We have studied the reaction of M45 and SK20 glass enamels with PZhR3 iron and an iron — phosphorus alloy containing 0.8 mass% phosphorus using the “sessile” drop method in the temperature range 1000– 1300°C. We have established that when the M45 glass enamel reacts with the iron, then oxides of alkali metals Mg and Na oxidize it to Fe2O3 . The iron in the contact zone of the iron — SK20 glass enamel system is oxidized by zinc oxide, while the iron oxide formed dissolves in the glass enamel. Adhesion of the SK20 glass enamel to the iron surface is significantly better than in the Fe - M45 system. The best adhesion properties are observed in the iron-phosphorus alloy — SK20 glass enamel system, due to the more vigorous reaction between the components. 相似文献

We present basic relations of the theory of nonlinear dynamic deformation of rigid (high-strength) polymeric films. On the
basis of the experimental results, we formulate the determining relations for the elastic and plastic stages of deformation.
We introduce a measure of the stress-strain state and obtain the equations of motion for arbitrary curvilinear orthogonal
coordinates in the case of large displacements and low strains and squares of the angles of rotation.

The effect of phosphorus additions on structure formation in materials of the system Cr3C2?TiN?Ni?P is studied. It is established that phosphorus additions as a surface-active element promote an improvement in nickel alloy adhesion properties. 相似文献

Layered materials have been produced by joining hard surface layers of chromium carbide alloys to a less expensive substrate of steel. This method provides a substantial increase in the hardness and tribological properties of the composites, economizes on the use of expensive refractory materials, and decreases manufacturing costs. Composite layered materials of chromium carbide alloys can be recommended for the production of components which in addition to frictional wear are exposed to corrosive media and high temperatures. 相似文献

Results are given on the effects of concentrated solar radiation on the structure and phase transitions of composite materials
(CM) based on TiN-AlN. Oxidation in the TiN-AlN system leads to the formation of β-Al2TiO5, which prevents the diffusion of titanium and aluminum to the surface of the specimen and correspondingly is a protective
barrier for the CM in air up to temperatures above 1500°C. A CM based on TiN-AlN with Ni-Cr-Al bonding has high resistance
to oxidation above 1500°C. The introduction of this metal alloy into the CM favors the formation of the spinel NiCr2O4, which reacts with titanium and aluminum oxides to form a dense oxide film providing protection of the CM from oxidation.
Then CM with compositions TiN-AlN and TiN-AlN-30% (Ni-Cr-Al) have elevated corrosion resistance above 1500°C and can be used
as corrosion-resistant CM and as coatings.
