In order to reduce the vibration on a machine tool, more orthogonal experiment schemes have been designed, which are based on the steel balls vibration reducing principle. After experiments the optimal reducing vibration scheme was determined. This kind of vibration reducing scheme is used in steel balls vibration absorber, which can be used to reduce vibration magnitudes of a machine tools under the working conditions, whereby improving machining precision. The suggested experiment method is of useful reference in reducing vibrations on other machine tools too.  相似文献

BaCO3 whiskers exhibiting different morphologies were fabricated by a simple precipitation reaction of barium ch/oride with sodium carbonate in the absence and presence of poly-(styrene-alt-maleic acid) (PSMA) as a crystal growth modifier at room temperature. The as-prepared products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The influences of experimental parameters on the size and morphology of BaCO3 whiskers were investigated and discussed. It was found that the as-prepared BaCO3 whiskers are single crystals with diameter ranging from 100 to 300 run, and grow along the crystallographic a-axis or [100] direction. BaCO3 whiskers with different morphologies, such as branching and dendritic structure, can be obtained depending on the experimental conditions. With increasing PSMA concentration, the diameter of BaCO3 whiskers decreases.  相似文献

The effect of transition metal ions(M~(2+)=Mn~(2+),Ni~(2+),Co~(2+),Cu~(2+)) on the chemical synthesis of polyaniline(PANI) used as a platinum-free counter electrode(CE) in dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) was investigated.PANI was synthesized by co-polymerization of aniline in the presence of different transition metal ions by using potassium dichromate in acidic medium. It was found that the ion doping of PANI showed a certain catalytic activity for the regeneration of traditional iodide/triiodide(I~-/I_3~-) redox couples. The power conversion efficiency(η) of PANI CEs doped with Mn~(2+),Ni~(2+),Co~(2+) (4.41%, 2.36% and 2.10%, respectively) were higher than 1.94%, the value measured for PANI CE without doping. Doping with Cu~(2+)decreased the power conversion efficiency of PANI CE(PANI-Cu~(2+) η = 1.41%). The electrical properties of the PANI, PANI-Ni~(2+), PANI-Co~(2+),PANI-Mn~(2+) and PANI-Cu~(2+) were studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV), impedance(EIS), and Tafel polarization curve. The experimental results confirmed that PANI was affected by the doping of different transition metal ions(M~(2+)=Mn~(2+),Ni~(2+),Co~(2+),Cu~(2+)). These results indicate a potential application of ion doped PANI as counter electrode in cost-effective DSSCs.  相似文献

The increasing concentration of CO_2 in atmosphere is deemed the main reason of global warming.Therefore,efficiently capturing CO_2 from various sources with energy conservation is of great significance.Herein,a series of experiments were carried out to successfully test the slurry-based ab-adsorption method for continuously capturing CO_2 in the large-scale cycled separation unit with cost-effect taking into account the scale-up criteria.A bubble column(with height 4900 mm and inner diameter 376 mm) and a desorption tank(with volume 310 L) are the essential components of the separation unit.The novel slurry used in this study was formed with zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 and 2-methylimidazole-water solution.The influence of operation conditions was investigated systematically.The results show that increasing sorption pressure and slurry height level,decreasing gas volume flow and sorption temperature are beneficial for separation processes.The volume fraction of CO_2 in the feed gas was also studied.Although the scale-up effect had been observed and it was found that it exerted a negative effect on CO_2 capture,depending on experimental conditions,CO_2 removal efficiency could still reach 85%-95% and the maximum CO_2 loading in the recycled slurry could be up to0.007 mol·L~(-1)·kPa~(-1).Furthermore,the slurry-based method could be operated well even under very moderate regeneration conditions(333 K and 0.05 MPa),which means that the novel approach shows greater energy conservation than traditional amine absorption methods.  相似文献

在一个带污泥回流的完全混合式活性污泥反应器内,以炼油厂污水处理场浮选池出水为对象,进行了磁场对活性污泥活性影响试验。活性污泥质量浓度为2200mg/L,废水停留时间为4h,进水质量浓度为282mg/LCODCr,反应温度为25-30摄氏度,pH=7.2,在不加磁场时,出水质量浓度为88mg/L CODCr 。在反应器外部加上磁场,磁感应强度为64-580Gs,出水质量浓度为86-78mg/L,处理效率提高2%-11%,为了验证磁场对活性污泥活性的影响,进行了不加磁场和磁感应强度为500Gs的动力学参数测定试验,细胞平均停留时间为0.8-3.1d,废水停留时间为4h,试验结果表明,半速度系数Ks由无磁场的113mg/L CODCr下降到109mg/L CODCr,产率系数Y由0.45上升到0.49,微生物自身氧化率由0.09d^-1上升到0.11d^-1。  相似文献

采用电解抛光的方法可降低叶轮流道表面粗糙度,减少流道表面与流体的摩擦阻力,提高输油泵效率,达到节能的目的。通过DKS750—550输油泵叶轮流道表面的电解抛光试验,提出了电极设计中的抛光余量、电极间隙、电流密度、电解液流速、抛光时间等基本工艺参数的确定和计算方法。介绍了组合电极的制造工艺及安装方法。测试数据对比表明,输油泵叶轮流道表面经电解抛光后,节能效果显著。  相似文献
