报道了一种新型高灵敏浸没型ＨｇＣｄＴｅ红外探测器的研制，获得了Ｄ＾＊＝１．４６×１０＾１１ｃｍＨｚ＾１／２Ｗ＾－１，Ｒ＝６０８Ｖ／Ｗ，λｃ（２０％）－２０μ，灵敏元面积Ａ＝０．１２×０．１２ｍｍ＾２，和有效通光孔径ψ＝６ｍｍ的浸没型器件。     

高压动态无功补偿装置运行试验系统的研究

为验证动态无功补偿装置的性能,本文通过分析装置工作原理,提出了一种高压动态无功补偿装置运行试验系统,采用10 kV电源经有载调压器作为试验主电源;通过多组变压器变换满足多种电压等级的高压无功补偿装置的试验需求;设计陪试无功补偿装置与被试品进行互补的工作原理,在达到对试品进行试验考核的同时降低了试验对电网的冲击及实验室进线电源的需求.通过试验验证,该试验系统具有SVC及SVG运行性能的考核能力.     

Correlation between instrumental stress and oral processing property of chicken broiler breast under wooden breast myopathy

Wooden breast myopathy affects the quality of fresh and processed chicken breast muscle. The objective of this study was to construct a classification method by instrumental stress, and the effects of wooden breast myopathy on meat quality and oral processing property, and was to explore correlations between stress and oral processing parameters. The severity of wooden breast myopathy was highly correlated to fillet weight (R² = 0.740), thickness (R² = 0.826) and hardness (R² = 0.803) (P < 0.01). The 3D scatter model based on stress is robust and reliable to classify the fillets into four categories (normal, mild, moderate and severe wooden breast fillets), avoiding manual grading. Moisture, fat, collagen, pH, drip loss, cooking loss, thawing loss, purge loss, hardness, gumminess and chewiness significantly increased with the severity of wooden breast myopathy, whereas fat, ash and water/salt-soluble protein contents significantly decreased (P < 0.05). Shear force reached the maximum (36.32 N) when this myopathy was moderate. The myopathy led to an increase in masseter activity and the particle size of the bolus. Significantly higher correlations between stress, Dx(50) (R² = 0.790), Dx(90) (R² = 0.771) and D[4,3] (R² = 0.797) were found (P < 0.01). This study also showed that jaw movement and muscle activity could be used to understand the links between physical property and orally sensory property.

β-Cypermethrin Alleviated the Inhibitory Effect of Medium from RAW 264.7 Cells on 3T3-L1 Cell Maturation into Adipocytes

Studies have elucidated that pyrethroids induce adipogenesis. It is also known that macrophages can affect the homeostasis of adipose tissue. However, whether and how the β-cypermethrin (β-CYP)-mediated inhibition of the macrophages affects adipogenesis remain unknown. To explore the effects of β-CYP on adipogenesis through modulating the function of macrophages, 3T3-L1 cells, a preadipocyte cell line, were exposed to culture medium from either RAW 264.7 cells, a macrophage cell line (RM), or β-CYP-treated RAW 264.7 cells (CRM). CRM decreased the inhibitory effects of RM treatment on cell proliferation and adipogenesis, as lipid accumulation, the CEBPA content, and Fasn and Acaca expression in 3T3-L1 cells were higher following CRM treatment than following RM treatment through the higher levels of the demethylated CEBPA promoter in 3T3-L1 cells. However, the medium from β-CYP- and N-acetyl-L-cysteine-cotreated RAW 264.7 cells (CNRM) partially restored the inhibitory effects of RAW 264.7 cells on 3T3-L1 cells that had been reduced by CRM, indicating that β-CYP might reduce the cytotoxicity and inhibitory effects of RAW 264.7 cells on the adipogenesis of 3T3-L1 cells through elevating ROS levels in RAW 264.7 cells. Moreover, exposure to β-CYP downregulated the TNF-α secretion in RAW 264.7 cells. In conclusion, these data demonstrated that β-CYP affected the function of RAW 264.7 cells, alleviating their inhibitory effects on adipogenesis and CEBPA demethylation in 3T3-L1 cells. β-CYP might achieve these effects through downregulating the secretion of TNF-α via elevating ROS levels in RAW 264.7 cells. Our experiments provide a new perspective on the obesogenic effect of pyrethroids.

煤矿智能巡检机器人稳定平台的工作空间分析及平滑轨迹规划研究

针对传统稳定平台难于实现煤矿智能巡检机器人承载巡检仪器受井下崎岖路面产生六自由度的复合干扰问题,设计了一种4-SPU并联机构作为稳定平台装置。采用矢量法构建运动学逆解模型,通过三维边界迭代搜索法求解可达工作空间,分析可得工作空间连续无空洞现象。采用7次B样条插值方法构造平滑轨迹,以稳定平台冲击度最优建立目标函数,通过序列二次规划方法进行优化。仿真结果表明,智能巡检机器人稳定平台跟踪轨迹的速度、加速度和加加速度平滑连续且满足运动约束条件。该研究为后续智能巡检机器人的动力学分析和控制研究提供了理论依据。     

长波大面积HgCdTe光导红外探测器的研究

研制的长波大面积HgCdTe光导红外探测器的面积为2.1×2.1mm~2,在80K时探测率D_p~*=1.86×10~(10)cmHz~(1/2)W~(-1),响应率R_p=386VW~(-1),长波限λ_(co)(50%)>18μm.还研制了带有低温聚光器组合件结构的新型探测器,D_p~*=7.3×10~(10)cmHz~(1/2)W~(-1),λ_(co)(50%)>16μm.     

基于高压结合酶法制备的低敏虾制品体内体外致敏性检测的差异性分析

采用高压结合酶法处理凡纳滨对虾的虾蛋白、虾仁泥（虾肉）和虾仁,获得3 种低敏虾制品;采用酶联免疫吸附法检测3 种虾制品的过敏原性,采用全身性过敏反应（过敏性休克模型）及致敏离体回肠平滑肌收缩实验（Schultz-Dale反应）检测3 种低敏虾制品的致敏性,以分析体内与体外方法检测虾制品致敏性的差异性。结果显示：处理前的3 种原料过敏原性极高。经高压结合酶法处理的虾蛋白、虾肉和虾仁的过敏原性分别消减97.0%、94.1%和94.5%。而在动物实验中（以磷酸缓冲盐溶液为阴性对照,未处理虾蛋白为阳性对照,以豚鼠为受试对象）,未处理虾蛋白组的过敏反应发生率与死亡率均为100%,3 种低敏虾制品的过敏反应发生率也为100%,死亡率分别为16.7%（虾蛋白产物）、50%（虾肉产物）和83.3%（虾仁产物）。致敏的离体回肠受到3 种低敏虾制品攻击后,收缩力也明显增强,分别达到376.9%、766.2%和1 004.4%。上述结果表明,对高压结合酶法制备的低敏虾制品过敏原性的检测,体外检测与体内检测存在一定的差异性。     

啤酒中常见异味成分控制的研究进展

随着啤酒市场的逐渐壮大,消费者对啤酒的品质、口感和风味愈加注重,拥有协调香气、醇厚口感和丰富层次的啤酒将更受消费者的青睐。在啤酒的发酵过程中,啤酒酵母代谢产生多种副产物,可将其分为两类：一类是决定啤酒香味的芳香物质;另一类是给啤酒带来不纯正、不成熟、不协调的口味和香气的生青味物质。在这众多生青味物质中,双乙酰、二甲基硫及乙醛对啤酒风味影响最大。该文通过对双乙酰、二甲基硫及乙醛这三种不良风味物质的控制进行深入研究,总结出多种控制方法,旨在改善啤酒风味,提高啤酒质量。
