本文针对海湾战争后的新形势,介绍了战略防御的新构想、战术防空导弹系统及21世纪的防空概念,论述了AEW、AWACS、战场监视目标攻击雷达及其它雷达的最新发展情况,此外,还对国外的反隐身技术进展情况作了介绍。     

A single mutation Asp229 --> Ser confers upon Gs alpha the ability to interact with regulators of G protein signaling

RGS proteins (regulators of G protein signaling) are GTPase activating proteins (GAPs) for Gi and Gq families of heterotrimeric G proteins but have not been found to interact with Gs alpha. The Gs alpha residue Asp229 has been suggested to be responsible for the inability of RGS proteins to interact with Gs alpha [Natochin, M., and Artemyev, N. O. (1998) J. Biol. Chem. 273, 4300-4303]. To test this hypothesis, we have investigated the possibility of generating an interaction between Gs alpha and RGS proteins by substituting Gs alpha Asp229 with Ser and replacing the potential Gs alpha Asp229 contact residues in RGS16, Glu129 and Asn131, by Ala and Ser, respectively. RGS16 and its mutants failed to interact with Gs alpha. A single mutation of Gs alpha, Asp229Ser, rendered the Gs alpha subunit with the ability to interact with RGS16 and RGS4. Like RGS protein binding to Gi and Gq alpha-subunits, RGS16 preferentially recognized the AlF4--bound conformation of Gs alpha Asp229Ser. In a single-turnover assay, RGS16 maximally stimulated GTPase activity of Gs alpha Asp229Ser by approximately 5-fold with an EC50 value of 7.5 microM. Our findings demonstrate that Asp229 of Gs alpha represents a major barrier for Gs alpha interaction with known RGS proteins.

河北夏杖子金矿床的同位素地质研究

采用质谱分析等方法,测试了夏枚子金矿床石英流体包裹体和金属硫化物的同位素组成,获得石英流体包裹体Rb-Sr等时线年龄为105.4±7.2Ma;锶同位素初始比值为0.7126±0.0001;氢同位素组成δD‰为-91.7～-73.1;氧同位素组成δ~(18)OH_2O‰为5.68～6.23;金属硫化物的硫同位素组成δ~(34)S‰=-23.38～-14.52;铅同位素组成~(206)Pb/~(204)Pb=16.441～16.615,~(207)Pb/~(204)Pb=15.228～15.256,~(208)Pb/~(204)Pb=36.268～36.356。矿床成矿作用发生于燕山晚期,成矿热液主要为岩浆热液,金矿成矿物质来源于硅铝壳中下部太古代结晶基底,矿床成因是与燕山期岩浆热液有关的中—低温热液脉状金矿床。

ILC for non-minimum phase system

In this paper we propose a design method of an iterative learning controller (ILC) for a non-minimum phase (NMP) system by model-matching theory. The ILC consists of two learning filters acting on both the previous input signal and the previous error signal. To design the learning filters, we convert the convergence condition of the ILC into the model-matching problem and get the stable and proper learning filter by solving the Nevanlinna's algorithm. To show the usefulness of the proposed algorithm, some design examples are included.     

Improvement of the reflood model of RELAP5/MOD3.3 based on the assessments against FLECHT-SEASET tests

The reflood model of RELAP5/MOD3.3 was assessed using eight carefully selected FLECHT-SEASET tests. Comparisons of calculated and measured peak cladding temperatures and quench times indicate that the code predicts peak cladding temperatures relatively well. However, rod quenches were predicted to occur too early.To improve the predictability for quench times, we carefully reviewed and modified the wall-to-fluid heat transfer models. The film boiling heat transfer regime was divided into three different sub-regimes, and appropriate correlations were selected for the wall-to-fluid heat transfer coefficients in each sub-regime. We modified also the wall-to-liquid radiation heat transfer model including the method for determining the droplet diameter and we corrected two minor coding errors existing in the original version. After the modifications, the same set of eight FLECHT-SEASET tests was simulated again to compare the newly predicted cladding temperatures, quench times and heat transfer coefficients with those predicted using the original version. The modifications employed in this study improve the code's predictability not only for quench times but also for peak clad temperatures. The modifications reduced the Root-Mean-Square (RMS) error in the prediction of peak clad temperatures and quench times from 48.3 to 36.1 K and 85.9 to 33.2 s, respectively.     

Investigation of the drying temperature dependence of the orientation in sol–gel processed PZT thin films

The crystal orientations of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) thin films have been investigated by using various drying temperatures in the sol–gel process. The films were dried at different temperatures between 310 and 350°C for pyrolysis and then were heat treated at 650°C using rapid thermal annealing (RTA). TG/DTA and FTIR spectroscopy were used to detect the remnants of organic materials in the thin films prior to the final heat treatment. In order to examine the relationship between the film orientation and the remaining organic materials for the prior and final heat treatment, the films were fabricated with different coating cycles and dried for different holding times and then annealed at 650°C. The preferred orientations were investigated using X-ray diffraction. This revised version was published online in November 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

Effects of chronic di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate intake on the secretion and removal rate of triglyceride-rich lipoproteins in rats

This work intends to characterize the nature of the plasma triglyceride level decrease in male Wistar rats fed with diets supplemented with 2% (w/w) di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), a packaged-food chemical contaminant. After being fed for 21 days, the animals were assessed to determine plasma and liver lipids or to quantify the in vivo hepatic secretion and in vitro plasma removal of triglyceride-rich lipoproteins. The liver cholesterol and triglyceride contents in DEHP-fed rats were closely similar to those found in controls, co-existing with a decrease in plasma cholesterol (19%), phospholipid (14%) and triglyceride (36%) levels. The decrease of the plasma triglyceride pool size was not associated with a reduction in hepatic secretion of triglyceride. The total triglyceride lipase activity rose (32%) due to a remarkable increase (100%) of the extrahepatic lipoprotein lipase activity. We can conclude that extrahepatic lipoprotein lipase activity accounts for the hypotriglyceridaemic effect of DEHP through an increase of triglyceride removal rate.
