To verify three important circuit schemes suitable for DRAMs in mobile applications, a 1.8-V 128-Mb SDRAM was implemented with a 0.15-/spl mu/m technology. To achieve an ideal 33% efficiency, the double boosting pump uses two capacitor's series connection at pumping phase, while they are precharged in parallel. The hybrid folded current sense amplifier together with a novel replica inverter connection improved power and speed performances. Also, a dual-referenced adjustment scheme for a temperature sensor was proposed to allow a very high accuracy in tuning. Without loss in productivity, the implemented dual-referenced searching technique achieved tuning error of less than /spl plusmn/2.5/spl deg/C.  相似文献

This study examined the linkage between organizational socialization tactics and person-organization (P-O) fit and examined the moderating influence of employees' proactivity behaviors. Results from a sample of 279 employee-supervisor pairs from 7 organizations in South Korea revealed a positive relationship between institutionalized socialization tactics and P-O fit perceptions. However, the association between firms' socialization tactics and P-O fit was facilitated or negated by several proactive behaviors that employees used to gain control over their environment. For example, employees' positive framing harmonized with institutional tactics to create higher P-O fit, whereas employees who proactively developed strong relationships with their supervisors essentially replaced institutionalized socialization tactics. The method of an analytical development of thermoelastic problems for a medium with Kassir's nonhomogeneous material properties is developed. For isothermal problems of such a nonhomogeneous body, an analytical method of development has already been proposed by M. K. Kassir under the assumption that the shear modulus of elasticity G is changed arbitrarily with the variable z of the axial coordinate according to the relation G(z) = Gozm. However, the analytical procedure for the thermoelastic field has not been established. In this article, introducing the thermoelastic displacement potential function, the analytical method of development for the axisymmetrical thermoelastic field is established. As an illustrative example, we consider the thermoelastic problem of a slab. Assuming that the shear modulus of elasticity G, the thermal conductivity λ, and the coefficient of linear thermal expansion α vary with the variable [zcirc] of the dimension-less axial coordinate according to the relation G([zcirc]) = Go[zcirc]m, λ([zcirc]) = λ0[zcirc]l, α([zcirc]) = α0[zcirc]n, the axisymmetric temperature solution in a steady state for the slab is obtained and the associated thermal stress components are evaluated theoretically. Numerical calculations are carried out for several cases, taking into account the variety of the nonhomogeneous material properties. Numerical results are shown graphically.  相似文献
