Low surface energy films based on partially fluorinated isocyanates: the effects of curing temperature

Self-stratification strategy can be used to prepare films in which both bulk and surface properties can be optimized. By using this approach, only a very small quantity of fluorinated species is needed to generate a surface with low surface energy. When cross-linking is involved during film formation, we are dealing with a competition behavior between the diffusion of fluorinated species and the formation of cross-linked network. In this study low surface energy polymeric films were prepared on the basis of partially fluorinated polyisocyanates, in combination with hydroxyl-end-capped three-armed solventless liquid oligoesters and modified hyperbranched polyesters. At a fluorine concentration of only 0.5 wt.%, contact angles of water and hexadecane can reach 120° and 80°, respectively. A surface energy as low as 10–15 mN/m can be obtained upon the addition of less than 1 wt.% of fluorine in the films. It was shown, from real time ATR-FTIR and contact angle measurements, that the curing temperatures demonstrated significant effects on the cross-linking rate as well as on the wettability of the films.

深基坑工程动态施工反演分析与变形预报

提出了动态施工反演分析的思想，即在常规的反分析过程中引入逐步开挖和逐道支撑的动态施工因素，以求仿真模拟工程实际情况，进而为相继施工阶段的变形预报提供可靠保证。文中基于任意施工阶段间围护墙体变形与内支撑梁轴力的增量测值和施工ＦＥＭ优化反演分析法，反推了各土层的弹性模量系数，给出了作用在墙体两侧的土压力分布，并预报各相继施工阶段的墙体和土体变形、内力及内支撑梁轴力。     

基坑支护位移和安全性监测的动态预报

通过将现场信息采集、优化反演参数及围护结构变形和稳定分析有机地进行结合,对基坑支护位移和安全性监测建立了动态预报技术,包括提出了分析理论和方法。其基本过程是：第一步,采集现场量测信息;第二步,借助优化反演过程获得计算参数;第三步,用反演计算得到的参数预测下一步开挖的位移量及稳定性。这一方法可在基坑开挖过程中,依据现场量测信息,对基坑开挖的安全性及时作出预测和评估,从而指导施工。

阐明了工程保证担保的惩罚性作用机理是有效解决政府投资工程主体间委托代理问题的途径;在借鉴国际工程保证担保的基础上,根据我国政府投资工程委托代建保证担保特点和现状,对政府投资工程委托代建保证担保模式和品种进行了探讨;提出了政府投资工程委托代建保证担保的改进措施。     

Subroutine bundls,a fortran IV program to determine schreinemakers bundles

Given an entire set of relevant balanced equations, BUNDLS and associated subroutines select all invariant points and order univariant lines around these points. Invariant points are formed by taking every set of m absent phases from each reaction. All revelant univariant lines are ordered around each invariant point by a direct application of the rules of Schreinemakers. The program also calculates true angular values for PT, P-μ_x1 or μ_y-μ_x diagrams.     

Efficient pulsed photorefractive process in LiNbO3:Fe for optical storage and deflection

AQ-switched frequency-doubled Nd-YAG laser was used in recording holograms in LiNbO3:Fe. The ensuing photorefractive sensitivity is approximately ten times higher than the value reported for CW sources, given the same exposure. An induced absorption, comparable in magnitude with the linear absorption at 647 nm, was observed during hologram recording. This appears to be correlated to the intensity-enhanced photorefractive sensitivity.
