Cyclic thermal shock resistance of h-BN composite ceramics with La2O3–Al2O3–SiO2 addition

The effects of La₂O₃–Al₂O₃–SiO₂ addition on the thermal conductivity, coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), Young's modulus and cyclic thermal shock resistance of hot-pressed h-BN composite ceramics were investigated. The samples were heated to 1000 °C and then quenched to room temperature with 1–50 cycles, and the residual flexural strength was used to evaluate cyclic thermal shock resistance. h-BN composite ceramics containing 10 vol% La₂O₃–Al₂O₃ and 20 vol% SiO₂ addition exhibited the highest flexural strength, thermal conductivity and relatively low CTE, which were beneficial to the excellent thermal shock resistance. In addition, the viscous amorphous phase of ternary La₂O₃–Al₂O₃–SiO₂ system could accommodate and relax thermal stress contributing to the high thermal shock resistance. Therefore, the residual flexural strength still maintained the value of 234.3 MPa (86.9% of initial strength) after 50 cycles of thermal shock.

巨野县会盟景观带黑臭水体治理案例分析

近年来,黑臭水体已成为水环境的突出问题之一,严重破坏人居环境,影响城市形象.巨野县会盟景观带是中心城区的一条重要的景观河流,然而整治前水体污染较为严重,其溶解氧(DO)浓度较低,氧化还原电位小于-200 mV,氨氮含量大于15 mg/L,属于重度黑臭水体.项目开展了巨野县会盟景观带黑臭水体系统性综合整治工程建设,提出了外源减排及截污、内源清淤及消解底泥、水动力恢复、水质净化和生态修复5个方面系统性治理方案.工程完成后消除了黑臭水体,恢复了河道排水、防涝及景观等功能,河道水质指标优于黑臭水体标准,实现了环境生态综合提升的预期目标,为类似水体治理提供一定的借鉴.     

Solid-state potentiometric SO2 sensor combining NASICON with V2O5-doped TiO2 electrode

A compact tubular sensor based on NASICON (sodium super ionic conductor) and V₂O₅-doped TiO₂ sensing electrode was designed for the detection of SO₂. In order to reduce the size of the sensor, a thick-film of NASICON was formed on the outer surface of a small Al₂O₃ tube; furthermore, a thin layer of V₂O₅-doped TiO₂ with nanometer size was attached on the NASICON as a sensing electrode. This paper investigated the influence of V₂O₅ doping and sintering temperature on the characteristics of the sensor. The sensor attached with 5 wt% V₂O₅-doped TiO₂ sintered at 600 °C exhibited excellent sensing properties to 1–50 ppm SO₂ in air at 200–400 °C. The EMF value of the sensor was almost proportional to the logarithm of SO₂ concentration and the sensitivity (slope) was −78 mV/decade at 300 °C. It was also seen that the sensor showed a good selectivity to SO₂ against NO, NO₂, CH₄, CO, NH₃ and CO₂. Moreover, the sensor had speedy response kinetics to SO₂ too, the 90% response time to 50 ppm SO₂ was 10 s, and the recovery time was 35 s. On the basis of XPS analysis for the SO₂-adsorbed sensing electrode, a sensing mechanism involving the mixed potential at the sensing electrode was proposed.     

Online evolution reconstruction from a single measurement record with random time intervals for quantum communication

Online reconstruction of a time-variant quantum state from the encoding/decoding results of quantum communication is addressed by developing a method of evolution reconstruction from a single measurement record with random time intervals. A time-variant two-dimensional state is reconstructed on the basis of recovering its expectation value functions of three nonorthogonal projectors from a random single measurement record, which is composed from the discarded qubits of the six-state protocol. The simulated results prove that our method is robust to typical metro quantum channels. Our work extends the Fourier-based method of evolution reconstruction from the version for a regular single measurement record with equal time intervals to a unified one, which can be applied to arbitrary single measurement records. The proposed protocol of evolution reconstruction runs concurrently with the one of quantum communication, which can facilitate the online quantum tomography.

以深圳地铁太安站—怡景站区间重叠交叉双层隧道为研究对象,对复杂环境下的关键施工技术进行阐述与分析,利用ABAQUS建立有限元计算模型,对施工过程进行数值模拟计算,并与现场的实际监测资料进行对比分析,最终证明在城市地质条件较差的情况下,群洞重叠隧道借助超前小导管注浆加固的辅助施工方法,可实现上下重叠隧道错开一定开挖步距后同步进行开挖。     

工程教育专业认证背景下课程思政的审视

工程教育专业认证的核心理念得到了广泛认同,目前我国高校正在有序开展并大力推进工程教育专业认证工作。然而,高校在推行以价值引领为目标的课程思政改革的过程中存在认识上的误区。文章从课程思政和专业认证的接受度、课程思政德育目标设置和专业认证的毕业要求、课程思政和专业认证的教学文件、课程思政和专业认证的育人格局设计四个角度论述了两者的关系及认识上存在的误区,指出了课程思政教育与工程教育专业认证的重合点、相似性和相容性,并提出将课程思政与专业认证相融合,在践行“价值引领”和“以学生为中心”理念的同时,实现专业和课程的同步提升。     

基于DSP芯片和无线收发技术的立体车库电气控制系统

为解决立体车库布线复杂、故障定位不准确、电机控制速度缓慢的问题,提出了一种基于DSP和无线收发技术的立体车库电气控制系统。介绍了该系统硬件整体设计及各部分的功能,其中重点介绍利用Atmel公司的AT89C51单片机的数据采集与无线收发单元和利用TI公司的TMS320F2812DSP芯片无线收发与中央处理单元这两部分的设计方法。理论表明,该立体车库电气控制系统可完全满足设计和使用要求。
