A soda-lime-silica glass was irradiated by different heavy ion (N, Ne, Ar, and Kr) with energies chosen in order to obtain the same penetration depth. The near-surface sodium depletion layer, characterized by nuclear analysis and infrared reflectance spectrophotometry (IRRS), is deeper than the implanted-ion range and grows with increasing incident-ion mass at the same dose and current density. By using reflectance spectrophotometry in the solar range, the formation of a near-surface perturbed layer having a modified refractive index as compared to the bulk and a thickness comparable to the sodium depletion layer was confirmed.  相似文献

In this paper, we analyze the logical definitions of model-based diagnosis recently presented in the literature, and we propose a unified framework (based on the integration of abductive and consistency-based reasoning) in which most of such definitions can be captured. This allows us to single out the existence of a spectrum of alternatives in the logical definition of diagnosis. A lot of attention in the paper is devoted to analyzing the differences among the definitions in the spectrum. In particular, we show that the definitions can be compared on the basis of their restrictive-ness and we relate such a restrictiveness with the completeness of the model of the system to be diagnosed. Dans cet article, les auteurs analysent les définitions logiques de diagnostics basés sur un modèle dont il a été question récemment dans certains ouvrages. Ils proposent un cadre unifié (basé sur l'intégration du raisonnement abductif et du raisonnement basé sur la consistance) à l'interieur duquel la plupart de ces définitions peuvent ětre regroupées. Cette particularité permet de mettre en lumière l'existence d'un spectre d'alternatives dans la définition logique du diagnostic. Cet article accorde une attention toute particulière à l'analyse des différences entre les définitions du spectre. En outre, les auteurs démontrent que les définitions peuvent ětre compareées en fonction de leur caractère restrictif, qui est ensuite mis en relation avec la complétude du modèle du système faisant l'objet d'un diagnostic.  相似文献

A 65 kDa intracellular lipase from Lactobacillus plantarum 2739 was purified to homogeneity (482-fold, specific activity of 251 μmol/mg per min) and characterized. The purification procedure included chromatography with Q-Sepharose, Sephacryl 200, Phenyl-Superose and Mono Q. The purified lipase was optimally active at pH 7.5 and 35C; it retained about 40% of the maximum activity at pH 5.0 and 15C. The enzyme was stable at 65C (D65C= 18.6 min) and was irreversibly inactivated at 75C for 2 min. On triglycerides, the highest activity was determined on tributyrin but trilaurin and tripalmitin were hydrolyzed also. The Km on tributyrin was 2.31 mM. β-Naphthyl esters of fatty acids from C2 to C12 were hydrolyzed with a preference for β-naphthyl butyrate. After lipolysis, the fatty acid profiles in β-monoacylglycerols of milk fat showed similarities among porcine pancreatic lipase, rennet paste and lipase from Lb. plantarum 2739, but the bacterial enzyme caused a greater hydrolysis of C10 and C12 fatty acids esterified at the Sn-2 position of glycerol. The lipase was strongly inhibited by 1 mM Nethylmaleimide and iodoacetic acid, by 10 mM Hg2+ and Ag+, and was moderately stimulated by Ca2+ and Mg2+.  相似文献

The role of conduction and convection in transferring heat through a perfused medium is quantified by analyzing the transient temperature field within and around a spherical heat source embedded in the medium, using the bio-heat transfer equation. Analytical expressions for transient temperature distributions are obtained in terms of the following dimensionless variables: ξ, the relative position; τ, the Fourier number; β2;, the Peclet number, and ratios of thermal conductivities and difFusivities. The perfused medium is assumed to be infinite, isotropic and homogeneous. Frequency response of the probe to sinusoidal power input is also analyzed. The analytical expressions obtained are used to estimate heat transfer characteristics of tumors from in vivo data describing blood flow and temperature distributions around a spherical probe.  相似文献

Soy protein hydrolyzate (SPH) was investigated to identify the phenolic compounds responsible for antioxidant activity. Three isoflavones–genistein, daidzein, and glycitein–were found in SPH. These are the same isoflavones that have been identified in raw soybeans. No isoflavone glycosides were found in SPH. The phenolic acids found in SPH were caffeic, ferulic, p-coumaric, syringic, vanillic, gentisic, and p-hydroxybenzoic acids. The compounds were identified by TLC, GLC and UV spectra. The isoflavones were confirmed by their mass spectra.  相似文献

This paper deals with a stochastic representation of the rainfall process.The analysis of a rainfall time series shows that cumulative representation of a rainfall time series can be modeled as a non-Gaussian random walk with a log-normal jump distribution and a time-waiting distribution following a tempered α-stable probability law.Based on the random walk model,a fractional Fokker-Planck equation(FFPE) with tempered α-stable waiting times was obtained.Through the comparison of observed data and simulated results from the random walk model and FFPE model with tempered α-stable waiting times,it can be concluded that the behavior of the rainfall process is globally reproduced,and the FFPE model with tempered α-stable waiting times is more efficient in reproducing the observed behavior.  相似文献

HYPOTHESIZED THAT SENSITIZERS WOULD APPROACH AND REPRESSORS AVOID PROLONGATION OF PHYSICALLY AVERSIVE STIMULATION. THE DISTRIBUTION OF REPRESSION-SENSITIZATION (R-S) SCORES FOR 84 MALES AND 116 FEMALES WAS SEPARATELY DIVIDED INTO QUARTILES FOR BOTH SEXES. 4 LEVELS OF SHOCK WERE DETERMINED: RECOGNITION, MODERATELY AVERSIVE, PAIN AVERSIVE, AND ENCOURAGED AVERSIVE. RESULTS SUGGEST, CONTRARY TO PREDICTION, THAT MALE SENSITIZERS AVOID AND REPRESSORS APPROACH PAINFUL STIMULI. HOWEVER, BOTH FEMALE REPRESSORS AND SENSITIZERS TEND TO AVOID NOXIOUS STIMULATION AS COMPARED WITH THE MIDDLE QUARTILES.
