采用周期伏安技术、恒电位阶跃法和可见光光谱技术研究了自然陈化和电化学陈化对 Ni/Cr 合金自 NiCl_2—CrCl_3体系中电沉积的电化学行为和沉积层质量的影响。研究表明,自然陈化和电化学陈化对于保持一定组成和高质量的 Ni/Cr 合金共沉积是需要的;电化学陈化所产生的少量 Cr2+离子在 Ni/Cr 合金的质量和组成方面,是一个重要的控制因素。 相似文献
