The analysis of the action of various anthelmintics on the integuments and digestive system of Strongylate nematodes indicated that all the used agents caused varying structural disorders. The swelling of the cuticle and its detachment from the subcuticle occurred with the overwhelming majority of the anthelminths on the integuments of the Strongylate nematodes. The digestive system showed an ample epithelial vacuolation in the intestinal wall, as well as swelling and destruction in the mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum. Almost all the used agent lowered the levels of glycogen and RNA in the tissue of Strongylate nematodes.  相似文献

The study conducted proved that triombrast (dose dependently) > hexabrics > Ultravist > or = melitrast = omnipac in a concentration interval of 0.03-30.0 mg iodine/ml in vitro and in a dose interval of 0.5-2.0 g iodine/kg in vivo activate the complement system (CS) according to the alternative way in the blood of "sensitive" rats. The degree of CS activation by radiopaque agents (ROA) is significantly determined mathematically by their viscosity and relation of the number of iodine atoms to the number of ions or dissolved particles, and by their hydrophilic (for nonion CS) and osmotic (for ion monomeric CS) properties.  相似文献

Juvenile granulosa cell tumors (JGCTs) of the ovary are rare. They usually present in children and adolescents. About 90% are diagnosed in early stage (FIGO I) with a favorable prognosis. More advanced stages (FIGO II-IV) have a poor clinical outcome. We report two cases of short-term, disease-free survival of teenagers with Stage III JGCTs treated with aggressive debulking and thorough staging but conservative surgery relative to the uterus and contralateral tube and ovary plus carboplatin and etoposide chemotherapy. These results are encouraging, but the best treatment for extensive and recurrent disease has yet to be determined.  相似文献

Amorphous molecular solids are inherently disordered, exhibiting strong exciton localization. Optical microcavities containing such disordered excitonic materials have been theoretically shown to support both propagating and localized exciton-polariton modes. Here, the ultrastrong coupling of a Bloch surface wave photon and molecular excitons in a disordered organic thin film at room temperature is demonstrated, where the major fraction of the polaritons are propagating states. The delocalized exciton-polariton has a group velocity as high as 3 × 107 m s–1 and a lifetime of 500 fs, leading to propagation distances of over 100 µm from the excitation source. The polariton intensity shows a halo-like pattern that is due to self-interference of the polariton mode, from which a coherence length of 20 µm is derived and is correlated with phase breaking by polariton scattering. The demonstration of ultralong-range exciton-polariton transport at room temperature promises new photonic and optoelectronic applications such as efficient energy transfer in disordered condensed matter systems.  相似文献

Detailed investigation of the ultrastructure of the enterochromaffine cells of the duodenal mucous membrane was conducted by electron microscopy. These cells were studied 7, 14, 28, and 56 days after bilateral subphrenic vagotomy. Vagotomy resulted in the alteration of the ultrastructural orgainzation of the enterochromaffine cells. These changes were due to disturbances of 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonine) secretion. The changes in the ultrastructure of the enterochromaffine cells were most expressed 7 and 56 days after the operation. Temporary and relative normalization of the ultrastructure was observed in 28 days.  相似文献

The in vivo and in vitro effects of radioopaque agents such as bilignost, iodamide, and triombrast on blood thromboxane B2 (TxB2) and prostacyclin levels were studied in man and rats. These radioopaque agents were demonstrated to increase prostacyclin levels and to decrease TxB2 in the plasma by 40%, as evidenced by urography when given in vivo (1-2 g/kg) and in vitro (2.5.10(-2) M and 2.5.10(-3) M).  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To assess whether phenylalanine intervention can effectively improve the pre-hypertensive inherited cardiac hypertrophy and systolic dysfunction in young offsprings of patients with essential hypertension (ER). METHODS: Ninty-six normotensive adolescents with hypertensive family history and associated with inherited cardiac hypertrophy, i.e, interventricular, septum (IVST) and (or) left ventricular post wall thickness (PWT) > or = 10.5 mm, were screened according to the normal range criteria of ultrasonic-cardiogram (UCG) obtained previously from 50 normotensive adolescents without hypertensive genetic predisposition. The UCG parameters before and after 3, 6, 9 months of observation were compared between intervention group (Phe 1 g/d 58 subjects) and placebo-control group (placebo 1 g/d, 38 subjects) in 2 separate trials by a double-blind, randomized, cross-over and comparable placebo-control design. RESULTS: The hypertrophy and dilatation of ascending aorta and left heart structure were regressed after intervention, i.g, the changes after 9 months intervention, IVST dropped from 10.9 +/- 1.2 to 9.2 +/- 0.6 mm, PWT from 9.5 +/- 1.0 to 8.6 +/- 0.6 mm, left ventricular mass index from 92 +/- 15 to 70 +/- 11 g/m2; All of the parameters reflecting the systolic function of left ventricle were improved in pooled group of 2 trials. The UCGs after placebo was fundamentally not changed except some sporadic values. The results were similar in 2 separate trials. The improvement after Phe and its return towards that of pre-intervention after stope were remarked at 6 months. CONCLUSION: The inherited cardiac dearrangement seen in adolescents with hypertensive genetic predisposition can be assumed to be the pre-hypertensive changes of EH. It can be reversed by phenylalanine--a natural and essential amino-acid.  相似文献
