The GeO2–NiO system is studied in the stability range of Ni2GeO4 by temperature-dependent resistivity measurements, in combination with x-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis, and thermogravimetry. The resistivity of the starting mixtures and heat-treated samples is measured in the composition range 55–90 mol % NiO. The effect of air humidity on the resistivity of the samples is examined.  相似文献

In millimeter wave lengths region semiconductor generators, amplifiers, mixers and other solid state UHF devices find a wide application. In our work, we suggested to use aCircular Through-Shaped Resonator for obtaining power combination using active elements at frequency region Δf≈20–40 GHz. The resonator is formed by two plane aluminum reflectors. The first reflector has a circular groove. The second reflector has coupling elements. The first and the second reflectors are considered as a ring groove shaped waveguide. A resonator spectrum was calculated and analyzed in the frequency range Δf ≈20–40 GHz. It is showed that, in the given frequency range the resonator spectrum has a complicated structure and is formed by a series of spectrum lines; a frequency range between the series increases with the frequency increasing. We studied on transmission coefficient of the resonator, frequency shifts of spectrum lines when inserting a thin (t/λ≈0.003) dielectric substrates into the resonator, and also attenuation constants of waves propagating in circular groove (due to losses in metal).  相似文献

Crankshaft rod bearings of a combustion engine are used as an example to show the technique and results of optimization of the design parameters of friction bearing under a complex load. The field of hydrodynamic pressures in a lubricating layer, which separates the crank pin and the bearing lining, is determined by integrating the equation for filling of the gap. This approach ensures observance of the condition of lubricant continuity at the boundaries of discontinuity and restoration of the lubricating layer. The lubricant viscosity, which is assumed to be an effective function of the temperature of the lubricating layer, is adjusted at each step of the calculation of the crank pin’s motion trajectory.  相似文献

Conclusions By use of methods of nonstationary heat flow, thermophysical characteristics (thermal conductivity, , thermal diffusivity,a, and specific heat capacity, C) have been obtained and the character of the temperature dependence, =f(T), has been established for a yarn-air composite system with a parallel disposition of elementary filaments.The character of the temperature dependence, =f(T), is supported by the results of studies of PA yarn-air composite systems having an unordered disposition of the elementary filaments, which were obtained by the method of a stationary heat flux.The dependence of the change in specific heat capacity coefficient of a composite system with an unordered disposition of elementary filaments on temperature, C = f(T), has been determined by the nonstationary heat flux method.Equations for the temperature dependences of the coefficient of specific heat capacity and the thermal conductivity coefficient of PA complex yarns have been obtained in the temperature range from 300 to 423 K.Translated from Khimicheskie Volokna, No. 4, pp. 46–48, July–August, 1987.  相似文献

The design and manufacturing technology of carbon nanotube field emitters for novel devices of planar emission vacuum micro-and nanoelectronics are described. Prototypes of diode structures with such emitters are obtained in which the threshold field strength amounts to ~2 V/μm and the direct to reverse current ratio exceeds 105. The obtained small scatter of characteristics points to the possibility of creating integrated circuits possessing high operation speed and a working temperature range expanded from ?60 to +30°C.  相似文献
