The damage imposed on SiO x deposited nylon 6 films as a result of abrasion with a cotton cloth and Gelboflex testing was examined by evaluating the rate at which copper plates, which were enveloped by the damaged films, were corroded by H2S. Abrasion with a cotton cloth caused some micro-cracking of the SiO x layer and the permeation rate of H2S approached that of the uncoated nylon 6 film. Damage to the SiO x layer by twisting and crushing progressed gradually with the number of Gelboflex test cycles and correspondingly the corrosion rate of the copper plates increased. Comparison of the corrosion rates of the copper plates kept in the pouches made of various commercial films with those obtained for the damaged SiO x deposited nylon 6 films showed a clear relationship between the H2 permeation rate of the films and the corrosion rate of the copper plates by H2S.  相似文献

The longitudinal electric field of single and double Gaussian laser beams are used to accelerate electrons. The longitudinal field of the single beam is concentrated on the axis and is favourable for acceleration. A set of two beams is considered. Beams run parallel, collinearly, overlap partially and have a phase difference iπ in between. As a result, the transverse components of fields cancel each other while the longitudinal components are double-fold. In both schemes, the electrons are accelerated in lengths of the Rayleigh range, which is common to the plasma-based accelerators.  相似文献

Although diagnosis of neurally mediated syncope (NMS) using head-up tilt (HUT) test has been established, the exact mechanism of NMS has not yet been elucidated. We evaluated beta and alpha-adrenergic function in NMS patients by pharmacological autonomic function test. The alpha-adrenergic sensitivity of NMS patients was significantly lower than that of control subjects. The patients who need low dose isoproterenol for provocation of syncope showed higher beta-adrenergic sensitivity than patients who developed syncope without isoproterenol. Thus, pharmacological autonomic function test was useful for evaluation of NMS patients.  相似文献

Inhalational anesthetics was previously reported to suppress glioma cell malignancy but underlying mechanisms remain unclear. The present study aims to investigate the effects of sevoflurane and desflurane on glioma cell malignancy changes via microRNA (miRNA) modulation. The cultured H4 cells were exposed to 3.6% sevoflurane or 10.3% desflurane for 2 h. The miR-138, -210 and -335 expression were determined with qRT-PCR. Cell proliferation and migration were assessed with wound healing assay, Ki67 staining and cell count kit 8 (CCK8) assay with/without miR-138/-210/-335 inhibitor transfections. The miRNA downstream proteins, hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9), were also determined with immunofluorescent staining. Sevoflurane and desflurane exposure to glioma cells inhibited their proliferation and migration. Sevoflurane exposure increased miR-210 expression whereas desflurane exposure upregulated both miR-138 and miR-335 expressions. The administration of inhibitor of miR-138, -210 or -335 inhibited the suppressing effects of sevoflurane or desflurane on cell proliferation and migration, in line with the HIF-1α and MMP9 expression changes. These data indicated that inhalational anesthetics, sevoflurane and desflurane, inhibited glioma cell malignancy via miRNAs upregulation and their downstream effectors, HIF-1α and MMP9, downregulation. The implication of the current study warrants further study.  相似文献

The compositions of ester- and amide-linked fatty acids from ceramides of human vernix caseosa were described with emphasis on the distribution of the branched-chain fatty acid (BCFA). Two novel ceramides were isolated from vernix caseosa in the course of this study: the acylated type of esterified α-OH-hydroxyacid/sphingosine ceramide (Cer[EAS]) and nonacylated type of non-OH fatty acid/hydroxysphingosine ceramide (Cer[NH]). Their chemical structures were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance and chemical procedure. The Cer[EAS] was an acylceramide and consisted of the highest concentrations of ester- and amide-linked BCFA (62 and 67%, respectively). The iso- or anteiso-branching structures of the aliphatic chains were confirmed by the mass spectra of their picolinyl or pyrrolidide derivatives. As a whole, amide-linked fatty acids of ceramides 1–7 and Cer[NH] were normal types of straight-chain fatty acids with or without α- or ω-hydroxylation. The BCFA concentrations of amide-linked fatty acids in these ceramides (ceramides 1–7 and Cer[NH]) were low and less than 10%. The BCFA thus occurred exclusively in a novel acylceramide of Cer[EAS] in the vernix caseosa.  相似文献

The distribution of HAF carbon black in SBR was studied with the electron microscope and Fraunhofer diffraction. The interparticle distance between black aggregates is 8000 Å at 20 phr and 7000 Å at 40 phr, but above 60 phr it spreads broadly in the vicinity of 4000 Å. The size of black aggregates at 20 phr extends from 300 Å to 3000 Å, and the average diameter is 1200 Å. At 40 phr and 60 phr, black trends to aggregate more than at 20 phr and the average diameter is about 1500–1600 Å; the maximum diameter exceeds 5000 Å. In a black aggregate, there are about 40 spherical particles independently of filler concentration. From the relation between the size and interparticle distance, the connection of black aggregates initiates at 40 phr level and affects the physical properties of filled rubber.  相似文献
