Electrochemical behavior of K3Fe（CN）6 in water-in-oil microemulsion

A water-in-oil (W/O) microemulsion composed of Triton X-100, n-hexanol, n-hexane and water solution with hydrochloric acid was prepared. K₃Fe(CN)₆ was added in as a water-soluble electroactive probe, and its electrochemical behavior was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). It is found that the H⁺ concentration of the water phase has a great effect on the conductivity of the W/O microemulsion, and hence influences the electrochemical behavior of K₃Fe(CN)₆. When the pH value of water phase is about 7, the electrical conductivity of the W/O microemulsion is only 1.2×10⁻⁶ S/cm, and K₃Fe(CN)₆ almost cannot react at the glassy carbon electrode. But when the H⁺ concentration is more than 3 mol/L, the W/O microemulsion has a good electrical conductivity and K₃Fe(CN)₆ shows good electrochemical performance in it. The results of CV and EIS studies indicate that the electrochemical behavior of Fe(CN)₆ ³⁻/Fe(CN)₆ ⁴⁻ in the W/O microemulsion is different from that in the aqueous solution. This may be due to the unique liquid structure of the W/O microemulsion and the unique mass transfer in the W/O microemulsion. 高层建筑中的大跨度板设计

由于轻质砌体的推广,高层建筑中采用大跨度板越来越普遍,其优点有:1、建筑内部间隔可由用户灵活掌握;2、降低建筑物层高,提高容积率;3、方便施工。本文就以江门远辉广场主塔楼为例,讨论一下高层住宅(公寓)大跨度板设计。     

某汽车检测中心墙面裂缝分析

某公安分局建造的一座一层作汽车、摩托车检测,二层作办公、会议的汽车、摩托车检测中心。框架结构,于1995年7月峻工。在二层墙面抹灰后发现,首层柱边墙体出现斜裂缝,二层内间墙几乎每间房均出现从上至下的裂缝,最大缝宽达1mm。     

New amperometric glucose biosensor by entrapping glucose oxidase into chitosan/nanoporous ZrO2/multiwalled carbon nanotubes nanocomposite film

A new nanocomposite material for construction of glucose biosensor was prepared. The biosensor was formed by entrapping glucose oxidase(Gox) into chitosan/nanoporous ZrO2/multiwalled carbon nanotubes nanocomposite film. In this biosensing thin film, the multiwalled carbon nanotubes can effectively catalyze hydrogen peroxide and nanoporous ZrO2 can enhance the stability of the immobilized enzyme. The resulting biosensor provides a very effective matrix for the immobilization of glucose oxidase and exhibits a wide linear response range from 8 μmol/L to 3 mmol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.994 for the detection of glucose. And the response time and detection limit of the biosensor are determined to be 6 s and 3.5 μmol/L, respectively. Another attractive characteristic is that the biosensor is inexpensive, stable and reliable.     

吴茱萸HPLC指纹图谱的建立及3种成分含量的测定

[目的]建立吴茱萸(FRUCTUS EVODIAE)药材的指纹图谱,并对吴茱萸药材中绿原酸、金丝桃苷和吴茱萸碱进行同时测定.[方法]HPLC条件为:Hypersil C<,18>色谱柱(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为乙腈-1%乙酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 ml/min;检测波长为270nm;进样量为10μl.[结果]不同产地的吴茱萸药材指纹图谱共有19个共有峰,共有峰相对保留时间RSD值小于2.50%,相对峰面积RSD值为2.10%.整体来看,江西栽培的吴茱萸药材中绿原酸、金丝桃苷和吴茱萸碱含量要高于贵州、云南等地吴茱萸药材.[结论]该研究首次建立了吴茱萸药材的指纹图谱并同时测定了吴茱萸药材中的绿原酸、金丝桃苷和吴茱萸碱含量,为不同产地、不同采收期吴茱萸药材的质量评价提供了更好的技术手段.     

废镍电池资源化生产醋酸钴硫酸镍工艺研究

从环境保护及资源再利用的角度出发，研究了采用全湿法流程从废镍电池中回收钴，镍生产醋酸钴，硫酸镍工艺，且在小型工业生产线上稳定生产出达HG／T2031－92，GB6392－86标准的醋酸钴，硫酸镍，项目已通过美国国际发明发展中心无形资产评估，工艺流程简单，社会效益，经济效益显著，电池中的其它有价金属的回收尚在研究之中。
