Erythropoesis activation, realizing by microenvironmental cells, was noted in hepar of the tailless amphibians R. Lessonae and R. Ridibunda, living in the Chernobyl AES alienation zone. Destructive changes, and the ribosome-protein complexes, fibrillar structures synthesis intensification was revealed in hepatocytes. Ribosome-protein complexes and fibrillar-granular material of hepatocytes enter the blood stream, where they incorporate into the erythroblasts cytoplasm. Focal hyperplasia and macrophages hypertrophy were revealed. Macrophages, transporting the hepatocytes cytoplasm components into erythroblasts and supplementing them with their cytoplasm synthesis products, take an active part in supply of differentiating red blood cells with different materials. 相似文献

The authors show three methods of energy saving in mine ventilation: recirculating airing, minimization of main mine fan pressure by privative adjustment, and two-parameter optimization of fan performance (by rotary velocity and angle of blades). In this paper we report on the lattice damage and nanocrystalline secondary phase formation in Fe implanted Yttria stabilised zirconia (YSZ) up to a peak concentration of 10%. The implantation temperature has been varied between room temperature and 1000 °C. Samples were characterized using Rutherford backscattering/channeling and X-ray diffraction. We observed that (1) YSZ remains partially crystalline even after Fe implantation at room temperature and the lattice damage can be partially recovered if implantation is performed at elevated temperatures; (2) crystalline bcc-Fe nanoparticles have formed and grown with increasing implantation temperature. The nanoscale Fe precipitates and the YSZ matrix have a crystallographic orientation relationship. 相似文献

The effect of hydrophobic silicon carbide nanoparticles and carbon nanotubes on the mechanical and transport properties of MF-4SK perfluorinated cation-exchange membranes has been studied. It has been shown that the modification of the membranes with a small amount of silicon carbide and carbon nanotubes enhances both their mechanical strength and selectivity of transport processes. An increase in the dopant concentration leads to deterioration of these parameters and the destruction of the membranes. This change in the properties is attributed to the implantation of nanoparticles into the hydrophobic membrane matrix, which results in a decrease in its elasticity. 相似文献
