To prevent post-transfusional hepatitis B and C, two epidemiologic studies were performed. The first, based on the frequencies distribution of hepatitis B virus serological markers versus sex and classes of age, has permitted the assessment of the profile of the infection in a population composed of 573 north vietnamese blood donors. There is no significant difference between men and women frequencies of HBs antigen (11.5%), anti-HBs antibody (70.2%) and anti-HBc antibody alone (3.8%), but a significant difference of no-marker frequencies: 7.8% and 17.9% in men and women respectively (X2 = 9.11; p = 0.010). The percentage of no-marker decreases when the mean age of each class increases. The second, using the increase of the serum alanine aminotransferase (ALAT) activity as an indirect marker of non-A, non-B hepatitis for determining in a population of more than 25,000 parisian blood donors, the percentage of donors eliminated. They are between 0.70 and 0.76 in women and 2.26 and 2.46 in men. These investigations can be applied to prevent the hepatitis B transmission in a population of 102 south vietnamese women in age to procreate or to determine the percentage of blood donors eliminated (3.12%) in a population of 2,950 Parisians composed in majority (50.9%) of new donors. The hemobiologist will have an important role to elaborate strategies for orientation of blood gifts with hepatitis B and C virus markers.  相似文献

A real-time current controller for PWM inverter-fed permanent-magnet synchronous motor drives is presented and analyzed. The proposed current control scheme is based on predictive control with a parallel integral loop added to compensate for the inaccuracy of the motor model and for the variations of motor parameters and DC voltage source. The proposed current control scheme is analyzed and its performance is evaluated by computer simulation. An EPROM-based implementation is presented in which calculations and pulsewidth modulation are executed by lookup tables resulting in high-speed operation. The controller performance is evaluated using a prototype l kW PM synchronous servo drive. Experimental results are given and discussed  相似文献

An experimental investigation under cold condition was made to study the effects of some operating/design parameters and non-mechanical L valve configuration on the solid circulation rate in a 4.5 m tall, 0.15 m diameter circulating fluidized bed with riser flow rate varying from 1400 litres/min to 2000 litres/min and bed inventory from 15 kg to 25 kg of sand of average sizes 200 μm, 400 μm and 500 μm. Solid circulation rate was estimated by measuring velocity of sand particle travelling through a vertical Perspex tube section at the bottom of the return leg. It was found to be in the range of 2.8 to 12.3kg/m2s, 0.07 to 9.1kg/m2s and 0.12 to 2.23kg/m2s for sand sizes of 200 μm, 400 μm and 500 μm, respectively for a horizontal L valve. Two mathematical correlations have been developed from the experimental results to predict solid circulation rate as a function of riser flow rate, aeration flow rate, total bed inventory and particle size used.  相似文献

Certain hyperbolic systems of partial differential equations which are known to be uniformly asymptotically stabilizable using point sensors/actuators (S/A) are considered. The issue to be investigated is the effect on stability when point S/A's are replaced by "concentrated" S/ A's, that is, S/A's which average over small regions of the spatial domain. Although it is known that passing from point to concentrated S/ A's necessarily destroys uniform stability, a necessary and sufficient condition for strong stability is obtained in terms of the S/A weighting functions. In addition, in the special case of a cantilevered beam controlled by a single sensor/actuator pair concentrated at the free end, another, more robust type of stability is shown to hold, even when strong stability does not. The latter result shows that the system energy is bounded by a part which goes uniformly to zero at infinity and a residual which can be explicitly estimated in terms of the support of the weight functions and the initial energy. Furthermore, the residual energy converges to zero as the support reduces to the point at the free end of the beam.  相似文献

Simulated microgravity (SMG) induced the changes in cell proliferation and cytoskeleton organization, which plays an important factor in various cellular processes. The inhibition in cell cycle progression has been considered to be one of the main causes of proliferation inhibition in cells under SMG, but their mechanisms are still not fully understood. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of SMG on the proliferative ability and cytoskeleton changes of Chang Liver Cells (CCL-13). CCL-13 cells were induced SMG by 3D clinostat for 72 h, while the control group were treated in normal gravity at the same time. The results showed that SMG reduced CCL-13 cell proliferation by an increase in the number of CCL-13 cells in G0/G1 phase. This cell cycle phase arrest of CCL-13 cells was due to a downregulation of cell cycle-related proteins, such as cyclin A1 and A2, cyclin D1, and cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (Cdk6). SMG-exposed CCL-13 cells also exhibited a downregulation of α-tubulin 3 and β-actin which induced the cytoskeleton reorganization. These results suggested that the inhibited proliferation of SMG-exposed CCL-13 cells could be associate with the attenuation of major cell cycle regulators and main cytoskeletal proteins.  相似文献

Oligomerization of glycine (gly) and diglycine (gly2) on montmorillonite was performed as cyclic, drying-wetting process at temperatures below 100°C, under varying reaction conditions. The influence of substrate/clay ratio, temperature and pH was found to be different for amino acid (AA) dimerization, cyclic anhydride (CA) formation and peptide chain elongation. High temperatures and neutral pH favour CA formation over diglycine production. An AA/catalyst ratio of 0.2 mmol/g leads to optimal yields. This supports the assumption that amino acid dimerization and CA formation take place at the edges of clay particles. Peptide chain elongation, starting from gly2, produces higher yields at higher temperatures and neutral pH.  相似文献

In this paper, a fault diagnosis scheme for wheeled mobile robots is presented. In the fault detection module, a nonlinear observer is designed based on the mobile robot dynamic model. A fault is detected when at least one of the residuals exceeds its corresponding threshold. After the fault is detected, the fault isolation module is activated to isolate three types of fault: right wheel fault, left wheel fault, and other changing dynamic parameter faults. Three simulation examples are performed to show the effect of each fault to the tracking performance of mobile robot in a real situation. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed approach for fault detection and isolation in wheeled mobile robots.  相似文献
