AlON-TiN复相材料的合成及工艺优化   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在对Ti—Al-O-N体系热力学分析的基础上合成了AlON—TiN复相材料,XRD,TEM分析与观测结果证实了热力学分析的可靠性。运用人工神经元网络(artificial neural networks,ANN)对合成AlON—TiN的工艺参数进行了训练,训练结果良好,神经网络的预测值和实测值一致;遗传算法(genetic algorithm,GA)寻优得到最佳工艺参数:烧结温度为1830℃,保温2.45h,TiN的含量为15%(质量分数)。对遗传算法寻优结果进行了单因素分析,随着TiN含量的增加,强度增加,而随烧结温度和保温时间的增加,强度先增加后减小。  相似文献

对V-Al-O-N体系进行了热力学分析,并证实了添加TiN还可以抑制AlON的分解,扩大了阿隆复合材料的使用范围.在此基础上,热压合成了阿隆-氮化钒(AlON-VN)复合材料.对该材料的力学性能和显微结构进行了分析.结果表明VN均匀分布于AlON基体中形成交织状结构,有利于增韧补强,因此AlON-VN复合材料的力学性能优于纯AlON材料.  相似文献

This study provided a fundamental analysis of the viscous behavior and structure of Ti-bearing blast furnace slags modified by different B2O3 additions with a basicity (CaO/SiO2) range of 0.5–0.9. The viscosity of slag melts was measured by rotating cylinder method, and the results showed that both slag viscosity and apparent activation energy for viscous flow remarkably decreased with B2O3 addition. To connect the viscosity variation of slags to the melt structure, Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy analysis was performed. The results indicated that B2O3 acted as a typical network forming oxide, which was introduced into the network and existed dominantly as a two-dimensional structure, BO3 triangular. With the increase of B2O3 content, the stretching vibration of BO3 triangular gradually became more pronounced, which resulted in a simpler and less complex structure and caused the decrease of slag viscosity.  相似文献

The viscosity of CaO-SiO2-TiO2 slags was measured via the rotating cylinder method to reveal the effect of TiO2 on viscous flow of the slags. Furthermore, the structure of the ternary slags and the role of Ti4+ were investigated by Fourier transform infrared and Raman spectroscopy techniques. The results are beneficial for a better understanding of the behaviors of Ti-bearing silicate slags. The TiO2 additions lowered the viscosity and apparent activation energy of the slags. However, the degree of polymerization (DOP) of silicate network was found to be enhanced with increasing the TiO2 content, which is suggested by the increase in mole fraction of Q 3 ([SiO4]-tetrahedra with three bridging oxygens) and the decrease in Q 0. The Eq. [2] Q 2 ? Q 1 + Q 3 was appropriate to express the relationship of different Q n species. The introduction of Ti4+ into the silicate network as network formers increased the DOP but weakened the strength of slag structure at the same time. Besides, a large proportion of Ti4+ exists in the slag in the form of \( TiO_{4}^{4 - } \) monomers, resulting in a decrease of viscosity with increasing TiO2 content.  相似文献

The present paper investigates how the P2O5 addition influences the crystallization behaviors of Ti-bearing blast furnace (Ti-BF) slags with different basicity using Single Hot Thermocouple Technique. It was found that the basicity showed a significant effect on the crystallization behaviors of the Ti-BF slags, and the trend of formation of the rod-shape crystal decreased while the trend of formation of dendrite crystal increased with increasing basicity. The addition of P2O5 was found to promote the formation of rod-shape crystal. The basicity and crystallization temperature that the rod-shape crystal could be formed increased, while the incubation time of formation of the rod-shape crystal decreased with increasing P2O5 content. Scanning electron microscope equipped with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscope and X-ray diffraction were employed to observe the morphology and determine the crystalline phase of the Ti-enriched crystals. The results indicated that the rod-shape crystal was rutile. The kinetics of the formation of rutile was studied, and the mechanism of crystallization and growth was further discussed. The results indicated that the crystallization of rutile was one-dimensional interface-controlled growth, and the nucleation rate varied with the holding time.  相似文献

The present paper investigated the crystallization behavior of Ti‐concentrating phases in titanium‐bearing blast furnace slags influenced by the silica content. The objective was to recycle the titanium from titanium‐bearing blast furnace slags by enriching Ti element in anosovite. The effect of SiO2 on the formation of anosovite in the titanium‐bearing blast furnace slags was studied under C/CO equilibrated atmospheres using a combination of X‐ray Diffraction (XRD) and Energy Dispersive X‐ray Spectroscopy (EDX). It was found that, under the C/CO equilibrated atmospheres, the formed primary phases transformed from perovskite to anosovite by adding SiO2 up to 35 wt% in the slags. The related mechanism was investigated according to the theory of molten slags structure and the principle of thermodynamics.  相似文献
