The most abundant amino acid in the sprouts of common buckwheat (CB) was Val (40%), followed by Tyr (28%), whereas Val accounted for 62% in tatary buckwheat (TB). The buckwheat stem and root commonly contained Gln (40–42% in stem; 30–37% in root). Thus, soluble amino nitrogen source is used for Gln in buckwheat. The main difference of amino acid distribution in 3 tissues between CB and TB was Tyr in sprouts. A low level of Tyr in TB was presumably resulted from the conversion to other phenolic metabolites. The content of essential free amino acids in TB sprout was 53% higher than that in CB. Thus, the TB sprouts are beneficial to the human nutrition.  相似文献

Canola oil and light cycle oil (LCO) blends were co-hydrotreated over a commercial hydrotreating catalyst (NiMo/Al2O3) to produce diesel fuel with a green diesel component. High hydrodeoxygenation, hydrodesulphurization and hydrodenitrogenation catalytic activities were achieved for all three feedstocks tested in the temperature range of 350–380 °C with a hydrogen pressure of 7 MPa and a gas/oil ratio of 800 nL/L. The hydrocracking conversion of the 360 °C + materials in the feedstocks increased by 5% and 15% when 5 and 7.5 wt-% canola oil was added to the LCO, respectively. Compared to the pure LCO, the cetane index of the diesel product formed from hydrotreating the two canola oil-LCO blends increased by 2.5 and 4, respectively. Due to the higher hydrogen requirement to crack and deoxygenate the triglycerides contained in the canola oil, a higher hydrogen consumption was needed to hydrotreat the canola oil-LCO blends.

Functionalized polymer membranes have been used as sensor materials for fabrication of electronic tongue. Here, we report the synthesis and characterization of a novel poly(N‐[4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl]acrylamide) (PNTA) for liquid phase aliphatic alcohol sensing in the form of membranes prepared after blending with poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC). Three PNTA‐PVC based membranes were prepared for sensing of six aliphatic alcohols. Polymer membranes were characterized by spectroscopic techniques. Polar groups on PNTA molecules contribute to the alcohol sensing characteristics. The membrane electric potential, generated by the interaction between membrane surface and aqueous aliphatic alcohols, was monitored with the developed multi‐channel electrode based prototype sensing system (MEBPSS). The polymer membranes showed distinct and repeatable response patterns toward different aliphatic alcohols. Among them PNTA‐PVC12 membrane showed maximum discrimination ability due to the PNTA molecules on the membrane surface with highest charge density as ascertained from field emission scanning electron microscopic studies. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Spray drying conventionally necessitates relatively large or elongated drying chambers. The present study examined the possibility in shrinking the spray drying chamber into narrow tube-like geometry. The key was in utilizing fine droplets which had low transport response time. A narrow copper/steel tube spray dryer (internal diameters between 12.7 and 48.0 mm) was constructed and was fitted with a two-fluid atomizer producing droplets in the size range smaller than 10 µm. Maltodextrin, lactose, and sucrose were spray-dried. The narrow tube approach allowed direct manipulation of the drying conditions via heating or cooling along the wall of the tube. This form of manipulation in the drying conditions, surprisingly, resulted in very distinctly crystalline spray-dried sucrose particles. The tube spray dryer was further modified with a long coiled-up tube, extending the particle residence time with minimal space requirements. Endoscopic analysis revealed that particle deposition within the tube resembled loosely attached particle and granules. The tube spray drying concept can potentially be used to provide precise control of the particle drying history along the length of the drying chamber, not limited to the control of the drying conditions at the inlet or outlet of a spray dryer.  相似文献

This paper argues that the concept of flow can be useful in gaining a better understanding of information system users’ flow experience. This paper applies this concept in the requirements development phase of an Internet protocol television e-learning service development project. The findings show that flow experience can be visualised and measured, and that there are differences in how users see and perceive different features. Some features are driven by more experiential needs, whereas others are driven by more task-oriented goals. The findings indicate that the users’ perceived flow experiences can already be measured during the early phases of information systems (IS) development projects without having a working prototype of the IS for testing. This enables practitioners to design IS that better facilitate flow experience for the users, which in turn will potentially lead to shortened development time and cost savings for firms. This paper calls for further research in IS development and design methods that take into account the different ways of understanding user experiences, particularly their flow experiences.  相似文献

A series of new T-shaped polyurethanes were prepared from various diisocyanates and 2,5-dihydroxybenzelidene aniline (azomethine bisphenol). The latter compound was synthesized by the reaction of 2,5-dihydroxy-benzaldehyde with aniline. The structures of azomethine bisphenol and T-shaped polyurethane were confirmed by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR Spectroscopy and elemental analysis (CHN). The mechanical properties were characterized by tensile strength, tear strength and shore hardness. Thermal properties were also studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Mechanical and thermal studies showed that the synthesized polyurethanes possess good mechanical and thermal properties.  相似文献
