Hyperferremia is shown to affect antioxidant system of the body, oxidation-reduction reactions in the cells seen as shifts in lymphocyte chemiluminescence. Dynamic changes in lymphocyte chemiluminescence reflect the level of hyperferremia.  相似文献

The measures of the blood loss prophylaxis and compensation, occurred at the time of 4350 surgical interventions on vertebral column conduction in 2697 patients with scoliosis, are analyzed. While performing osteoplastic fixation of vertebral column the blood loss have constituted 1200-2600 ml. The lowering of the blood loss down to 200-120 ml while conducting of complex correcting interventions was permitted by application of the governed hypotension together with general anesthesia.  相似文献

The effect of physical and chemical properties of the gaseous medium on the formation of triple Mach configurations and vortex contact structures and on the stagnation pressure and drag force dynamics has been studied for supersonic flows with external energy sources. For the ratio of specific heats that varies in a range of 1.1–1.4, a significant (up to 51.8%) difference has been obtained for the angles of triple-shock configurations in flows at Mach 4 past a cylindrically blunted plate. When studying the dynamics of the decreases in the stagnation pressure and drag force, it has been revealed that these effects are amplified and the vortex mechanism of drag reduction starts to prevail as the adiabatic index decreases.  相似文献

Sorption of 137Cs from seawater onto a selective cation exchanger based on resorcinol–formaldehyde resin was studied. The maximal distribution coefficient of 137Cs at the ratio S: L = 1: 1000 is (4.1–4.5) × 103 cm3 g–1. The sorption-selective characteristics of the resin are negatively affected by alkaline earth meal ions. In the dynamic regime, the operation life of the resorcinol–formaldehyde resin exceeds 700 bed volumes with more than 95% efficiency of cesium sorption. More than 95% of 137Cs is eluted with a 1–3 M HNO3 solution. The eluate volume does not exceed 10 bed volumes.  相似文献

Reactions between aqueous solutions of aluminum salts and ammonium terephthalate at pH 6–8 lead to the formation of a previously unknown, weakly ordered phase. It has signs of a layered compound with a unit cell parameter of 1.072–1.073 nm. Its empirical composition can be represented by the formula Al2O3 · xC8H6O4 · yH2O · δ(NH3), where x = 0.7–1.2, y = 4.4–6.0, and δ = 0–0.4. It has good structural order across the layers, whereas the order along the layers is weaker and depends on synthesis conditions. Calcination at 120°C leads to partial dehydration and changes the order along the layers, whereas the order across the layers changes little, with a slight increase in lattice strain. Heat treatment at 400°C leads to almost complete dehydration and fully eliminates the order along the layers, whereas the order across the layers is partially retained. Firing at 800°C leads to the formation of γ-Al2O3. A structural model has been proposed for the new phase.  相似文献
