Conclusions The Nichrome alloy was alloyed with niobium to produce the materials of the LNKhB7 and LNKhB8 grades with a heterogeneous structure which consist of an alloyed solid solution and nickel and a high-hardness phase, i.e., molybdenum carbide. Heat treatment (normalizing, aging) greatly hardens the material as a result of the formation of the high-hardness phase (Ni3Al).The materials hardened with the high-hardness molybdenum carbide and the phase have high and stable strength properties in the temperature range 20–700°C (800°C); at temperatures higher than the temperature of hardening heat treatment the strength properties of the materials rapidly decrease.Alloying the grade LNKhB materials with niobium greatly improves the tribotechnical characteristics as a result of the formation of a surface film in the form of complex compounds on the friction surfaces.Translated from Poroshkovaya Metallurgiya, No. 7(283), pp. 74–77, July, 1986.  相似文献

Comparative studies of the structure and properties of alloys Ti-2.2% Al-5% Fe and Ti-2.2% Al-2.2% V-2.2% Mo-2.5% Fe in annealed, quenched, and aged conditions are performed. The strength level of the alloys corresponds to that of VT16. Conclusions We investigated the dependence of the specific Surface and of the parameters of the fine structure of powdered pure iron on the duration of vibrogrinding and their change in the process of reduction. It was shown that this is accompanied during the first 15–30 h as a result of deformation polygonization by the formation of a block structure. The influence of the temperature of heating for drop-forging on the fine structure of the ferrite of powder steel Kh17 is investigated. On the basis of structural characteristics obtained from different drop-forging sites by means of harmonic analysis, substantial differences in the degree of structural defectiveness in the crystal lattice between the outer faces and an internal layer of the samples has been established. The highest degree of structural defectiveness is found in the structure of the outer faces following heating for drop-forging to 1050 °C while a uniform structure throughout the drop-forging volume is created following heating to 1100 °C.  相似文献
