Design and optimization of ceramic membrane structure: From the perspective of flux matching between support and membrane

The support flux was first investigated as a separate influencing factor for its effect on performances of ceramic filtration membranes. Three pre-membranes were prepared by tape-casting and then transfer-coated to supports to form dual-layer ceramic membranes after sintering. Experiments demonstrated that membrane layers with almost the same properties were obtained despite the huge difference in support flux. When the support flux increases from 3.120 to 97.53 m³m^?2h^?1, the flux of these three membrane series have increased by 75%, 186% and 228%, respectively. Experimental rules can provide structural design and evaluation from the perspective of permeability. The limit membrane flux of a certain system was derived according to the resistance distribution law of internal membrane structure and the Darcy's theorem. On this basis, a method for designing support flux was proposed. Furthermore, we present a criterion to quickly and easily evaluate the match between the support and the top layer, which is the ratio of membrane resistance to total resistance. Finally, the filtration resistance of penetration caused by suction of membrane particles into the support was measured for the first time, taking the advantage of the transfer-coating method that inherently free of penetration. Our works are expected to deepen the understanding of the ceramic membrane structure and provided guidance for its rational design and optimization.     

Study of Disk-Loaded Waveguide Filled with Plasma

Recently disk-loaded waveguide has been widely used in high-power traveling wave tubes (HPTWT). It has been shown in many experiments that the interaction efficiency and output power can be increased greatly by injecting plasma into the vacuum microwave device. Using field analysis, the dispersion characteristics and the interaction impedance of the disk-loaded waveguide filled with plasma are analyzed in a strong longitudinal magnetic field. In conclusion, the frequency of the TM₀₁ mode increases as the density of the plasma increases. It also can be found when the plasma density increases to a large scale, the TM₀₁ mode of the disk-loaded waveguide overlaps the TG mode, these two modes couple each other and form the new hybrid modes.     

抗真菌蛋白Rs-AFP2基因定点突变及其对大肠杆菌中表达的影响

为了研究遗传密码子对表达调控的影响,利用PCR重叠延伸法,对萝卜抗真菌蛋白Rs-AFP2基因编码序列区的部分核苷酸进行沉默突变,构建突变体Rs-AFPm.序列分析表明,PCR产物全长240bp,有一个阅读框,编码的蛋白由29个氨基酸的信号肽和51个氨基酸的抗真菌蛋白组成.突变体与突变前的Rs-AFP2基因相比,在编码区第3号氨基酸Lys相差一个碱基(TTG→TTA),第5号氨基酸Gln相差一个碱基(CAG→CAA),第6号稀有密码子Arg相差两个碱基(CAG→CGA).重新合成引物,将切除信号肽的Rs-AFP2基因和Rs-AFPm基因与原核表达载体pET-21b(+)分别重组到大肠杆菌BL21菌株.IPTG诱导后,二者均得到了表达.软件分析显示,突变前pETAFPo表达产物占全菌蛋白的3%,突变后pETAFPm的表达产物占全菌蛋白含量的8%;表达蛋白主要以包涵体的形式存在,包涵体经超声波破碎后,蛋白质复性,抑菌结果表明,pETAFPm表达产物的抑菌半径大于pETAFP2表达产物的抑菌半径.这些都说明改造后的Rs-AFPm基因与Rs-AFP2基因相比,已有效地提高表达量.

在线性近似条件下，量子化了非线性薛定谔方程，用后向传播法数值求解了光孤子相互作用对压缩比的影响。数值结果表明，在碰撞距离附近，压缩比显著增加。

尼龙1010的流变性能研究

用XLY-Ⅱ重型毛细管流变仪研究了尼龙1010的流变特性。实验结果表明,尼龙1010为假塑性流体;在210～250℃范围内,其非牛顿指数π为0.63～0.71;恒γw＇下的粘流活化能随γw＇的增大而减小。     

熔融 NaCl-(Na,K)_2SO_4引起的 Fe-Cr 合金的热腐蚀

本文采用电化学方法研究了 Fe-Cr 合金在800℃、熔融 NaCl-(Na,K)_2SO_4中的腐蚀行为,并对腐蚀产物进行了观察和分析。结果表明,提高合金 Cr 含量可以改善合金耐蚀性能。氧化-硫化是Fe5Cr、Fe10Cr 合金腐蚀破坏的主要方式;氧化膜的熔融反应是 Fe20Cr、Fe25Cr 合金加速腐蚀的主要原因。同时,氧化膜的机械破裂也加速了合金的腐蚀。     

Improving Thermal Stability of BaMgAl10O17:Eu Phosphor

Heterogeneous precipitation method was used to prepared surface coating on self-made BaMgAl10O17:Eu phosphor. Results illustrate that the coating film can be silicon dioxide in amorphous state with 50 nm in thickness. Photoluminescence results indicate that the coating layer presents an observable improved effect on the enhancement of thermal stability. When baked at 600 ℃ for 1 h, the luminance of coated BAM keeps at 92% higher than that of uncoated BAM by 23%. This protective effect can be attributed to the high compact degree and uniformity of this amorphous SiO2 coating film which is served as a diffusion block layer to inbreak oxygen atom, thus releases the oxidation extent of Eu2 effectively.
