一般认为蛋白质代谢紊乱在恶性肿瘤发病中具有重大意义。恶性肿瘤患者血清白蛋白常降低,球蛋白多升高,而治疗好转时,血清白蛋白上升,球蛋白下降,射线治疗恶性肿瘤结果亦如此,而文献记载电离辐射照射正常动物常引起血清白蛋白减少,球蛋白增加,为何电离辐射治疗恶性肿瘤患者病情好转时,血清蛋白紊乱可以纠正?为此本文共观察了恶性肿瘤患者26例,其中包括膀胱癌13例、甲状腺癌5例、食道癌5例、乳腺癌2例、骨髓瘤1例。大 相似文献

α 2-macroglobulin (α2M) could stimulate the regeneration of thymic and bone marrow cells in rats received γ-irradiation, but there was very few reports concerning its mechanism. Wistar rats were irradiated by 16Co at 7 Gy, 8.5 Gy, 15 Gy total body doses. 本文报道大白鼠全身一次~(60)Coγ射线辐照15Gy后3d内血中一些生化物质的变化。其中α_2M含量、αM活力、MDA和Cp含量增高,SOD活力下降,组织蛋白酶D活力无明显变化。对此种变化的原因和意义作了讨论。 相似文献
