高跨导常断GaN MODFET

成功地制作出常断ＧａＮ基ＭＯＤＦＥＴ（调制掺杂ＦＥＴ）。该器件的栅长和沟道长度分别为３和５μｍ，其非本征跨导高达１２０ｍＳ／ｍｍ，在正栅偏压为３Ｖ时其电流为３００ｍＡ／ｍｍ。该跨导值与先前报道的栅长分别为１和０．２３μｍ、跨导分别为４５和２４ｍＳ／ｍｍ的器件相比，是相当不错的。     

Effect of breed-type on the relationships between intramuscular and total body fat in steers

The partitioning of total dissectible body fat and the amounts of intramuscular fat in Psoas major, Semitendinosus and Biceps brachii muscles were determined in two groups of A. Angus and AA × Nelore steers with similar averages of total dissectible fat (27·7 kg). In addition, the fatty acid composition of total fat and the triglyceride fraction from dissectible and intramuscular fats were determined.

The AA × Nelore steers have higher levels of subcutaneous fat and lower levels of intermuscular fat than the A. Angus but contain lower levels of intramuscular fat in the three muscles. The allometric regressions varied according to the muscle and breed type. The fatty acid composition of subcutaneous and kidney fats were similar but differences in the percentages of 14:0, 18:0, 18:2 and 20:4 fatty acids in intramuscular fats between the two genetic groups were detected.     

Degradation of Leaf Litter Phenolics by Aquatic and Terrestrial Isopods

To investigate species-specific decomposition rates of litter from native (Quercus faginea) and introduced (Eucalyptus globulus) tree species in Portugal, we monitored changes in the phenolic signature of leaf litter during decomposition as mediated by an aquatic, Proasellus coxalis (Isopoda: Asellota), and two terrestrial, Porcellio dispar and Eluma caelatum (Isopoda: Oniscidea), detritivores. Although the litter of Eucalyptus and Quercus did not differ in overall protein precipitation capacity, we detected differences in terms of contents of particular phenolic compounds and phenol oxidation products. Accordingly, we observed food-specific consumption rates in Proasellus, but not in the terrestrial isopods. Proasellus digested Eucalyptus at significantly higher rates than Quercus, whereas the opposite was the case for Eluma, and Porcellio digested both litter types equally well. Despite slight differences in detail, effects of Proasellus on changes in the signature of litter phenolics were similar for both litter types, whereas terrestrial isopods—Porcellio and Eluma, although they differed from each other—digestively degraded phenolic compounds in Eucalyptus and Quercus litter, respectively, in different ways. Overall, however, degradation of litter phenolics was similarly effective on both litter types. From these data, we conclude that decomposition of Eucalyptus litter does not proceed more slowly than of litter from native Portuguese trees.     

布病胶体金免疫层析检测方法的建立

目的建立诊断布病的胶体金免疫层析方法。方法以B.abortus 544A全菌免疫BALB/c小鼠,以杂交瘤细胞技术制备单抗,纯化后以胶体金标记,选择最佳反应模式组装试纸条,并对其进行鉴定。结果已筛选4B8、1G9、1C9和1E24株稳定分泌单抗的细胞株,以其单抗互相配对组合的试纸条均能检出B.abortus 544A菌。其中以1G9为包被抗体、4B8为金标抗体的试纸检测效果最佳,与以B.abortus 544A菌多抗为包被抗体、4B8单抗为金标抗体的试纸对比,检测结果一致,且不与其他菌发生交叉反应。对PCR检测为阳性的70份牛血清样品,两种试纸条检测结果的符合率均为100%。结论所建立的诊断布病的胶体金免疫层析法快速、简便、准确,有望用于布病的诊断。     

DNA序列分析系统的开发应用

20世纪90年代,人类基因组计划的启动,有力推动了DNA测序工作的发展。寻找某些特征片段(功能片段)在序列中的分布规律,对遗传学、生物信息学等都有重要的应用意义。在教学、研究中发现,应用数学分析软件MATLAB的字符串处理功能,可以容易地达到功能片段分析的目的,本系统通过分析DNA序列链之间的关联程度,构造出特征矩阵,根据模糊C均值算法较准确的对DNA序列的集合进行了分类,同时利用matlab的图像显示功能将聚类的最终结果清楚明了的显示在图像中,使用户能清楚的看到聚类效果。本系统主要研究了DNA链碱基序列分析、多个DNA链特征矩阵提取、模糊C均值聚类算法分类DNA等三大部分。首先该系统对DNA序列的总长度和功能序列的长度进行了测量,利用一维数组确定功能片段在DNA序列中的位置特征,从而完成了对DNA碱基序列的分析;其次该系统对用户给出的数个DNA链进行序列之间的特征分析,统计出每个序列的(A,T,C,G)碱基密度,得到一个特征矩阵,有效的为模糊聚类分析方法提供数据来源。最终该系统应用模糊C均值聚类算法,利用特征矩阵的数值,将数个DNA序列聚类并分为两类。
