花色纺线 Ⅱ．冷管热管纺丝张力不匀及工艺调节

冷管与热管上纺丝因不同的纺丝温度导致纤维的张力不同，丝条集束后在卷绕时引起卷绕成型不奶。为解决由于采用新工艺所产生的卷绕张力不匀，在不同的纺丝工艺下，利用计算机对纺丝成形张力进行了数学模拟计算。计算结果显示，改变冷管的直径和起始位置，对卷绕张力无调节作用，且不影响纤维的结晶和取向，而改变热管直径，对卷绕张力也无调节作用，但使快速结晶时的位置沿纺程后移。因此，需要在集整束点之间加装一个张力调节补偿装置，或者使用变径热管纺丝系统装置来调节纺丝张力。     

自适应熵疫苗算子的免疫图像分割方法

本文针对二维熵图像分割算法存在计算量巨大的问题,基于免疫调节机制,设计了一种新的图像分割方法．该方法利用免疫疫苗理论,并与熵理论相结合,提出了熵疫苗算子．熵疫苗作为抗体疫苗进行选择,通过熵运算,提取更新疫苗库,从而使得最优分割阈值的形成及疫苗库的更新具有自适应性,疫苗的选择更加准确有效．仿真实验表明熵疫苗算子加快了算法的搜索速度、提高了算法的适应性．该算法对复杂图像具有良好分割效果和较强的实时处理能力．     

Self-excited vibration problems of maglev vehicle-bridge interaction system

The self-excited vibration problems of maglev vehicle-bridge interaction system were addressed, which greatly degrades the stability of the levitation control, decreases the ride comfort, and restricts the cost of the whole system. Firstly, the coupled model containing the quintessential parts was built, and the mechanism of self-excited vibration was explained in terms of energy transmission from levitation system to bridge. Then, the influences of the parameters of the widely used integral-type proportion and derivation（PD） controller and the delay of signals on the stability of the interaction system were analyzed. The result shows that the integral-type PD control is a nonoptimal approach to solve the self-excited vibration completely. Furthermore, the differential-type PD controller can guarantee the passivity of levitation system at full band. However, the differentiation of levitation gap should be filtered by a low-pass filter due to noise of gap differentiation. The analysis indicates that a well tuned low-pass filter can still keep the coupled system stable.     

远程围棋对弈软件的设计与开发

给出了两人进行远程围棋对弈的软件设计方法、围棋对弈时的数据的传输格式,提出了围棋规则的实现方法,以及利用递归判断死子的算法。程序利用Visual C＋＋实现,经过在局域网上的测试,可满足两个人之间进行围棋对弈的基本要求。

基于卷积神经网络和TOPSIS的皮革匹配方法研究

针对皮装生产过程中皮革分类精度低,皮革匹配特征复杂等问题,提出了一种基于卷积神经网络和TOPSIS的皮革匹配方法。首先通过卷积神经网络对皮革纹理信息进行量化,结合传感器技术提取皮革匹配特征信息并构建特征矩阵,其次,利用专家评判法和变异系数法相结合的组合赋权法对皮革匹配指标进行权重赋值,最后通过TOPSIS法对皮革进行排序。案例结果表明该匹配方法的合理性和有效性,为相关的多特征综合分类案例提供新的思路和方法。     

Degradation of Anionic Dye Eosin by Glow Discharge Electrolysis Plasma

This paper describes a novel method for the degradation of eosin by using glow discharge electrolysis （GDE）. The effects of various parameters on the removal efficiency were studied. It was found that the eosin degradation could be raised considerably by increasing the applied voltage and the initial concentration, or by decreasing pH of the aqueous solution. Fe^2＋ ion had an evident accelerating effect on the eosin degradation. The degradation process of eosin obeyed a pseudo-first-order reaction. The relationship between the degradation rate constant k and the reaction temperature T could be expressed by Arrhenius equation with which the apparent activation energy Ea of 14.110 kJ· mol^-1 and the pre-exponential factor k0 of 2.065× 10^-1 min^-1 were obtained, too. The determination of hydroxyl radical was carried out by using N, N-dimethyl -p-nitrosoaniline （RNO） as a scavenger. The results showed that the hydroxyl radical plays an important role in the degradation process.
