商用的半导体激光器由于其长期漂移大,不能满足单离子光频标中离子的激光冷却和长时间探测的目的。因此,采用了传输腔稳频技术减小商用397nm半导体激光器的长期漂移。利用经过Pound-Drever-Hall(PDH)技术锁定的729nm超稳激光器作参考激光,采用扫描的法布里-珀罗(F-P)干涉仪作传输介质,实现了397nm半导体激光器的长稳锁定。稳频后397nm激光器在1h内的漂移小于1MHz,100s的Allan方差小于1×10-10。这些指标为下一步利用传输腔技术实现866nm激光的长稳锁定打下了基础,同时为优化单个钙离子的激光冷却和长时间精密测量提供了条件。  相似文献

A selected cross-section of the working population (N = 692) was interviewed with respect to job motivations. The extent to which extrinsic or intrinsic job components were valued was found to be related to occupational level. At higher occupational levels, intrinsic job components (opportunity for self-expression, interest-value of work, etc.) were more valued. At lower occupational levels, extrinsic job components (pay, security, etc.) were more valued. No sex differences were found in the value placed on intrinsic or extrinsic factors in general. However, women placed a higher value on "good co-workers" than did men, while men placed a relatively higher value on the opportunity to use their talent or skill. In an attempt to adapt the conversational procedure initiated by Verplanck to the conditioning of verbal operants under laboratory conditions, an experiment was performed with each of 49 Ss who were unaware of the true nature of the experiment. While supposedly merely waiting with another S, who was in reality the investigator's assistant, their responses during their conversations with the assistant were subjected to a variety of reinforcing and deterring stimuli. The attempt was made to condition opinion, information, and question operants, with positive results being achieved for the opinion and information responses, while negative results were obtained for question operants. Under extinction conditions there was a decrease of all these operants. The results are interpreted as supporting the hypothesis that verbal operants can be conditioned in conversations which are contrived in laboratory settings. Parts-per-million (ppm) quantities of polysiloxanes with different molecular structures have varying effects on the foaminess of a polyolester, trimethylolpropaneheptanoate (TMPH), and a formulated synthetic polyolester gas turbine engine lubricant. At the 100 ppm concentration evaluated in a standard foam test, TMPH-polysiloxane mixtures that exhibit lower interfacial surface tension produced copious quantities of foam. Estimates of Lewis acid-base interaction and solubility of the additive in the polyolester are not helpful in predicting foaminess. Consideration of additive polymeric structure, the potential for increased additive molecular entanglement due to substituent length, and interaction of adjacent polysiloxane molecules at the surface, are helpful in rationalising differences observed in foaming. Some lubricant additives, such as antioxidants and antiwear agents, appear to enhance the profoamant tendencies of selected polysiloxanes.  相似文献

The Complete Oil Breakdown Rate Analyser (COBRA) is an instrument that detects ill-defined electrochemical changes in synthetic ester-based lubricants as those fluids are oxidatively degraded. In several Air Force field applications, the COBRA has proven useful in determining lubricant condition or in identifying abnormally operating engines in which excessive lubricant degradation occurred. In laboratory analyses of field samples from programmes involving several engine types, correlation of COBRA with total acid number or viscosity was poor, but consumption of one or more oxidants appeared to be consistently associated with high COBRA values. To determine if such correlation exists, this study was conducted to evaluate laboratory degraded synthetic lubricants. Results of the laboratory study indicate that COBRA increases rapidly after depletion of typical antioxidants, increases with higher total acid numbers and trends with viscosity data. The poor correlation observed between COBRA and total acid number and viscosity for field samples is attributed to differences in for example engine breather designs, and oxidative environments, which can significantly alter the properties of the residual engine lubricant analysed by COBRA. Due to the presumed test apparatus and engine design dependence of COBRA data, COBRA correlation must be established for each application.  相似文献

Genome assembly is a prerequisite step for analyzing next generation sequencing data and also far from being solved. Many assembly tools have been proposed and used extensively. Majority of them aim to assemble sequencing reads into contigs; however, we focus on the assembly of contigs into scaffolds in this paper. This is called scaffolding, which estimates the relative order of the contigs as well as the size of the gaps between these contigs. Pheromone trail-based genetic algorithm (PGA) was previously proposed and had decent performance according to their paper. From our previous study, we found that family competition mechanism in genetic algorithm is able to further improve the results. Therefore, we propose family competition pheromone genetic algorithm (FCPGA) and demonstrate the improvement over PGA.  相似文献

Cooperation in the action of agonists suggests that there are multiple binding sites on 5-hydroxytryptamine3 (5-HT3) receptors. The purpose of this study was to characterize these binding sites and their interactions on both native and cloned 5-HT3 receptors. The affinities of competitive 5-HT3 receptor antagonists were similar regardless of whether the receptors were labeled with [3H]RS-42358, [3H]granisetron, or 1-(m-[3H]chlorophenyl)biguanide ([3H]mCPG). By contrast, the affinities of the agonists 5-HT, mCPG, and phenylbiguanide were approximately 10-fold higher when the receptors were labeled with [3H]mCPG. The dissociation of [3H]mCPG, [3H]RS-42358, and [3H]RS-25259, but not [3H]granisetron, from both cloned and native 5-HT3 receptors was markedly slower in the presence of 5-HT or 2-methyl-5-HT than in the presence of antagonists such as RS-42358. This suggests that the binding of these agonists to unoccupied sites on the receptor can increase the receptor's affinity for prebound ligands and thereby slow their dissociation. These data support previous indications of positive cooperation among multiple binding sites on both native and cloned 5-HT3 receptors, and they extend this idea by demonstrating that agonists can modify the interaction of some, but not all, antagonists with the receptor.  相似文献
