For conventional subcarrier pairing schemes in cooperative orthogonal frequency division multiplexing amplify and forward multi-relay networks, to avoid interference, each subcarrier pair (SP) is assigned to only one relay. Over a specific subcarrier, the destination receives signals transmitted from only one relay. In our subcarrier pairing scheme, we assign each SP to all the relays. Thus, over a specific subcarrier, the destination receives signals transmitted from all the relays. Since it is assumed that there exists the direct link from the source to the destination, we assume that the source also transmits signals during the second time slot for the direct transmission mode. We propose an enhanced joint subcarrier pairing and power allocation optimization scheme which maximizes the transmission rate subject to total network power constraint. The problem is simplified and solved by using dual method. It is shown from simulation results that our proposed scheme outperforms the other schemes. 相似文献

By integrating the concept of effective capacity, we propose the resource allocation schemes for subcarrier‐pair based OFDM decode‐and‐forward and amplify‐and‐forward relay systems for quality‐of‐service (QoS) guarantees. The objective is to maximize the system throughput subject to a given statistical delay QoS constraint. First, we pair the subcarriers over the source‐relay channel and the relay‐destination channel by the descending order of the subcarriers' channel gains. Second, by making use of the derived equivalent end‐to‐end channel gains of the subcarrier pairs, we apply joint water‐filling power allocation over the subcarrier pairs and then partition the power of the subcarrier pairs between the source and the relay. We prove that as the equivalent end‐to‐end channel gains of the subcarrier pairs are given, the combination of sorted subcarrier pairing and joint water‐filling power allocation is jointly optimal to maximize the effective capacity. The simulation results show that our proposed schemes achieve the highest effective capacity for OFDM decode‐and‐forward and amplify‐and‐forward relay systems as compared with other existing schemes. The results also verify that our proposed schemes can efficiently provide different levels of delay QoS guarantees, even if under the stringent delay QoS constraints. Proactive eavesdropping is a new paradigm shift in wireless physical layer security from preventing conventional eavesdropping attacks to legitimate intercepting suspicious communications, which has attracted a lot of attention recently. Pilot contamination is one effective technique in proactive eavesdropping, which spoofs the suspicious transmitter on channel estimation by sending the same pilot signal as the suspicious receiver, and lets it leak information in the direction of the legitimate eavesdropper during its transmission. However, this technique may fail when an anti-pilot-contamination mechanism called “energy ratio detector (ERD)” is applied at the suspicious receiver. To deal with the case that the suspicious receiver is a smart device using ERD, in this paper, we study using pilot contamination along with jamming to improve the legitimate eavesdropping performance. We first derive a closed-form expression for the probability of pilot contamination being detected by the suspicious receiver, and use it to obtain a closed-form expression for the eavesdropping rate. Using this theoretical analysis result, we propose an algorithm to maximize the eavesdropping rate by jointly optimizing the pilot contamination power and jamming power via two-dimensional search. Simulation results show that the proposed eavesdropping rate maximization algorithm can significantly improve eavesdropping rate, as compared to other benchmark schemes. 相似文献

In boride ceramics, Fe2B typically functions as the primary wear-resistant phase owing to its high hardness, but the elastic and ductile-brittle properties of Fe2B greatly influence its wear resistance and industrial application. First-principles calculations using density functional theory (DFT) were utilized to systematically investigate the effects of Al, Si, and transition elements (including 3d, 4d, and 5d transition elements) on the mechanical properties and electronic structure of Fe31MB16 with a dilute solution model. The bulk modulus (B), shear modulus (G), and Young's modulus (E) were calculated through the stress-strain method. The Vickers hardness (HV) and fracture toughness (KIC) were calculated by semi-empirical models. The electronic structures and chemical bonding were analyzed using the charge density difference, electron localization function, and Mulliken bond population. Overall, Fe31YB16 had the largest moduli (B, G, and E) among all the Fe31MB16 compounds that were investigated, while Fe31CrB16 had the highest hardness. Compared with pure Fe2B, the ductility of Fe31MB16 improved to varying degrees according to the B/G and Poisson's ratio (σ) criteria, respectively. However, adding alloying elements in this concentration did not change the intrinsic brittleness of Fe2B. Moreover, the trends in the calculated KIC of Fe31MB16 (M = Cr, Mn, Mo, and W respectively) were consistent with those of experiments. The electronic structure and Mulliken population analysis showed that the differences in the mechanical properties of the Fe31MB16 compounds were primarily determined by the M-B and B–B bonds because the alloying element M replaced Fe. These results provide guidance for improving the ductility of Fe2B and its industrial application. 相似文献
