High-resolution microwave and infrared molecular-beam spectra have been measured for 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethane (HFC134). For the higher energy, polar, C2 symmetry, gauche conformer, microwave spectra have been recorded for the normal and mono-13C isotopomers and analyzed to determine a C-C bond length of 1.512(4) ?, in good agreement with a recent ab initio value (MP2/6-31G**) of 1.515 ? [S. Papasavva, K. H. Illinger, and J. E. Kenny, J. Phys. Chem. 100, 10100-10110 (1996)]. A tunable microwave-sideband CO2 laser and electric-resonance optothermal spectrometer have been used to measure the infrared spectrum of the nu6, C-C stretch of the gauche conformer near 906 cm-1. Microwave-infrared double resonance and precise ground state combination differences provided by the microwave measurements guide the assignment of the spectrum. The observation of a c-type spectrum definitively establishes that the upper state vibration is of A symmetry in the C2 point group. The spectrum is fit to a Watson asymmetric-top Hamiltonian to a standard deviation of 0.24 MHz. A weak perturbation shifts the line positions for transitions near J = Kc = 20 by as much as 12 MHz. The identity of the perturber is unknown. Pulsed slit-jet diode-laser spectra have been recorded for the nu16 vibration of the anti conformer near 1127 cm-1. An a- and c-type hybrid band is observed, consistent with a Bu symmetry mode. Previous low-resolution studies have attributed the 1127-cm-1 mode to either a Bu or an Au symmetry vibration. A total of 522 nonblended transitions were assigned and fit to determine ground and excited state constants. The ground state constants of A = 5134.952(65) MHz, B = 3148.277(27) MHz, and C = 2067.106(43) MHz are the first experimental determinations of the rotational constants for this conformer. The H∞ filtering problem for interconnected systems is addressed in this paper. In order to facilitate the stability analysis of interconnected systems under the conditions of failed interconnections, a strategy related to switched systems is introduced. Assume that the interconnections among these subsystems disconnect based on the mode-dependent average dwell time (MDADT), a switching signal is implemented to denote the failed interconnections cases. In the aid of the MDADT method, a filter is designed such that the fault detection (FD) system is asymptotically stable and satisfies the weighted H∞ performance. Finally, a numerical simulation is provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed filter. 相似文献

Results on blends containing different ingredients have revived the interest on the interaction parameter and crosslink density of structures that contain soft fillers. Composite blend of natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber loaded with the percolation concentration of high abrasion furnace carbon black and different concentrations with paraffin wax were prepared. The applicability of the blends for liquid diffusion has been examined through the changes in the interaction parameter and the crosslink density at different temperatures. The transport mechanism through the vulcanized blends is governed by Fickian diffusion law at room temperatures and it becomes non‐Fickian at higher temperatures. The diffusion coefficients were calculated and found to have an activated behavior with temperature from which the activation energy was calculated. Biomorphic porous SiC composite ceramics were produced by chemical vapor infiltration and reaction (CVI-R) technique using paper precursor as template. The thermal conductivity of four samples with different composition and microstructure was investigated: (a) C-template, (b) C-SiC, (c) C-SiC–Si3N4 and (d) SiC coated with a thin layer of TiO2. The SiC–Si3N4 composite ceramic showed enhanced oxidation resistance compared to single phase SiC. However, a key property for the application of these materials at high temperatures is their thermal conductivity. The later was determined experimentally at defined temperatures in the range 293–373 K with a laser flash apparatus. It was found that the thermal conductivity of the porous ceramic composites increases in the following order: C-template < C-SiC < C-SiC–Si3N4 < SiC–TiO2. The results were interpreted in regard to the porosity and the microstructure of the ceramics. 相似文献

The oxidation behavior of biomorphic SiC based ceramics with different microstructure and composition was studied at 1450 °C in airflow for 50 h by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). SiC with amorphous, coarse grain, crystalline and fine grain crystalline microstructures as well as SiC–Si3N4 composite ceramics were processed from paper preforms by chemical vapor infiltration and reaction technique. The ceramics were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM/EDX) before and after oxidation. The results show that the crystalline SiC with fine grain structure and SiC–Si3N4 composite ceramics show very good oxidation resistance at a temperature of 1450 °C. 相似文献

Health care researchers and professionals have had increasing interest in the development of Internet-based solutions in health care, casting doubt on the future of IC card systems. However, IC cards used in conjunction with Internet-based health information systems may be more viable than either system alone. We conducted a worldwide survey to explore the possibilities of such a combined system. Our analysis shows that there is considerable awareness of the concept of Internet-based health care services among the professionals of IC card projects. In addition, our results indicate that IC cards could play a major role in health care systems as authorization keys that permit access to health information. 相似文献
