Biochemical technique was used to separate three kinds of proteins (albumin, globulin and gliadin) in corn samples froin high selenium areas and normal areas in Erxi autonomous region of Hubei Province, China. The contents of Se and other elements in these proteins were determined by neutron activation analysis (NAA). The results show that Se is enriched in corn proteins at high selenium area, while Cu, Al, Mn, V and Cl are also enriched in varying degrees.  相似文献

放射性固体废物的处置已成为世界各国密切关心,也是亟待解决的一个问题。1980年美国Erdal等就粘土对裂变产物Ce,Sr,Ba,Eu,U,Am等核素的吸附情况进行了研究。1985年瑞典Torstenfel等对Sr,Tc,I,Ce,Th,U,Np,Pu,Am等核素在粘土中的迁移、扩散情况作了探讨。英国、芬兰、瑞典均对混凝土对多种核素的吸附和扩散作用进行过研究。白庆中等和庄慧娥等对放射性核素Sr,Cs在地质介质中的吸附和迁移规律也进行了研究。  相似文献

The paper describes a method of selenium determination by neutron activation analysis using gamma-gamma coincidence spectrometer with Compton suppression. The analysis results of some standard reference material from NBS or IAEA are reported. The differences between our data and reported values are discussed.  相似文献

One factor of influencing crop growth is the effective elemental contents, especially trace elements, under the circumstances of the same concentrations of N, P and K in soil. In order to obtain the data of effective elemental contents in soil, a novel method was introduced. In this method, soil solution was extracted by a squeezer. The concentrations of elements in soil solution were determined by INAA. Study on the compositions and the contents of elements in soil solution will provide information on making a suitable soil environment for plant growth and for rational and economical manure.  相似文献
