public feedback by using an online big data analysis tool. In line with the time sequence and the extent of the conflict, we divide the Shifang Incident into three phases: the fermentation period, the confrontation period, and the digestion period. In addition, we classify government strategies on social media into five categories: introducing, appealing, explaining, rumor-refuting, and decision-making. The analysis results show that different government strategies are applied to different phases of the incident and that the responses of the public also vary during different periods.  相似文献

鉴于地下水污染风险评价是地下水环境风险评价的重要组成部分,也是地下水污染防控的重要环节,为全面了解地下水污染风险评价的研究现状,在综合国内外文献和资料的基础上,对地下水污染风险评价的相关研究成果进行总结与评述。首先,对地下水污染风险的概念进行回顾,并就其属性特征与评价历程进行概述。其次,重点介绍了地下水污染风险评价的主要研究内容与具体评价方法。最后,分析了当前地下水污染风险评价中存在的问题,指出未来需要在地下水污染风险评价的理论体系、地下水污染风险评价的不确定性、地下水污染风险区划以及风险决策管理等方面加强研究。  相似文献

Ultrathin Co3O4 nanosheets grown on the reduced graphene oxide (Co3O4/rGO) was synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method and was investigated as a cathode in a Li-O2 battery. Benefited from the synergistic effect between Co3O4 and rGO, the hybrid exhibits a high initial capacity of 10,528 mAh g?1 along with a high coulombic efficiency (84.4%) at 100 mA g?1. In addition, the batteries show an enhanced cycling stability and after 113 cycles, the cut-off discharge voltage remains above 2.5 V. The outstanding performance is intimately related to the high surface area of rGO, which not only provide carbon skeleton for the uniform distribution of Co3O4 nanosheets but also facilitate the reversible formation and decomposition of insoluble Li2O2. The results of electrochemical tests confirm that the Co3O4/rGO hybrid is a promising candidate for the Li-O2 batteries.  相似文献
