Topology identification of complex networks is an important problem. Existing research shows that the synchronization of network nodes is an obstacle in the identification of network topology. Identification of the structure of the network presents an interesting challenge during the synchronization of complex networks. We developed a new method using the sinusoidal disturbance to identify the topology when the complex network achieves synchronization. Compared with the disturbance of all the nodes, the disturbance of the key nodes alone can achieve a very good effect. Finally, numerical simulation data are provided to validate our hypothesis.  相似文献

Chemical-vapor-deposited silicon-carbide mirrors were exposed to bombardment by 95-keV electrons and 100-keV protons with accumulated fluxes comparable with those expected in low-altitude Earth orbit for simulated periods of as many as 5 years. The reflectances of four mirrors were measured at five wavelengths (58.4, 73.6, 104.8, 121.6, and 161 nm) and at 11 angles of incidence from 5° to 80°. The electron and proton exposure resulted in no significant change in the reflectances of the mirrors.  相似文献

Preceramic polymer resins are attractive for the 3D printing of net-shaped ceramic components. Recently various processes have been demonstrated for 3D printing of polymer-derived ceramics (PDCs). Ultimately in these processes, the process outcomes strongly depend on the process parameters. In particular, for PDCs the ceramic density, and ceramic yield are affected by the catalyst concentration and cross-linking duration. Here, we use thermal analysis and FTIR to quantify the interrelation of the process parameters on the process outcome for polysilazanes and demonstrate 3D printing of PDC components based on the best-identified process parameters. The results of this work can be used as guidelines for future additive manufacturing of PDCs.  相似文献

A new single channel, time division multiple access (TDMA)-based broadcast scheduling protocol, termed the Five-Phase Reservation Protocol (FPRP), is presented for mobile ad hoc networks. The protocol jointly and simultaneously performs the tasks of channel access and node broadcast scheduling. The protocol allows nodes to make reservations within TDMA broadcast schedules. It employs a contention-based mechanism with which nodes compete with each other to acquire TDMA slots. The FPRP is free of the hidden terminal problem, and is designed such that reservations can be made quickly and efficiently with negligible probability of conflict. It is fully-distributed and parallel (a reservation is made through a localized conversation between nodes in a 2-hop neighborhood), and is thus scalable. A multihop ALOHA policy is developed to support the FPRP. This policy uses a multihop, pseudo-Bayesian algorithm to calculate contention probabilities and enable faster convergence of the reservation procedure. The performance of the protocol, measured in terms of scheduling quality, scheduling overhead and robustness in the presence of nodal mobility, has been studied via simulations. The results showed that the protocol works very well in all three aspects. Some future work and applications are also discussed.  相似文献

Conducted 4 experiments with 214 male hooded rats to assess the kind and degree of amnesia induced by ECS following a 1-trial appetitive learning experience. Exp I (n = 30) and II (n = 60) show that although there is a definite amnesia that cannot be explained as an artifact of ECS-induced aversiveness, some memory of the experience does survive the ECS. Exp III (n = 96) suggests that this memory is for the novelty aspects of the learning experience, while there is at least a partial amnesia for the positive reinforcement received. Results of a 4th experiment (n = 28) suggest that the ECS has the effect of interrupting or preventing the classification of a novel object as reinforcing or nonreinforcing. PURPOSE: Intraoperative sperm banking has been recommended during vasectomy reversal. These specimens are maintained as insurance for possible future intracytoplasmic sperm injection. We evaluated the fate of specimens collected intraoperatively from 48 vasectomy reversal patients. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Of 75 men 48 (64.0%) agreed to intraoperative sperm banking during vasectomy reversal. A total of 135 vials of epididymal sperm, 81 vials of testicular tissue and 13 vials of vasal sperm were cryopreserved. RESULTS: Among couples who stored sperm 10 (20.8%) voluntarily discarded the specimens within 4 months of vasectomy reversal. Specimens from 31 couples (64.5%) remain in storage. Seven couples (14.6%) have used frozen sperm for intracytoplasmic sperm injection. In 3 of these couples the men were azoospermic after surgery, 2 men had 10,000 to 15,000 sperm per ml. in the ejaculate with limited motility and 2 had 1 to 2 million sperm per ml. with limited motility. The 7 women who underwent intracytoplasmic sperm injection ranged between 37 and 39 years old, which was older than the mean age of the remaining study group (32.7 years). With intracytoplasmic sperm injection fertilization was achieved in all cases and 20 of 47 eggs (42.5%) developed into embryos. Of 7 women 4 achieved biochemical pregnancies (57.1%) and 2 (28.6%) delivered newborns with epididymal sperm. Natural pregnancy occurred in 7 of 16 vasectomy reversal couples (43.7%) who were followed at least 18 months postoperatively but the time to pregnancy averaged 1 year. CONCLUSIONS: Cryopreservation of sperm collected at vasectomy reversal is recommended for patients undergoing vasoepididymostomy or vasovasostomy. The couples who used the cryopreserved sperm for intracytoplasmic sperm injection included husbands whose postoperative ejaculate remained azoospermic or severely oligospermic and wives who were approaching 40 years old. Only a limited number of couples (14.6% of the study group) have used the cryopreserved sperm but the delivered newborn rate (28.6%) was comparable to other intracytoplasmic sperm injection data. The natural pregnancy rate after vasectomy reversal was 43.7% but the time to pregnancy after surgery was lengthy (average 1 year). These findings may be helpful for counseling couples who are planning vasectomy reversal surgery and may be considering intraoperative sperm banking.  相似文献

The coexistence of infrarenal aortic aneurysm and internal iliac artery aneurysm may represent a management problem with regard to preservation of the pelvic blood supply. In this article, we review the methods available for maintaining the pelvic blood flow and describe a useful technique that we have successfully utilized in seven patients to preserve the hypogastric artery blood flow.  相似文献

A prospective measurement of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and oestradiol between cycle days 2 and 5 was conducted to investigate the intra- and inter-cycle variability in a healthy population of women with regular menstrual intervals. Daily serum samples were obtained from 44 women for a total of 66 cycles on cycle days 2, 3, 4 and 5. FSH concentrations were consistent on all cycle days measured. Oestradiol concentrations on cycle day 2 were not different from cycle day 3, but concentrations on cycle day 4 and cycle day 5 were statistically different from both cycle day 2 and cycle day 3 by analysis of variance (P < or = 0.05). Evaluation of functional ovarian reserved by cycle day 3 FSH measurement has become the standard in most assisted reproductive technology programmes. The recent change in FSH standardization coupled with the inflexibility of cycle day 3 testing has led to a re-evaluation of testing protocols. Cycle day 3 appears to have emerged as a dictum because most ovulation induction protocols are initiated on cycle day 3, 4 or 5. Flexibility of sampling day can be introduced as suggested by these results. The additional information ascertained from oestradiol testing as applied to evaluation of ovarian reserve warrants further investigation.  相似文献

Membrane capacitance and membrane conductance values are reported for insulin secreting cells (primary -cells and INS-1 insulinoma cells), determined using the methods of dielectrophoresis and electrorotation. The membrane capacitance value of 12.57 (+/-1.46) mFm(-2), obtained for -cells, and the values from 9.96 (+/-1.89) mFm(-2) to 10.65 (+/-2.1) mFm(-2), obtained for INS-1 cells, fall within the range expected for mammalian cells. The electrorotation results for the INS-1 cells lead to a value of 36 (+/-22) Sm(-2) for the membrane conductance associated with ion channels, if values in the range 2-3 nS are assumed for the membrane surface conductance. This membrane conductance value falls within the range reported for INS cells obtained using the whole-cell patch-clamp technique. However, the total 'effective' membrane conductance value of 601 (+/-182) Sm(-2) obtained for the INS-1 cells by dielectrophoresis is significantly larger (by a factor of around three) than the values obtained by electrorotation. This could result from an increased membrane surface conductance, or increased passive conduction of ions through membrane pores, induced by the larger electric field stresses experienced by cells in the dielectrophoresis experiments.  相似文献
