This study investigates the ozonation of CI Reactive Black 5 (RB5) by using the rotating packed bed (RPB) and completely stirred tank reactor (CSTR) as ozone contactors. The RPB, which provides high gravitational force by adjusting the rotational speed, was employed as a novel ozone contactor. The same ozone dosage was separately introduced into either the RPB or the CSTR for the investigation, while the experimental solution was continuously circulated within the apparatus consisting of the RPB and CSTR. The decolorization and mineralization efficiencies of RB5 in the course of ozonation are compared for these two methods. Moreover, the dissolved and off‐gas ozone concentrations were simultaneously monitored for the further analysis. As a result, the ozone mass transfer rate per unit volume of the RPB was significantly higher because of its higher mass transfer coefficient and gas–liquid concentration driving force. Furthermore, ozonation kinetics was found to be independent of the gravitational magnitude of an ozone gas–liquid contactor. Therefore, the results suggest employing RPBs as ozone‐contacting devices with the advantage of volume reduction. The experimental results, which can be used for further modeling of the ozonation process in the RPB, also show the requirement of correct design for the RPB. In this paper, a simple image secure communication scheme based on the chaotic Chebyshev map and chaos synchronization is proposed. The scheme relies on the excellent correlation property of chaotic sequences, which is very desirable for secure image communication. The results obtained by computer simulation indicate that the transmitted source image can be correctly and reliably recovered using the proposed scheme, even through a noisy channel. Notably, the scheme possesses relatively high security and can be easily implemented. A new technology for treating waste plastics (WP) by traditional coking process was introduced. With a thermo-balance and a 10 g atmospheric fixed bed reactor, the thermo-gravimetric behavior and product were studied during co-coking of WP with blended coal. And then, using a coke-oven with capacity of 200 kg, the characteristics of products were assessed. The results showed that there is an overlapping temperature range (200-550℃ ) of decomposition between WP and blended coal, and the pyrolysis synergism index η and synergism strength β proposed could evaluate the synergism between them. 1% of added WP results in the maximum synergism in all series experiments. The increase of added WP decreases the synergism. Tar yield in co-coking is increased with the decrease of water yield for synergism. Moreover, it was also found that the quality indexes of coke, such as M10, M40, CRI and CSR, are degraded with the increase of WP until 4%, though the quality of tar and gas is optimized for WP addition. 相似文献

The photolithography step in the semiconductor manufacturing process becomes increasingly critical as linewidths decrease for the next generation of integrated electronics. It therefore becomes necessary to reduce variations in photoresist parameters such as resist film thickness and photoactive compound concentration during manufacture. In this paper, we present a simple feedback scheme for accurately regulating these parameters. Our approach involves obtaining a simple, static process model the coefficients of which are recursively adjusted based on previous wafer measurements. We use this adaptive model to determine appropriate input setpoints for the next wafer. The effectiveness of this scheme in reducing process drift is exhibited by experimental data. Our results supports the widespread contention that modern feedback control offers the promise of improving the semiconductor manufacturing processes, often with relative ease and minimal capital cost 相似文献

用安息香二甲醚和三(丙烯酰氧乙基)异氰尿酸酯(TAEIC)作为PE的光敏剂和助交联剂,研究了它们的用量、光照时间、交联温度,紫外光光强对PE交联度的影响。结果表明,安息香二甲醚是一种有效的光敏剂,引发效率较高;助交联剂可以提高交联效率;光照时间、紫外光光强和交联温度等对PE的交联度均有明显的影响。 相似文献
