Impurities from the raw materials, the grinding and the homogenization of the raw materials, the kiln instability and the complexity of the cooling step, all these factors make it difficult to obtain a perfect evaluation of the mineralogical composition of Portland clinker. We studied the limitations of the most commonly used quantitative methods and recommend some procedures to obtain reliable and reproducible results of quantitative analyses. Different clinker samples (provided by the Bizerte Cement Company (Tunisia)) were subjected to an elemental analysis by X-ray fluorescence and the mineralogical composition was determined by the Bogue calculation and by X-ray powder diffraction combined with the Rietveld method (Different softwares were used: XPert High Score Plus version 2.0 and TOPAS version 4.2). We then compared the results obtained by the Rietveld method and the Bogue calculation to the specific peak areas of each phase. The content of each phase, determined by the Rietveld method, varied proportionally to the change in peak area; a significant difference in these results was found by using the elementary Bogue calculation.  相似文献

A theoretical investigation of the effect of disorder and substrate on the magnetic properties of the FePd alloy is presented. The magnetic moments at the Fe sites decrease as the c/a ratio decreases, while the induced Pd magnetic moments increase. The disorder effect seems to be more important for the X-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD) of Fe and Pd edges than the strain effect induced by the substrate.  相似文献

Sufficient conditions for the optimality of a two-stage state estimator in the presence of random bias are derived. Under an algebraic constraint on the correlation between the state and bias process noises, the optimal estimate of the system state can be obtained as a linear combination of the output of the first stage (a bias-free filter) and the second stage (a bias filter). Because the algebraic constraint is restrictive in practice, the results indirectly indicate that for most practical systems the proposed solution to the two-stage estimation problem will be suboptimal  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the level of endogenous prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), prostaglandin F1 alpha (6-keto-PGF1 alpha) and thromboxane B2 (TXB2) in the gastric and duodenal mucosa of patients with duodenal ulcer and duodenitis. Besides, the investigation aimed at determining the effect of smoking and infection by Helicobater pylori on prostaglandin synthesis. The investigation comprised 62 patients with duodenal ulcer, 46 patients with duodenitis and 44 controls. The results of our investigation indicate that the decreased prostaglandin synthesis in gastric and duodenal mucosa determined in patients with duodenal ulcer may have a considerable role in development of duodenal ulcer. Furthermore, the harmful effects of smoking on the gastric and duodenal mucosa may be mediated by the decreased prostaglandin synthesis in the gastric and duodenal mucosa. However, Helicobacter pylori seems to affect the development of duodenal ulcer through other mechanisms.  相似文献

To study the expression of IL-13 receptor alpha1 (IL-13Ralpha1), specific monoclonal antibodies (mAb) were generated. Surface expression of the IL-13Ralpha1 on B cells, monocytes and T cells was assessed by flow cytometry using these specific mAb. Among tonsillar B cells, the expression was the highest on the IgD+ CD38- B cell subpopulation which is believed to represent naive B cells. Expression was also detectable on a large fraction of the IgD-CD38- B cells but not on CD38+ B cells. Activation under conditions which promote B cell Ig class switching up-regulated the expression of the receptor. However, the same stimuli had an opposite effect for IL-13Ralpha1 expression levels on monocytes. While IL-13Ralpha1 mRNA was clearly detectable in T cell preparations, no surface expression was detected. However, permeabilization of the T cells showed a clear intracellular expression of the receptor. A soluble form of the receptor was immunoprecipitated from the supernatant of activated peripheral T cells, suggesting that T cell IL-13Ralpha1 might have functions unrelated to the capacity to form a type II IL-4/IL-13R with IL-4Ralpha.  相似文献

The quantum states of nano-objects can drive electrical transport properties across lateral and local-probe junctions. This raises the prospect, in a solid-state device, of electrically encoding information at the quantum level using spin-flip excitations between electron spins. However, this electronic state has no defined magnetic orientation and is short-lived. Using a novel vertical nanojunction process, these limitations are overcome and this steady-state capability is experimentally demonstrated in solid-state spintronic devices. The excited quantum state of a spin chain formed by Co phthalocyanine molecules coupled to a ferromagnetic electrode constitutes a distinct magnetic unit endowed with a coercive field. This generates a specific steady-state magnetoresistance trace that is tied to the spin-flip conductance channel, and is opposite in sign to the ground state magnetoresistance term, as expected from spin excitation transition rules. The experimental 5.9 meV thermal energy barrier between the ground and excited spin states is confirmed by density functional theory, in line with macrospin phenomenological modeling of magnetotransport results. This low-voltage control over a spin chain's quantum state and spintronic contribution lay a path for transmitting spin wave-encoded information across molecular layers in devices. It should also stimulate quantum prospects for the antiferromagnetic spintronics and oxides electronics communities.  相似文献

We report a calculation of the band structure and superconductivity of phosphorus in the simple cubic phase under pressure. The effect of pressure on the band structure is obtained by means of the linear muffin-tin orbital method. The superconducting transition temperature(T c) is calculated using the Allen-Dynes formula. It is found that the value ofT c increases continuously with pressure from 110 kbar up to 210 kbar and then decreases. The change in the slope ofT c is associated with the appearance of a new piece of Fermi surface. The calculated values ofT c are compared with the available experimental data.  相似文献
