The plates with 20mm thickness of 7A52 aluminum alloy were welded by electron beam welding and TANDEM welding with ER5356 filler,respectively.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were investigated.The results showed that the microstructure of EBW metal was finer and tighter than TANDEM welding.The heat-affected zone of the EBW joint was narrower,its hardness was higher and the tensile strength improved obviously compared to TANDEM welding.Excellent quality control of the EBW joint was made without abnormal porosity,inclusions and micro-cracks.Therefore,the EBW joint of 7A52 aluminum alloy showed excellent performance. 相似文献

The properties of polarons in zinc-blende and wurtzite GaN/AlN quantum wells with Fr(o|¨)hlich interaction Hamiltonians are compared in detail.The energy shifts of polarons at ground state due to the interface(IF), confined(CO) and half-space phonon modes are calculated by a finite-difference computation combined with a modified LLP variational method.It is found that the two Fr(o|¨)hlich interaction Hamiltonians are consistent with each other when the anisotropic effect from the z-direction and the x-y plane is neglected.The influence of the anisotropy on the polaron energy shifts due to the IF phonon modes for a smaller well width or due to the CO phonon modes for a moderate well width is obvious.In addition,the built-in electric field has a remarkable effect on the polaron energy shifts contributed by the various phonon modes. 相似文献

本文采用酸性媒介染料对羊毛纤维进行染色,通过加入氯化钆稀土来提高染料的上染率,降低羊毛染色温度,提高纤维强力并减少媒染剂重铬酸钾的用量。实验中确定了稀土的加入时间、稀土用量、重铬酸钾用量、染色温度等主要工艺参数,最终得出稀土用于酸性媒介染料上染羊毛纤维的最佳优化工艺。 相似文献

应用光学和电子金相技术,对不同刀片的刀刃进行分析,揭示了农机刀片的失效方式,磨损原因及磨损机理;查明了钢中在碳化物在磨损听行为,研究表明:农机刀片主要受夹杂于作物中的砂粒和地植物细胞中的非晶质硅酸体的磨粒磨损而失效,金相分析结果为寻求提高刀片寿命的途径指明了方向。 相似文献

The natural frequency of surface wave, which has been derived from a vertically oscillating circular cylindrical vessel in inviseid fluid, was modified by considering the influence of surface tension and weak viscosity. Many flow patterns were found at different forced frequencies by numerical computation. In addition, the nonlinear amplitude equation derived in inviseid fluid was modified by adding viscous damping and the unstable regions were determined by stability analysis. 相似文献
