建筑电气设计中相关问题分析

在民用建筑电气设计中,经常会遇到一些让人感到困惑的问题,特别是在国家及行业设计规范、标准的更新替换时,设计师对于新标准、规范的理解,往往会有不同程度的偏差,导致设计过程中出现一些问题或错误.就执行GB 51348-2019《民用建筑电气设计标准》过程中收集到的几个具体问题进行分析.     

Owner’s Risk Allocation and Contractor’s Role Behavior in a Project: A Parallel-mediation Model

Risk allocation decisions are of critical importance in project management. The present study proposes an explanation for how risk allocation in a contract motivates a contractor to cooperate with a project owner. Theories of risk allocation and trust were used to motivate the research. Using a survey methodology, we collected data concerning 124 construction projects in China. We found that risk allocation influenced the contractor’s role behavior through the contractor’s feeling of being trusted but not the contractor’s trust in the owner. Feeling of being trusted partially mediated the effect of risk allocation on the contractor’s in-role (i.e., contractual) behavior and fully mediated the effect on extra-role behavior. The study introduces a social and psychological view of the impacts of risk allocation to the project and engineering management literature. We contribute to theory by arguing and demonstrating the mediating effect of trust on the relationship between risk allocation and contractor behavior. From a practical standpoint, we conclude that contractual risk allocation has a significant impact on building a trusting relationship between owners and contractors and that contractors who feel trusted perform both contractually mandated actions and actions external to the contract more diligently, resulting in the likelihood of improved outcomes for both parties.

Single-longitudinal-mode fiber ring laser employing an equivalent phase-shifted fiber Bragg grating

A novel single-longitudinal-mode (SLM) fiber ring laser that incorporates an equivalent phase-shifted fiber Bragg grating acting as an ultra-narrow bandpass filter in the laser cavity is proposed. The equivalent phase-shifted fiber Bragg grating has an ultra-narrow transmission bandwidth which ensures an SLM lasing. Stable SLM operation without mode hopping is demonstrated.

Design,Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Steroidal Glycoconjugates as Potential Antiproliferative Agents

To systematically evaluate the impact of neoglycosylation upon the anticancer activities and selectivity of steroids, four series of neoglycosides of diosgenin, pregnenolone, dehydroepiandrosterone and estrone were designed and synthesized according to the neoglycosylation approach. The structures of all the products were elucidated by NMR analysis, and the stereochemistry of C20-MeON-pregnenolone was confirmed by crystal X-ray diffraction. The compounds′ cytotoxicity on five human cancer cell lines was evaluated using a Cell Counting Kit-8 assay, and structure–activity relationships (SAR) are discussed. 2-deoxy-d -glucoside 5 k displayed the most potent antiproliferative activities against HepG2 cells with an IC₅₀ value of 1.5 μM. Further pharmacological experiments on compound 5 k on HepG2 cells revealed that it could cause morphological changes and cell-cycle arrest at the G0/G1 phase and then induced the apoptosis, which might be associated with the enhanced expression of high-mobility group Box 1 (HMGB1). Taken together, these findings prove that the neoglycosylation of steroids could be a promising strategy for the discovery of potential antiproliferative agents.     

高流速含沙浑水体流变特性试验研究

加速行进中的洪水具有高含沙、高流速和粗粒径的特点,而针对洪水的流变特性研究关注点多为高含沙量,忽略了高流速即高剪切速率的特点。以黄河下游泥沙为研究对象,系统地研究了高流速剪切条件下含沙量、剪切模式、温度和盐度对流变特性的影响。结果表明,在高流速剪切条件下（剪切速率≥ 1200 s-1,对应线性流速为3.6 m/s）,含沙量在106.64 ~ 957.83 kg/m3范围内的浑水体符合牛顿流体的应力本构关系,不存在屈服应力,表观黏度与含沙量呈指数关系。温度降低并未改变浑水体的流变特性,但会使其表观黏度增加,且温度越低黏度增幅越大,浑水体黏度增大梯度约为等温度清水的数倍至十几倍。盐度变化对该测试浑水体的表观黏度和流变特性影响甚微,可忽略不计。本研究结果可为高流速水流挟沙和远距离输沙研究提供理论参考。     

A “Three-in-One” Multifunctional Probe for Bcl-2/Mcl-1 Profiling and Visualizing in Situ

Bcl-2 and Mcl-1, the two arms of the anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 family proteins, have been identified as key regulators of apoptosis and effective therapeutic targets of cancer. However, no small-molecular probe is capable of profiling and visualizing both Bcl-2 and Mcl-1 simultaneously in situ. Herein, we report a multifunctional molecular probe (BnN₃-OPD-Alk) by a “three-in-one” molecular designing strategy, which integrated the Bcl-2/Mcl-1 binding ligand, fluorescent reporter group and photoreactive group azido into the same scaffold. BnN₃-OPD-Alk exhibited sub-micromolar affinities to Bcl-2/Mcl-1 and bright green self-fluorescence. It was then successfully applied for Bcl-2/Mcl-1 labeling, capturing, enriching, and bioimaging both in vitro and in cells. This strategy could facilitate the precise early diagnosis and effective therapy of dual Bcl-2/Mcl-1-related diseases.
