<飞行工程力学>课程要在突出专业特色方面有所突破和创新,教学内容要与部队、航理、装备密切结合.为此,在教学中利用课件将隐蔽、复杂的航空飞机结构材料转变成为直观、生动、形象的音、视频多媒体材料.     

A new method for recovering valuable metals from low-grade nickeliferous oxide ores

A new method, the concentrated sulfuric acid acidolysis and water leaching (SAWL) of nickeliferous oxide ores, is proposed and the optimal conditions for recovery of nickel, cobalt and copper from a low-grade Chinese nickeliferous oxide ore are presented. A series of experiments were conducted which examined the effect of acid charge, acid curing temperature and acid curing time. Recoveries of up to 95%, 83% and 95% for Ni, Cu and Co, respectively were obtained with only the sulfuric acid at ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure. Comparing the percolation leaching with agitation leaching showed that percolation leaching was capable of extracting the valuable metals with water. The SAWL method was scaled to three-stages counter-current leaching tests using 1 kg of ore. The results indicate greater than 90% extraction for nickel and cobalt.     

Characterization of Two-Component System CitB Family in Salmonella Pullorum

Salmonella enterica, serovar Gallinarum, biovar Pullorum, is an avian-specific pathogen which has caused considerable economic losses to the poultry industry worldwide. Two-component systems (TCSs) play an essential role in obtaining nutrients, detecting the presence of neighboring bacteria and regulating the expression of virulence factors. The genome analysis of S. Pullorum strain S06004 suggesting the carriage of 22 pairs of TCSs, which belong to five families named CitB, OmpR, NarL, Chemotaxis and LuxR. In the CitB family, three pairs of TCSs, namely CitA-CitB, DcuS-DcuR and DpiB-DpiA, remain unaddressed in S. Pullorum. To systematically investigate the function of the CitB family in S. Pullorum, four mutants, ΔcitAB (abbreviated as Δcit), ΔdcuSR (Δdcu), ΔdpiBA (Δdpi) and ΔcitABΔdcuSRΔdpiBA (Δ3), were made using the CRISPR/Cas9 system. The results demonstrated that the CitB family did not affect the growth of bacteria, the results of biochemical tests, invasion and proliferation in chicken macrophage HD-11 cells and the expression of fimbrial protein. But the mutants showed thicker biofilm formation, higher resistance to antimicrobial agents, enhanced tolerance to inhibition by egg albumen and increased virulence in chicken embryos. Moreover, the deletion of Dpi TCS was detrimental to survival after exposure to hyperosmotic and oxidative environments, as well as the long-term colonization of the small intestine of chickens. Collectively, we provided new knowledge regarding the possible role of the CitB family involved in the pathogenic processes of S. Pullorum.

基于改进AWNN的风电功率超短期多步预测

为提高风电功率超短期多步预测精度,针对梯度修正学习算法采用随机初始化网络参数训练自适应小波神经网络(AWNN)易陷入局部最优的缺点,将粒子群(PSO)算法和差分进化(DE)算法相结合,提出利用IPSO-DE算法优化AWNN的初始化网络参数,得到改进AWNN模型(IAWNN)并将其用于风电功率超短期多步预测。仿真结果表明:IPSO-DE算法优化AWNN初始化网络参数的性能优于IPSO算法、DE算法和梯度修正学习算法,所提改进模型的多步预测性能优于AWNN模型、持续法(PM)模型和BP神经网络(BPNN)模型。     

石油钻柱顶部高频激振解卡耦合响应特性

采用顶部高频激振进行钻柱解卡具有操作简便、高效低成本的优点,但是解卡作业效果受到井下复杂环境的严重影响。将解卡装置和钻柱相结合,并考虑环境因素影响,建立解卡装置-钻柱系统耦合振动模型,据此揭示系统振动响应特性,以及钻井液黏度、卡点深度、井斜角及高频解卡装置的工作参数等因素对卡点处解卡力的影响特性,并结合特定工况确定最佳工作参数范围。研究结果表明:在高频激振解卡作业中,解卡效果的影响因素相互耦合;针对实际作业环境和钻柱结构,通过优化获得最佳的作业参数,可以有效地提高解卡效果。     

超高压处理对冷藏带鱼鱼丸保鲜效果的影响

为延长带鱼鱼丸保质期,以带鱼鱼丸为原料,分别在250、300、350 MPa压力下处理5 min,以冷藏期间鱼丸菌落总数、总挥发性盐基氮(total volatile base nitrogen,TVB-N)含量、pH值为指标,并结合感官评价、色值、凝胶强度及质地剖面分析,探究超高压处理对冷藏带鱼鱼丸保鲜效果的影响.结...     

基于IAS2.1的太平湾发电厂计算机监控系统开发

本文简要地介绍了基于Industrial Application Server 2.1（IAS2.1）系统完成太平湾发电厂计算机监控系统改造的情况。重点在以下几个方面：太平湾发电厂的环境条件分析;目前主流计算机监控系统的应用现状和技术状态分析;对应用于太平湾发电厂监控项目的工业自动化平台软件的技术需求的分析;结合IAS2.1的主要技术特点论证了该平台软件的可行性;提供了将IAS 2.1应用于水电厂综合监控的典型实例,从系统结构、主机配置、网络设计、IAS 2.1角色分配、主备式数据引擎设计等主要方面作了突出说明,有助于了解基于IAS 2.1的水电厂计算机监控系统的技术特色;对实例的实际效果和应用情况进行了总结和提炼。     

柔性直流电网的快速电磁暂态仿真

柔性直流电网含多个模块化多电平换流器与直流断路器,需要快速准确的换流器与直流断路器仿真模型。为提高模块化多电平换流器的仿真速度,利用电容能量均分的思想简化子模块均压策略,并准确保留桥臂闭锁与不闭锁时的外特性,提出了一种能量均分模型。针对级联全桥型直流断路器,给出一种断路器支路子模块串等值电路简化方法,提出了一种快速仿真模型。在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建模型并进行了电磁暂态仿真,验证了所提出模型的准确性与快速性。     

Effect of laver powder on textual,rheological properties and water distribution of squid (Dosidicus gigas) surimi gel

In order to ameliorate the gel quality of Dosidicus gigas surimi, the effects of laver powder on gel properties, rheological properties, and water-holding capacity (WHC) were investigated. Results indicated that the addition of laver powder could significantly increase the hardness, chewiness, and breaking force of surimi gels. However, the texture indexes and gel strength began to decline when additional amount exceeded 0.6%. Rheological results demonstrated that the addition of laver powder increased the storage modulus (G′) and viscosity of surimi, prolonged protein denaturation temperature in surimi gels. Moreover, the WHC of surimi gel was improved with the increase of laver powder. Further analyses in low-field nuclear magnetic resonance revealed that laver powder could shorten the transverse relaxation time, enhanced the combination with water, and altered the distribution of different water categories. The proportion of bound water and immobilized water reached its maximum and minimum at 0.6% of laver powder, respectively. Correlation analyses showed that WHC of surimi gel was negatively correlated well with the proportion of loose-bound water, but positively correlated with the strong-bound water and free water. In conclusion, the results supported that 0.6% was the optimal additional amount of laver powder for the squid-based surimi production based on the current ingredients of surimi products.
