The impurity composition of gallium arsenide slabs has been investigated using the highly sensitive method of neutron-activation analysis. The content of Se, Cr, Ag, Fe, Zn, Co, and Sb in the slabs as well as variations of the content of these impurities for different batches of slabs were determined. It is shown that neutron-activation analysis can be used, together with layerwise chemical etching, to study the volume distribution of impurity elements in gallium-arsenide-based semiconductor structures. Combustion behavior of 1,5-diaminotetrazole (DAT), its salt with perchloric acid DAT·HClO4, and coordination compounds (CCs) with Ni(II), Co(II), Cu(II), Cd, and Zn perchlorates in the interval of pressures from 0.1 to 36 MPa are studied. Despite the high energy content, DAT starts to burn only at extremely high pressures (above 24 MPa). Diaminotetrazole perchlorate possesses the maximum burning rate among all known organic perchlorates, and its combustion is described by a gas-phase model. The CC burning rates are also very high: the burning rate of [Cu(DAT)6](ClO4)2 reaches the record-beating value (for laminar combustion) of 1670 mm/sec at a pressure of 34 MPa. CC combustion is also assumed to follow a gas-phase model. The influence of the metal nature on the combustion behavior of explosive coordination compounds is discussed.  相似文献

A new aromatic sulfo-group-containing diamine, 3,5-diaminodiphenyloxide-4′-sulfonic acid, has been synthesized via step-by-step transformations of 1,3,5-trinitrobenzene resulting from the demethylation of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene. Triethylammonium salts of corresponding sulfonated polynaphthylimides are obtained through the interaction of this diamine with 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic and isophthaloylbis(naphthalic) dianhydrides in phenol in the presence of triethylamine, benzoic acid, and benzimidazole. The acidification of these salts yields the desired sulfonated polynaphthylimides, which are of interest as proton-exchange membranes.  相似文献

The effect of silicon carbide additions on the spontaneous crystallization and properties of diamond is studied. The results demonstrate that increasing the SiC content of the growth charge increases the crystal yield (reduces the concentration of paramagnetic centers) and the fraction of small crystals and influences the melt composition.  相似文献

Large family of new aromatic diamines containing aryloxy side groups was developed. All the diamines were obtained on the basis of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) — very cheap and available explosive material. TNT was converted into 1,3,5-trinitrobenzene (TNB); subsequent aromatic nucleophilic nitro-displacement reactions led to mono- and diaryloxy-substituted mono- and dinitrobenzenes which were converted into the final aryloxy-substituted diamines.

Interaction of the diamines obtained with aromatic dicarboxylic acids chlorides and aromatic tetracarboxylic acids dianhydrides led to the formation of new aryloxy-substituted polyimides and polyimides combining high thermal properties with solubility in organic solvents.  相似文献

A method for the multicriteria evaluation of alternatives based on preferences specified in fuzzy domains is proposed. The concept of fuzzy scales of the criteria and preference domains is formalized. An algorithm for the fuzzy ranking of alternatives is proposed. A free computer implementation of the fuzzy ranking algorithm is available on the portal ws-dss.com of web services for decision support systems. The capabilities of the ranking procedure based on the preferences specified in fuzzy domains are demonstrated using the important problem of selecting an electronic flight bag (EFB) for flight crews as an example.  相似文献
