Synthesis of Diamond@SiO2@Ag composite materials for high SERS effect

Among various carbon materials, diamond stands out due to excellent physical and chemical properties. In this work, we designed Dia@SiO₂@Ag composites combining diamond micropowder and Ag nanoparticles by a simple chemical method and obtained stable substrate for surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) owing to its high surface-to-volume ratio, low density, as well as close bond between diamond and Ag. As-prepared Dia@SiO₂@Ag presented high activity to detect crystal violet and rhodamine 6G molecules, which was demonstrated by significantly enhanced SERS spectra and high enhancement factor values (10⁸-10⁹). Moreover, Dia@SiO₂@Ag also showed desired sensitivity, which was investigated by detection limit. Therefore, our study provided more theoretical support and broadened the functional applications of diamond, particularly in Raman detection.

一种改进的基于驱动模型的门式起重机消摆设计

为研究一种较快捷的起重机闭环消摆控制器,把由变频器、三相笼型异步电机、减速器所构成的驱动系统纳入到整个控制系统中来,通过建立精确的数学模型,得到电机转速与吊载摆动角度的传递关系;运用微加速度计,实时检测吊载摆动角度,加入负反馈,而设计出一种新型的自适应神经控制器;为加快学习速度,采用直接设计模型参考自适应控制策略;借助于液压实验室中PLC变频调速门式起重机实验平台,进行仿真和实验;证明了该方法消摆和定位更快,效果更好.     

Ultra-Stretchable Monofilament Flexible Sensor with Low Hysteresis and Linearity based on MWCNTs/Ecoflex Composite Materials

Wearable human–computer interaction equipment is a common technology, which can improve the comfort, convenience, and safety of the human body, and also can monitor human health. The flexible and wearable tensile sensor can be conveniently installed on clothes or directly connected to the body. This provides a convenient, timely, and portable solution for the detection of human motion. Therefore, wearable electronic equipment is gaining more attention. In this paper, a highly stretchable, flexible, and sensitive strain sensor which is based on multi-walled carbon nanotubes/Ecoflex nanocomposites is reported. A monofilament tensile sensor obtains good linearity (10.77%), low hysteresis (1.63%), good stability (6000 cycles under 100% strain), and ultra-high strain range (ε = 1300%). This ultra-stretchable sensor has potential applications in human motion monitoring, medical rehabilitation, health monitoring, human–computer interaction, and soft robots.     

多孔陶瓷的制备和性能研究

选用普通陶瓷原料粉为主要原料，适当添加造孔剂(有机细粉碳黑)和高温活性剂，制备出一种性能优良的多孔陶瓷。通过扫描电镜及性能测试分析，探讨了多孔陶瓷的微观结构及性能的影响因数。

Leaching Stability of Simulated Waste Forms for Immobilizing An3＋ by Gd2Zr2O7 with Nd3＋

In order to investigate the anti-leaching capability of pyrochlore Gd2Zr2O7 immobilized An3+, trivalent neodymium was used as the simulacrums for radioactive wastes with trivalence, Gd2-xNdxZr2O7(0.0x 2.0) series samples were successfully synthesized by high temperature solid reaction and using Gd2O3, Zr O2 powders as starting materials. The experiments of long-term chemical stability were conducted in synthetic seawater at 40 and 70 ℃. The XRD diffractive data and extraction ratio of as-received samples were collected with the help of X-ray diffraction(XRD) instrument and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICPMass). The results indicate that the phases of as-received compounds keep the single phase of pyrochlore. The extraction ratio of Gd3+, Zr4+ and Nd3+ in waste forms is increasing with the increase of immersion time in synthetic seawater. The extraction ratio of waste forms at 70 ℃ is higher than at 40 ℃. The highest extraction ratio of Gd3+, Zr4+ and Nd3+ after 42 days is near 0.025 8, 0.003 8 and 0.045 2 μg·m L-1, respectively.     

依据角度位置变速的铺匀器控制系统

用角度测量传感器，检测铺匀器的角度变化，并用新型的电、液控制技术，实施了对铺匀器的变速控制。此设计经实际使用，效果良好。     

寒冷地区电站长距离输水明渠冬季运行方式探讨

通过大量工程资料收集和类似工程经验分析,对寒冷地区引水式水电站长距离输水明渠在冬季各种输、排冰运行方式的适用性进行了对比分析,着重对结冰盖运行方式的建筑物布置、流量控制和水位控制等进行深入分析和研究,提出了完整的分段壅水结冰盖输水方式的输水渠道建筑物布置、水位运行控制的设计和运行控制方法,消除了寒冷地区电站输水长明渠冬季运行中的冰冻危害问题,并成功运用于实际工程设计和运行。
