信息化对制造业的影响综述

信息技术是一种新型技术。信息技术和制造业相互依存、相互促进是一种发展趋势。信息技术对制造业的影响主要有:信息化在制造业的产品开发设计技术方面带来的进步,这主要包括计算机辅助技术;信息化在制造业的生产管理技术方面带来的进步,主要包括企业制造资源计划系统及产品数据管理;信息化在制造业的制造方式上带来的进步,主要包括柔性制造、计算机集成制造等先进制造技术。     

A robust CMOS compander

A robust CMOS compander circuit meeting all of the requirements for analog cellular telephony and using an improved sigma-delta compander topology is presented. Rather than digitizing and reconstructing the input signal using a sigma-delta modulator as has been done previously, only the amplitude path is digitized while the voice path remains analog. The amplitude information is obtained digitally, and is reduced to a single bit using a first-order sigma-delta modulator. Performing this function digitally eliminates problems due to analog offsets and in implementing the long time constant required. The output signal is formed by gating the analog input signal under control of the amplitude signal. The expander and compressor circuits each consist of a single op amp and 2000 gates of digital logic, and have been implemented on 0.8-μm CMOS processes. The ADC for the amplitude path uses a compact switched-capacitor second-order sigma-delta modulator implemented using a single amplifier. No external components are required. Tracking error for the compressor was measured to be less than 0.3 dB over a 60-dB input range when operating on a 3.0-V supply. The test time, when compared to conventional compander implementations, is considerably reduced     

槽孔式水力驱动控制棒槽孔阻力系数实验研究

对槽孔式水力驱动控制棒槽对孔阻力系数进行了大量实验研究，获得了槽孔式水力驱动控制棒槽对孔阻力系数和其随槽对孔位移的变化规律，分析了槽对孔阻力系数与控制棒槽对孔结构参数之间的关系。结果表明：随槽对孔位移的增加，槽对孔阻力系数从某一较大的定值迅速降低到某一较小的定值，然后再迅速反回到初始的定值，形成一个对称的宽幅波谷；槽高使阻力系数曲线波谷幅宽发生变化，也使完全不重合段的阻力系数发生变化；随内套孔径的增大，阻力系数有所降低，其对阻力系数的影响也进一步减弱。孔径增大到一定程度，阻力系数基本不受孔径参数的影响。     

一种基于水下测试用爆炸声源的研究

在对海洋进行考查时,需要了解声波在不同水域的的传播规律,这就要使用水下声源,在近距离的测试中可以用声呐系统,但声呐的传播距离有限,无法进行远距离测试,因此需要一种爆炸声源作为测试的手段,对水下爆炸声源进行了初步的探讨和研究.     

西门子工业控制网络在棒材连轧生产线的应用

本文通过对包钢棒材连轧线的工业控制网络的由分体到整体的介绍,将西门子公司的三级控制网络(Profibus-DP网络、MPI网络、工业以太网)思想做了一个全面的说明.通过与现场实际相结合,使人们对这一概念有了更加清晰的认识.文章最后还结合作者的一些体会作了总结.     

Wave realisation of filters and equalisers in log-domain

Log-domain circuits offer a low-power property, whereas wave-derived circuits inherit a low-sensitivity property from the ladder prototypes and are less prone to transistor non-idealities. A novel approach to the design of wave filters in the log-domain is presented and several wave two-port topologies are investigated. Important design properties are examined. Realisations of direct filters, complex filters and group-delay equalisers in typical BJT and HBT SiGe BiCMOS technologies are assessed. The design procedures have been incorporated into XFTLTER design software.     

Effects of Sc2O3 and MgO passivation layerson the output power of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs

The low temperature (100°C) deposition of Sc₂O₃ or MgO layers is found to significantly increase the output power of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs. At 4 GHz, there was a better than 3 dB increase in output power of 0.5×100 μm² HEMTs for both types of oxide passivation layers. Both Sc₂ O₃ and MgO produced larger output power increases at 4 GHz than conventional plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposited (PECVD) SiN_x passivation which typically showed ⩽2 dB increase on the same types of devices. The HEMT gain also in general remained linear over a wider input power range with the Sc₂O₃ or MgO passivation. These films appear promising for reducing the effects of surface states on the DC and RF performance of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs     

The zebrafish Pax3 and Pax7 homologues are highly conserved, encode multiple isoforms and show dynamic segment-like expression in the developing brain

This study describes the isolation and characterization of zebrafish homologues of the mammalian Pax3 and Pax7 genes. The proteins encoded by both zebrafish genes are highly conserved (>83%) relative to the known mammalian sequences. Also the neural expression patterns during embryogenesis are very similar to the murine homologues. However, observed differences in neural crest and mesodermal expression relative to mammals could reflect some functional divergence in the development of these tissues. For the zebrafish Pax7 protein we report the first full-length amino acid sequences in vertebrates and show the existence of three additional isoforms which have truncations in the homeodomain and/or the C-terminal region. These novel variants provide evidence for additional isoform diversity of vertebrate Pax proteins.
