A facile and efficient method in order to assemble zeolites for the purpose of generating zeolite nano-micropatterns on the Si wafer was investigated by using e-beam lithography. A monolayer of organized, fully covered and strongly bound zeolite A nanocrystals were formed on the Si wafer substrates without using any chemical linkers. The limits of forming nano sized zeolite A patterns on the Si wafer was tested and it was observed that zeolite A nanocrystals could be assembled on the Si wafers with high precision. The limit of the pattern resolution was defined by the size of the zeolite nanocrystal, which was around 250 nm in the current study. Furthermore, mono and double layers of zeolite A nanocrystals were generated without using any chemical linkers on the substrates for the first time.  相似文献

A subscriber line interface circuit (SLIC) two-chip set that eliminates off-chip functional trimming and integrates coin telephone set facilities as well as BORSCHT functions is described. The LSI chip set consists of (a) a subscriber interface IC fabricated using a 320-V dielectrically isolated bipolar process with on-chip thin-film resistors and double-layer metal, and (b) a subscriber processor IC with oversampling A-D/D-A converters and a microprogrammable digital signal processor (DSP), using a 1.6-μm CMOS process. Chip sizes are 5.5 mm×6.06 mm and 6.0 mm×5.7 mm, respectively. Using the two-chip set, an SLIC for a coin telephone set can be designed without using high-precision filter components or hybrid ICs with functional trimming  相似文献

PURPOSE: To describe the percutaneous treatment of an orbital hydatid cyst as an alternative approach to conventional surgery. METHODS: In a 21-year-old man with diplopia and right proptosis, radiologic studies disclosed a 25 x 25 x 20-mm purely cystic mass in the right retrobulbar area. Based on the presumptive diagnosis of hydatid cyst, the cyst was treated percutaneously under ultrasonographic guidance with aspiration, 15% hypertonic saline injection, and reaspiration without any complication. RESULTS: A substantial decrease in the size of the cyst was observed in the 3 months after treatment. Nine months after treatment, the shrunken cyst had a volume of only 0.5 ml, and the patient was asymptomatic. Twenty-one months after the procedure, the findings were consistent with those at 9 months of follow-up. CONCLUSION: Percutaneous treatment of orbital hydatid cysts, which is more satisfactory to both the patient and the physician, may be a safe and effective alternative to surgical extirpation.  相似文献

Activity coefficients of oxygen,γ o, in nickel-sulfur melts and cobalt-sulfur melts were determined at 1423 K utilizing a modified coulometric titration technique with the following electrochemical cell: O in Ni-S or Co-S melt/ZrO2(+CaO)/air, Pt. Theγ o values around NNI=0.26 and NCO=0.35 are much smaller than those in the hypothetically undercooled liquid nickel and cobalt, respectively, at 1423 K, which were evaluated by extrapolating the literature values at higher temperatures. Theγ o values in the nickel-sulfur and cobalt-sulfur melts are rapidly increased with increasing the sulfur compositions. The shapes of the Inγ o vs solvent composition curves are quite similar to those in Cu-S, Cu-Te, and Tl-Te melts. The objective of the study was to investigate the removal of synthetic organic compounds and THM precursors by two photocatalytic oxidation processes in the presence of synthetic polymers. H202/UV and O3/UV processes were tested on solutions of nitrobenzene and aquatic fulvic substances in the absence and presence of Polyethylene Oxide (PEO) and a Betz Polymer. The presence of high concentrations of PEO reduced the removal rate of nitrobenzene by competing with it for hydroxyl radicals. The presence of low concentrations of PEO did not significantly alter the removal rate of nitrobenzene and THM precursors. Experimental results indicated that even in the presence of the polymers, decomposition rather than coupling was the favored reaction pathway.  相似文献

A 32×32 crosspoint LSI and a time-slot controlled asynchronous-transfer-mode (ATM) switch architecture utilizing the LSI are presented. The ATM switch, which is classified as an input-buffer-type ATM switch, enables 99% throughput and broadcasting capability. The crosspoint LSI is characterized by the bit-map oriented and pipelined connection control method which can switch and broadcast 160-Mb/s ATM cells, 32×32 switch cells which have less parasitic capacitance, and emitter-coupled-logic (ECL) compatible interfaces which are compatible with a 160-MHz broadband ISDN data rate. The LSI has been fabricated by a 1-μm CMOS process. The chip size is 7.4 mm×7.4 mm. According to the evaluation, operation at 250 Mb/s is confirmed. 1.2-W power consumption is observed at 160-Mb/s operating condition  相似文献

Highly sensitive conductometric urea biosensors were developed by exploiting the successful combination of ammonium-sieving and ion exchange properties of clinoptilolite, with a unique biorecognition capacity of urease. To optimize the performance of urea biosensors based on clinoptilolite, the dependences of their analytical signals on pH, buffer capacity and ionic strength of phosphate buffer solution (PBS) were studied. Optimum pH for urea biosensors was found within the range of pH 6.0–7.0. The dependences of biosensors responses on buffer capacity and ionic strength of PBS were of the same profile as those obtained for the urea biosensor which was not modified with clinoptilolite.Analytical characteristics of urea biosensors based on clinoptilolite were evaluated by determination of the sensitivity, linear and dynamic ranges, detection limit, the apparent Michaelis–Menten constant and the response time. The optimum features in terms of sensitivity, dynamic range, and detection limit (20.36 μS/mM, 0–64 mM, and 10?6 M, respectively) were found for the urea biosensor, based on a primary layer of clinoptilolite followed by a secondary layer of urease and clinoptilolite in a single bioselective membrane. The apparent Michaelis–Menten constants Km for the developed urea biosensors based on clinoptilolite varied from 2.73 to 5.67 mM. These values differed significantly from the value of Km for the urea biosensor which was not modified with zeolite (1.89 mM). All types of zeolite-modified biosensors showed high operational and storage stability.  相似文献
