1.  The combined theoretical and experimental investigation of the thermal and stress state of the nozzle vane of a gas turbine confirmed the possibility of using the newly devised experimental strain gauges in the range of working temperatures 293–973°K.

Structural and fractographic analyses have showed that the nonuniform quality of sheets made from steels St3sp, 10–15KhSND, and 09G2S is due to heterogeneous structures of the metals, the appearance of which is due to the manufacturing heredity when the tolerance range of through technology is wide. This decreases the efficiency of control by perturbation method and the depth of prediction of properties when the simulation is limited by the structural transformations occurring in the course of rolling. To find the factors determining the quality nonuniformity of sheet products, it is reasonable to widen the application of statistical processing of manufacturing supervision data and to develop and implement methods for quality control of sheet products, which are based on studying the geometry of structure and fracture (from the type of fracture).  相似文献

Cubic-phase In2O3 films are produced by the autowave oxidation reaction. Electron microscopy and photoelectron spectroscopy of the atomic profiles show that the samples are homogeneous over the entire area and throughout the thickness, with the typical grain size being 20–40 nm. The optical and electrical properties are studied for In2O3 films fabricated at different pressures in the vacuum chamber. In the wave-length range from 400 to 1100 nm, the transparency of the films was higher than 85%; the resistivity of the films was 1.8 × 10?2 Ω cm.  相似文献

The effect of hoop strain over the pipe perimeter and changes in the diameters of the cross section under long-term loading of the steam conduit due to the internal pressure and bending moment are considered. Adherent cells were released from human peripheral blood mononuclears and the remaining mononuclears were separated by the density gradient centrifugation on percoll. Five fractions obtained were tested for cytotoxicity against K-562 and HeLa tumour target cells. Cell morphology and reactivity to some monoclonal antibodies were also studied. Fractions 2 and 3 were enriched by large granular lymphocytes (LGL) and BMA-070 positive cells and showed increased cytotoxicity only to K-562 target cells, while fraction 1 contained 9.5% of monocytes, but no LGL, and showed increased cytotoxicity against both K-562 and HeLa target cells.  相似文献

We treat surface-acoustic wave (SAW) devices as an arbitrary multielement system. To describe it, a modified form of the chain matrix (E-matrix) is introduced. The E-matrix has a property of turning the calculation of the transfer matrix of this system into a simple multiplication procedure. This allows one to perform computation of electrical response of almost any type of SAW device since the total transfer matrix could be reduced to a Y-matrix.
