Out-of-plane microlenses and microoptical fiber holder are two of the most important components for building an integrated microoptic system with a precise alignment accuracy. In this paper, a simple and convenient method to fabricate these components from SU-8 by using inclined UV lithography in water is proposed. It consists of two perpendicular exposures in SU-8 at ±45°. DI water possesses a low absorption coefficient and a moderate and stable value of refractive index in near UV. Using water, the exposure angle in SU-8 can be increased to 50° from 35° in air necessary to pattern the desired 45° slope of the sidewalls. The principle of the proposed technique and the detailed fabrication process of the microoptic components will be presented. The integratability of the fabricated components was demonstrated by the fabrication of the microoptical fiber holder with a pre-aligned out-of-plane microlens.  相似文献

This work was aimed at studying the overall, partial, and local residence time distributions (RTD); overall, partial and local residence revolution distributions (RRD) and overall, partial and local residence volume distributions (RVD) in a co‐rotating twin screw extruder, on the one hand; and establishing the relationships among them, on the other hand. Emphasis was placed on the effects of the type and geometry of mixing elements (a gear block and various types of kneading elements differing in staggering angle) and process parameters on the RTD, RRD and RVD. The overall and partial RTD were directly measured in‐line during the extrusion process and the local ones were calculated by deconvolution based on a statistical theory. The local RTD allowed comparing the mixing performance of mixing elements. Also it was confirmed both experimentally and theoretically that specific throughput, defined as a ratio of throughput (Q) over screw speed (N), controlled all the above three types of residence distributions, be they local, partial or overall. The RRD and RVD do not provide more information on an extrusion process than the corresponding RTD. Rather they are different ways of representing the same phenomena. POLYM. ENG. Calculations and detailed first principle and thermodynamic analyses have been performed to understand the formation mechanism of K2Ti6O13 nanowires (NWs) by a hydrothermal reaction between bulk Na2Ti3O7 crystals and a KOH solution. It is found that direct ion exchange between K+ and Na+ plus H+ interactions with [TiO6] octahedra in Na2Ti3O7 promote the formation of an intermediate H2K2Ti6O14 phase. The large lattice mismatch between this intermediate phase and the bulk Na2Ti3O7 structure, and the large energy reduction associated with the formation of this intermediate phase, drive the splitting of the bulk crystal into H2K2Ti6O14 NWs. However, these NWs are not stable because of large [TiO6] octahedra distortion and are subject to a dehydration process, which results in uniform K2Ti6O13 NWs with narrowly distributed diameters of around 10 nm.  相似文献

The Bi-system tapes and coils were prepared by the powder-in-tube method. The effect of processing and heat treatment on the properties of the tapes and coils was studied. It is found that the shearing stress produced by the rolling process may destroy the 2223 phase, and the destroyed 2223 phase cannot be recovered by heat treatment, whereas the pressing stress produced by the uniaxial pressing process only makes the 2223 phase grains break, and the broken 2223 phase can be closed by the heat treatment. TheJ c values of the rolling samples, pressing sample, and the coil with a diameter of 35 mm are over 1.3×104, 2.5×104, and 4×103 A/cm2 (77 K, 0 T), respectively.  相似文献

In many applications of sensor networks, the sink needs to keep track of the history of sensed data of a monitored region for scientific analysis or supporting historical queries. We call these historical data a time series of value distributions or snapshots. Obviously, to build the time series snapshots by requiring all of the sensors to transmit their data to the sink periodically is not energy efficient. In this paper, we introduce the idea of gradient boundary and propose the gradient boundary detection (GBD) algorithm to construct these time series snapshots of a monitored region. In GBD, a monitored region is partitioned into a set of subregions and all sensed data in one subregion are within a predefined value range, namely, the gradient interval. Sensors located on the boundaries of the subregions are required to transmit the data to the sink and, then, the sink recovers all subregions to construct snapshots of the monitored area. In this process, only the boundary sensors transmit their data and, therefore, energy consumption is greatly reduced. The simulation results show that GBD is able to build snapshots with a comparable accuracy and has up to 40 percent energy savings compared with the existing approaches for large gradient intervals.  相似文献

Partially filled ZnO microtubes were synthesized in large scale using block copolymers. The growth mechanism of this unique construction is proposed on the basis of adsorption of block copolymers on {0002} plane of wurtzite ZnO. The photoluminescence property of these unique ZnO microtubes is also studied using a Xe lamp as the excitation source at room temperature. Blue emission band at 425 nm is a much stronger ultraviolet emission band, which is due to laminar structure of ZnO microtubes.  相似文献

In this paper, the solubility of 4-nitroimidazole in twelve pure solvents (toluene, benzene, 1,4-dioxane, acetonitrile, ethyl acetate, acetone, GBL, ethanol, methanol, n-butanol, DMF and NMP) were determined by using the laser monitoring system from 278.15 K to 323.15 K under 101.1 kPa, which are 0.00018-0.00070, 0.00021-0.00073, 0.00034-0.00092, 0.00038-0.00142, 0.00047-0.00120, 0.00126-0.00303, 0.00225-0.00517, 0.00310-0.00724, 0.00467-0.00982, 0.00453-0.01940, 0.01947-0.04652, and 0.04670-0.07452, respectively. At constant temperature, the mole fraction solubility of 4-nitroimidazole were increased as the following order: toluene < benzene < 1,4-dioxane < (ethyl acetate or acetonitrile) < acetone < GBL < ethanol < (methanol or nbutanol) < DMF < NMP, and the solubility of 4-nitroimidazole in (ethyl acetate, acetonitrile) and (methanol, n-butanol) had an intersection point at 297.55 K and 281.85 K, respectively. The solubility of 4-nitroimidazole could be increased with increasing temperature in twelve pure solvents. The ideal model, modified Apelblat equation, polynomial empirical equation, and λh equation were used to correlate the experimental values. The experimental solubility values were employed to calculate the standard dissolution enthalpy, standard dissolution entropy and Gibbs energy. The dissolution of 4-nitroimidazole could be an endothermic process in twelve pure solvents. The determination and fitting solubility of 4-nitroimidazole have important guiding significance for the purification and crystallization of its preparation process.  相似文献
