In this paper, an OFDM-CDMA system employing various diversity schemes is considered for a possible candidate of broadband wireless access networks and broadcasting applications. With an emphasis on a preamble design for multi-channel separation, we address a channel estimation based on the time-domain windowing and its imperfectness in OFDM-based multiple-antenna transmission systems. By properly designing each preamble for multiple antennas to be orthogonal in the time domain, the channel estimation can be applied to the HIPERLAN/2 and IEEE 802.11a standards in the case of more than two transmit antennas. Also, the effect of diversity techniques on the performance of OFDM-CDMA based broadband wireless access networks is investigated and the maximum achievable diversity gain for a two-path Rayleigh fading environment is evaluated. Simulation results show that the OFDM-CDMA system applying a space-time-frequency diversity with a full-rate full diversity code can give the diversity of D=4 and D=8 for both multi-user cases of maximum user and half user capacities, respectively. 相似文献

The characteristics and growth behaviors of alumina dielectric layer formed by anodic oxidation were investigated. The aluminum oxide layer anodized at 400 V was predominantly amorphous alumina, but at the applied potentials more than 500 V, amorphous and crystalline γ-alumina were existed in anodic oxide layer and the ratio of γ-alumina increased with the increasing applied potential. During the heat treatment at 600°C or higher temperature, amorphous alumina layer was transformed into the crystalline γ-alumina. The phase transition of anodic amorphous alumina into crystalline depends on anodic applied potentials and heat-treatment temperatures. 相似文献

A study has been made of the electrochemical etching of 99.99% aluminum foils at a current density of 50 mA cm–2in AlCl3–HCl solutions (1 m Cl–) at 80 °C. The solutions were made by dissolving metallic aluminum into 1m HCl solution, to give a Cl– concentration of 1 m. The number density of etch tunnels and the homogeneity of tunnel length decreased, and the mean pit size and its standard deviation increased with increasing Al3+ concentration. The results were discussed based on potential transients at a current density of 50 mA cm–2, current–potential curves at a scan rate of 10 m Vs–1 and electrochemical impedance spectra. 相似文献

The effect of zinc ions added to silica film on the electrical and structural properties of a silica/indium tin oxide two-layer film which had been prepared by solution coating for electromagnetic shielding of displays was studied. The volume resistivity of the undoped silica/indium tin oxide film was more than 3 times as high as that of the zinc-doped silica/indium tin oxide film. The addition of divalent cations, zinc ions, to the overcoated layer led volume resistivity of the two-layer film to decrease significantly and also caused a long-term increase in stability. The decrease in volume resistivity was due to the addition of zinc ions that changed the interface ionization and helped to enhance the electrical conductivity in the two-layer film. 相似文献

A new controller for linear multivariable ordinary systems is suggested in which distributed delays are included in the feedback loop. A general design approach to obtain this type of controller is suggested. It is shown that the resulting closed-loop system is asymptotically stable under some sufficient conditions. Sufficient conditions are derived under which the disturbance attenuation, the robustness against parameter variations, and the time-delay stability margins are improved by the proposed controller. The aim of this study was to prepare sunitinib-loaded biodegradable films using poly(l-lactide-co-?-caprolactone) (PLCL) for anti-tumor drug delivery. Sunitinib-loaded PLCL film has a rough surface, while empty film has a smooth surface. PLCL film loaded with 5% (w/w) sunitinib showed an absence of a crystalline peak of sunitinib, while sharp peaks were observed at 10% (w/w) loading, indicating that sunitinib was molecularly distributed in the polymer matrix at 5% (w/w). A drug release study revealed an initial burst during the first 2 h, followed by continuous release until 24 h. Since weight loss of film was <10% for 1 week, drug release mechanism was dominantly dependent on the diffusion-mediated release of drugs to the medium. Sunitinib has a dose-dependent anti-proliferation effect against HuCC-T1 human cholangiocarcinoma cells in vitro. These results indicate that sunitinib-loaded PLCL film is a appropriate candidate as a vehicle for anti-tumor drug delivery. 相似文献

ABSTRACT Stress controlled epitaxial ferroelectric Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 (BST) films have been deposited on Gd2O3/SrTiO3 by pulsed laser deposition with oxygen background pressure of 200 mTorr at the deposition temperature of 750°C. In order to control the stress in BST films, oxygen pressures for Gd2O3 buffer layers have been varied from 0.1 to 100 mTorr, while that of BST films have been fixed at 200 mTorr. It has been found that the lattice parameters of the BST films deposited on Gd2O3 were changed. Furthermore, microwave properties of co-planar waveguide (CPW) fabricated on BST films were investigated by a HP 8510C vector network analyzer from 1–20 GHz. Large dielectric tunabilities were observed from the CPW's fabricated on BST films deposited on Gd2O3 layers deposited at low and high oxygen pressures, 0.1 and 100 mTorr, respectively. 相似文献

The effects of reduction ratio during roll bonding on the microstructural evolution at interface and subsequent mechanical properties of roll-bonded Al/Cu 2-ply sheets were investigated. The interface microstructures for several Al/Cu 2-ply sheets fabricated under different reduction ratios between 30% and 65% were verified by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Taking the difference of interface microstructure into consideration, 3-point bending and peel tests were performed for obtaining flexural and bonding strengths for Al/Cu 2-ply sheets. The effect of the quantified areas of metallurgical bonding at interfaces on the bonding strength was also discussed. The results show that both the bonding and flexural strengths for Al/Cu 2-ply sheets are reduced by decreasing the reduction ratio during the roll bonding process, which is strongly correlated with the interface microstructure. The effects of electrolyte and applied potentials on TiO2 nanotube morphologies were investigated. The specific surface area of the TiO2 nanotubes was measured to be 57 m2/g for titania nanotubes formed in HF, and 147 m2/g formed in organic electrolyte, respectively. The results of adsorption-desorption isotherms agree with the morphology of TiO2 nanotubes. The length and average diameter of nanotubes were influenced by electrolyte and anodic potentials. The multilayered TiO2 nanotube arrays can be fabricated by changing the electrolyte composition during anodization. 相似文献
